Big thanks to Gav at this shop, he went above and beyond to make sure that I fully understood what I was buying, tested, set up, and made the item personalised for me, and patiently stuck with me until I was completely satisfied with the purchase. Fantastic customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again and I will be doing so in the very near future. Lots of great stuff at great prices in this shop, I'm like a kid on christmas morning lol.

When to cash converters hull today put a phone in on buy back to extend one that ran out today I wanted to get another phone out I had on buy back so I I had a phone to use i was one pound fifty short to get the phone out I wanted so Mr lister of the hull store wanted to help and he put the 1.50 to it so I can get the phone I am so greatful that he helped me and so happy many thanks Ian

Not great service, bought an echo dot tried it out when I got home and it was not working, took it back into the shop few days later took ages for them to test it because they couldn’t just give my money back 1 hour i was waiting for them to test it even tho I told them what was up with it but they didn’t listen-don’t think they tested to see if it worked when someone sold it on otherwise I wouldn’t have this problem with taking it back

Originally bought x2 xbox 360s. Had multiple issues and had to go back and forth to the store over the space of a month. In the end i took back four xbox 360s and finally come away with a working one today. I was handled very professionally in my opinion. There is a short female manager with dark hair who dealt with my complaint and she was very understanding of the situation and very understanding of my frustration. In fact, all the staff that i interacted with were very helpful and understanding of the situation. I hooe that this is the last time i have to go back with this issue. My only concern is that the staff are not checking items thoroughly enough when they are buying them off other people, if they was, i wouldn't of had any of these issues to begin with. But as mentioned above, i have no complaints about the customer service i received. Just the items that i bought was not satisfactory.

Excellent customer service, I was in a small queue outside due to the social distancing guidelines but I was ushered inside after a 5 minute wait..and got seen by Jordan who was polite and courteous..all the staff at this store are polite and make the visit pleasurable
