Just one session and I'm feeling improvement in chronic pain that is years old. Wibs is the first person I've been to who really treats the body as a whole. Sounds obvious but everyone else I've seen missed that. On top of that he makes quite complicated things easy to understand, answered all my questions and is happy to give extra support after we're done. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been suffering from an arthritic ankle problem after a leg break in my youth, I've been living with this for years without any issues until recently, I first started to notice I was in increasing pain and experiencing ankle give when walking and eventually cycling , after stopping both, I gained weight and became short tempered at home due to the constant pain. After a few visits to my physio, I was referred to the hospital where the arthritic diagnosis was given, unfortunately no resolution was offered other than to expect a painful decline of the joint , already being in pain and having to stop doing the things I enjoyed this was quite a depressing thought.
This was when my wife recommended Wibbs to me after she attended his on-line yoga classes as she had heard about his other work.
I have to say I am so glad she did, Wibbs work has been unbelievable, so much to say it has changed my life back into a better place, with the use of foot wedges and a whole-body realignment I am so much more flexible and notice changes daily, as for the ankle, I now walk without a limp and am in little or no pain, I am back walking, cycling and doing the things I love , I am feeling so much better both physically and mentally which has returned me to normal with my family.
I would recommend Wibbs and his work to anyone who is experiencing any sort of physical issues and I find myself recommending him to anyone I tell my story to

I started taking classes with Wibbs & Jen to help out with Long Covid symptoms. The dedicated Long Covid breathwork classes have been a complete game-changer in my recovery and my breathing is probably better now than it was before I got sick!
I've also really enjoyed being able to join in on some of the other classes - especially the slow ones and the Yoga Nidra which has been hugely beneficial.
I love how flexible it is too - if I don't feel up to attending live I can catch up on the recordings later on. Amazing value for money and would absolutely recommend to anyone with or without Long Covid!

I consider myself to be strong and fit but one bad lift can change the way you feel and see yourself.
I badly injured my back while weight training last summer. It left me feeling really down and frustrated with myself. I was in pain all the time, moving the way I was used to seemed like a distant memory.
I was having sciatica on a daily basis. So I had physio and got an MRI which confirmed the suspicion that I had a disc bulge. I was devastated.
So my wife introduced me to Wibbs Coulson. I can’t speak highly enough of what he has done for me. I am now COMPLETELY PAIN FREE and I feel great.
He did a full assessment over a teams call and using the flow motion model came up with a few easy simple exercises using AIM wedges to completely change my posture and body awareness.
I still can’t quite believe the difference this has made to my day to day life. It has freed my body to move so much better.
I am now determined to take more ownership of my own body and how it moves. Thanks Wibbs for everything looking forward to learning more about this stuff in the years ahead.

Whether you're new to yoga or very experienced, Mandukya Yoga is for you. Eight different classes a week covering every level but all fun and challenging - and all available to members on YouTube afterwards. Wibbs and Jen are a great team and always bring joy to their classes which is a great tonic especially in these uncertain times.
I am in my late 50s and started practising yoga in one of Wibbs' classes 2 years ago. My back, which had given me trouble for years, felt released even after the first class and has never felt as strong as it does now.
Wibbs and Jen bring a medical background to their teaching so you always feel safe, and while challenging you, there is never any shame if a full pose is not in your practice that day (or ever!) and alternatives are always suggested.
Stop thinking about it - just come and join us all having a great time in the Mandukya Yoga community. Your body and mind will thank you.

Superb yoga classes online and amazing value for money! There is nowhere better.
For the cost of 1 or 2 in-person classes (where I live), you can instead access a **massive back-catalogue** of classes to take part in at any time of day or night PLUS there is a regular LIVE online class schedule in a wide variety of styles and levels - there is literally something for everyone.
I think of my membership as being a bit like "BBC iPlayer for Yoga."
On top of that, Wibbs runs a fantastic breathing class and has personally really helped me in my recovery from Long Covid. Wibs and Jen are so incredibly knowledgeable on anatomy, breath work, meditation, natural movement as well as Yoga, nutrition and mental health issues (they are also both NHS nurses). Plus if needed, you can always seek 1-1s on specific issues. They are incredibly up to date on latest research into body-mind-spirit and have a great Podcast series too!
What I really appreciate is their approach - Wibbs and Jen live and breathe Yoga AND at the same time are funny, irreverent and real. I think they embody how to practice Yoga in the modern world and how to show up on your mat, rain or shine. Really inspiring! So if you want amazing teaching and value for money, without the pretention, then don't hesitate to sign up.

