I first had Flex Plumbing and heating come to my house to service my boiler, the service was very good and professional. At this time, I was also considering a small en suite shower room to be added to one of the bedrooms. At this point I didn’t know if this was possible, Ashley went to check and advised this could be done. The work started within a month of the quote. Flex plumbing and heating built my en suite from scratch. He removed/built walls, sourced other tradesmen and built me exactly what I asked for. He took into consideration all of my needs and requirements and brought to life exactly what I had envisioned. I work from home as a childcare provider and he scheduled the time around my very busy day. He was very clean, tidy and considerate and I am definitely having him back to renew my heating system, this work needs to be carried out when my business is closed and he has scheduled time over the Christmas period to do so.

Ashley installed our complete gas central heating system. The quality of the installation is top marks. We left Ashley a key to our house as we both were at work during the install, and found him completely trustworthy, hardworking, reliable and a very clean worker. His price for supplying and installing our system was very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending Ashley and would not think of using anyone else personally.

Ashley replaced my old broken boiler with a brand new one, I had shopped around and his price was very competitive. He was here exactly when he said he would be and completed the job in the timescale he quoted in the job with no surprise charges. He was a very tidy worker and a really nice guy. We first came across Ashley through our neighbours Jude and Paul. They'd had some work done. Ashley was asked by them, to give us a knock. We'd had a bad sewage smell outside and since having a carport put on the bungalow the smell had become increasingly worse. Ashley had a look and straight away said the drain was cracked. My husband dug out the old pipe and when Ashley arrived he said we had no trap either. The previous ground worker had cut corners. The work was carried out swiftly and best of all no more smells. We were impressed with Ashley 's manner and work ethic. Price was extremely reasonable. We decided to use Ashley to install two radiators in our conservatory. Everything went great to start with then on drilling the pilot holes for the second radiator Ashley came across a live wire which a previous electrician we'd used was meant to of caped off! Ashley was thankfully ok, but couldn't apologise enough for the delay. This was of course totally due to another's bad workmanship and nothing to do with Ashley's work. Ashley arranged for an electrician he knew to come and look. This was all sorted today. We found Ashley to be well mannered and totally trustworthy, we left him with house keys. He cleaned up so well and was a very tidy organised workman. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him or use him again. Hope he does well in this new chapter in life as his own boss. Thank you so much Ashley.

We have had a shower installed and Ashley was very helpful finding me a shower to fit the same x grt service and trustworthy x We called him one Friday eve with a bad smell in our drainage and he came over within the hour to sort it out. Great service. Recommended to our neighbours and they have booked him to do more work in thier home. A great guy.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Had issues with my heating, I was at a lost end after doing everything to sort it. Needed to be re-piped but the new pipe work looks amazing, he took the time and effort to pay attention to detailing as he knew I was worried about the finished look. Fitted a washing machine for us at short notice - Including drilling access holes in our kitchen units for the pipes and power supply as these weren’t included in our new units. Tidy job too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
