This is a very beautiful and well tended walled garden. There are also three signposted walks around the estate, including a nice woodland walk. Will definitely visit again when we are next passing.

Not open enough would be my only complaint.
A very attractive Regency house, not overly large and with some good furniture and paintings. The gardens provide interesting woodland walks, the highlight being the walled garden. The tearoom serves very generous scones.

Beautiful gardens very well kept, brilliant interactive woodland walk to find little doors and animals. Children loved it. All finished off with a cream tea made by some really friendly staff with some pretty views. Definitely recommend a visit.

Went back with friends and had a wonderful time! The Volunteers were there and delightful to chat to (at a social distance)!
I missed the Cactus 🌵 House the first time, it's in the far corner of the last walled garden which has the Tea Room
First time I've been here, but worth it, we spent about 2 1/2 hours here. Cream Scones, a walk around the 3 Walled Gardens and the Woodland Walk. The Hall is open certain times of the year. Refer their website for opening times and prices.
Car Park - in a field a few minutes walk from the Ticket Office.
Gardens - 3 decent sized Walked Gardens, one partially a Vegetable and Fruit Garde, not extensive, but plenty to look at. Several Water Features. A small Tropical Greenhouse.
The Mere - I assume a footpath will lead to this?
Woodland Walk and Footpaths.
Refreshments - certain times of the year, drinks, cakes and scones.
Toilets - in the far garden.

Overall enjoyable visit. We went on an open day when they were serving tea in the walled garden. Paid £10 for admission to grounds, hall and tea room. The tree door treasure hunt on the woodland walk was a real hit with my 10 yr old. Very interesting to go in the hall & see those beautiful estate views from the large windows. The walled garden was gorgeous and felt so calm however I did think the tea experience was disappointing . It was overpriced at £4.50 for a cup of tea & slice of cake as it was not as you would expect i.e. you did not get your own pot of tea with little jug of of milk & extra hot water. It was poured from a large pot which wasn't really that hot & was a rather weak tea which they put the milk in for you. . We didn't see any classic cars either as per indication on website. Toilet block outside was very clean & luxurious.

Went on an Open Day and saw inside the hall and tea and cake in the conservatory. Lovely walks, walled garden and very helpful volunteers and staff. 5* toilets in the walled garden and immaculate portaloo half way round the woodland walk. Couldn't fault it in any way and will join society to go back regularly.

Enjoyed our visit to Wassand Hall, the house is a quirky mix of old and new. The walled gardens felt like a bit of a missed opportunity, nice but no real focus. The walks around the grounds were enjoyable and well sign posted. In all, worth the entrance fee. Oh and the staff were really pleasant and helpful.

Lovely relaxing afternoon in The Walled Garden with tea and cake (so difficult to choose which one)! The Woodland Walk was delightful and my ten year old Greyhound really enjoyed it.

Amazing Regency house, and the garden and cafe are the best ever. Some of the finest Regency furniture and Meissen china I have ever seen. Small but stunning.

Only walled gardens and woodland walk open at the moment but they are well worth a visit. The head gardener was very friendly and helpful and made the visit even better. The gardens are stunning with a wide and unusual variety of plants grown. The walk was very pleasant with unusual things around every corner and plenty of places to sit and watch. Will definitely be back when the house is open again.

Despite the details saying it was open from 10:30 until 4pm on the day we visited we arrived at 11:45 and everything was closed. A note on the ticket hut said it would be open at 1:30pm. Unfortunately, that didn't fit into our schedule and we left. I suggest anyone visiting rings first to avoid disappointment.

A real gem,, firstly I should a apologise for intruding into the wrong entrance, arriving at 2 pm we headed for the most obvious door, missing the signpost to the true hall entrance,,. Mr Russell was most gracious and a mine of information and gave a personal insight into the halls history, also happily directed our party to the correct entrance,,. The hall has beautifully proportioned rooms, the library our clear favourite, showing signs that it might actually be used, how glorious to enjoy such a room,,. The walked garden, marvelous, so peaceful, we will no doubt return at some future date
