In September 2018, we booked White Balloon Films for our wedding videography. Our experience working with Stewart & Alina was incredible and we recommend them with the absolute highest regard. After looking at their portfolio, we knew immediately how incredibly talented they were and they would indeed capture a beautiful story for us the day of our wedding. When we received our videos they exceeded our expectations even beyond what we could have dreamed of. While working with Stewart & Alina they made the entire process easy and a lot of fun. They truly care about making your entire experience lovely, including everything from email communication, the footage on the special day through the beautiful package we received with our completed videos. They offer support beyond videography and we’re so grateful for all their additional recommendations they gave us. White Balloon Films made us the most beautiful, most memorable video of our wedding imaginable. The short "preview" video has fast become our favorite way to share memories of our wedding. The video captured the feeling, the colors and sounds of our wedding in a way that cannot even be expressed in words. Stewart and Alina have a gentle, lovely way of being present without being intrusive which instantly puts everyone at ease. If you are even hesitating for a moment about hiring White Balloon stop it right this instant and book them!!! Not only were they great to work with on the wedding day but all pre- and post-production meetings were easy and amiable. If you are comparing videos from different companies, pay attention to the audio... You will notice that many of the films online have stock music. My husband is a musician and we had a number of friends contributing music and singing to our wedding. It was very important to us that our video included these contributions. I understand from Stewart that White Balloon has spend considerable time and effort into perfecting their audio-capture - it absolutely shows. The songs and performance were captured with beautiful quality and incorporated into our video. I cannot possibly recommend White Balloon more highly -- truly wonderful. -Erica

We asked White Balloon Films to be videographers at our Wedding in November 2013. From first making contact with them, sorting out all the details for the day to filming the event then receiving our Highlights and full Wedding Video they were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and throughout the day we hardly noticed they were there, but yet managed to catch so much that my Wife and I missed. The finished product is amazing, both the Highlights and the full DVD are amazing and extremely well put together. Stewart and Alina are very professional and it shows in their work. I was skeptical about getting a video of any sort done but I was convinced by my now wife and I am so glad we did. So many of our family and friends have commented on how good the video is. I can't recommend White Balloon Films highly enough - they were amazing!

I had the absolute pleasure of having White Balloon Films available for my wedding at Mar Hall on 28th July 2017! Alina & Stewart are video ninjas! We received our wedding video at the weekend and we were taken on a 25minute rollercoaster of emotions back through our wedding day! The details and moments they captured are just breathtaking.... And we were mind blown at how they captured so much as looking back we can hardly remember seeing them! A lot of people commented on how discreet they were that they also forgot they were there on the day! I think I have watched it about 30 times already and it's only been 3 days! What can we say apart from these guys are the best. The video we received was second to none. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. Alina and Stewart are lovely people, were a joy to work with and a calming influence on what was inevitably a stressful day. We were delighted with all of the videos: the one-minute and four-minute 'teasers', and of course the full production, which captured the day perfectly and brought all of those memories back. They managed to capture moments that we had ourselves not seen on the day or simply forgotten; particularly the candid footage of our guests enjoying themselves. One can really see how much effort has gone into the post-production, and this is what makes White Balloon Films best in class. Not to mention their use of drones for aerial shots. The most amazing and breath taking wedding videographers out there! We were lucky enough to have Stewart and Alina video my daughter Jenni’s wedding up in the Lake District on Saturday 13th April this year. As the father of the Bride, you can imagine it was a very proud day for me giving my daughter away but at the same time gaining a new son-in-law, Gavin. The whole day went by so fast with so many highlights, emotions and precious time spent enjoying the celebrations with family and friends. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience which cannot be reproduced. However, when I saw the wedding video for the first time, I was blown away as it managed to capture all the happy memories of the day in one go, both by the perfect choice of music and the beautifully edited highlights of the preparations, the wedding service and the reception. The lovely surroundings were also used to best effect in the final video. I have not seen such a professionally recorded and thoughtfully produced wedding video before, which is a real tribute to both Stewart and Alina. We were blissfully unaware of their presence during the day's proceedings and the very hard work they put into making this video but the results speak for themselves . They are a lovely couple and if you want a very unique memento of the special day that you can enjoy over and over again, to recapture the emotions and excitement, they are the right choice. In the words of the song they choose to compliment the moving pictures, its as easy as ONE TWO THREE! Please take a look at the video highlights of my daughter’s wedding (Jenni & Gavin in the Lake District on 13 April this year - 2013).on their website to fully appreciate what I mean. As soon as we’d had the initial chat with Stewart we knew White Balloon were the right company for our big day. He listened to our concerns (we really didn’t want anybody whose presence was going to be ‘obvious' or cheesy) and we definitely felt like he was on exactly the same page as us. On the day itself, everything went like a dream - I cannot stress enough to anyone considering these guys the added value of having 2 people doing the filming, the benefits of this were obvious all the way through the day, from covering each of us getting ready in the morning to the first dance, it enabled us to have a truly comprehensive and professional film of our day. I really think it helps that they are a couple as well, they seemed to know exactly what they were doing and worked really well together. They weren’t phased at all by a couple of more unusual requests we had on the day, like the fact that we had 6 reindeer as part of the proceedings that we wanted some special footage of, they were just really helpful throughout. The other thing we loved was that although they captured everything they were almost always out of sight, nobody really noticed them doing their thing, which again was exactly what we wanted. Everybody has mentioned how incredible the film is, and also the music, which we had no input in but is utterly perfect for the occasion. Stewart and Alina are clearly experts in their field, great to deal with and above all they’re both lovely people. In our minds, they were worth every penny.