Excellent range of classes, definitely something for everyone, very relaxed and informal while still having a serious understanding of yoga and movement of the body. Always fun, and engaging, would highly recommend. Remains personal even though online which can be hard to achieve. Catch up section is excellent if you have missed a class.

Jen and Wibbs absolutely deserve 5 stars.
I'm fairly new to yoga however, I am loving it. I feel I'm gaining so much from the classes. One of my favourite classes is the breathwork, it's crazy how 20 minutes of Wibbs telling you how to breathe can make you feel so clear and relaxed. I now encourage my kids to breathe in out of their noses instead of their mouths especially when they get a little cross or stressed.
I'm so glad I chose Mandukya Yoga, Wibbs and Jen are both awesome.

Wibbs and Jen are literally a breath of fresh air. Have been with them a few years now and love all the different types of classes available. Their work is relaxing, stretching, strengthening, invigorating and most of all for me emotionally grounding.

Went to see Wibbs on recommendation. I have had moderate to severe right hand side back pain for several years which I put down to my bodybuilding and weightlifting. After carefully assessing my medical history Wibbs noticed my left leg wasn't correct and felt that it hadn't ever healed from an operation 15 years ago. A few simple exercises later I left. I woke up the next day almost pain free. Genuinely stunned. Outstanding knowledge of how the human body should move, Wibbs has fixed in 90mins what others have failed to do over 4 years. More visits needed but I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Wibbs👍

Wibbs and Jen are both amazing. Wibbs has helped me so much in the past with back and neck problems and I was so so pleased to find he has an online presence. It has given me my migraine free life back during COVID. Jen, I had no previous experience of until recently and she is equally as good as Wibbs. The online stuff you can choose your class, so if you prefer one over the other, you can choose. But, both are very easy to listen and zone out to.
There are different classes. I choose the more relaxed ones because of my back and neck. But there are more intensive ones if you’re looking for a bit more.

Can't recommend Wibbs strongly enough. He's a breath wizard!
I was suffering from high levels of anxiety, feeling it crushing my chest. I had some 1 on 1 sessions with Wibbs where we discussed the physiological changes in our breathing, and what I could do address it. I now start the day with 15 minutes of breathing exercises and my anxiety drops from an 8/10 to a 4/10 and stays there for the whole day. I honestly can't tell you how much this has helped me. Wibbs has been so excellent, understanding of the issue and knowledgeable with steps to help.
Hoping that I can get myself some better internet soon so that I can sign up to his weekly yoga classes, such an affordable price - proves this man is doing it for the good of us all.

I feel so fortunate to be able to attend Wibbs' yoga classes. The way Wibbs has encouraged me to think about my body and life itself has been truly transformative. With a background in nursing, the depth of Wibbs' knowledge of the body is revelatory and his hands on approach ensure that the practice of all students is highly beneficial. As well as the physical benefits, Wibbs' Friday sessions really help me get my head in a better place at the end of the week. Through telling stories of yoga origins and evolution, Wibbs teaches lessons that students can take off our mats to benefit our everyday lives. You never quite know what you will get from week-to-week in Wibbs' classes - which I love. All I know is that it will be a mixture of meditative, challenging and hilarious. The only problem with having Wibbs as a teacher is that you will never want to go to another teacher again!

As a bit of context for the review, I have experienced episodes of chronic and severe back pain at various points over the last 10+ years with no clear root cause.
I have seen many people over the years, including various GPs, NHS physiotherapy referrals, chiropractors and osteopaths / physiotherapists. At the point I met Wibbs, I was visiting a local osteopath who has been great at helping to resolve flare ups and getting me back into activites that I had abandoned when the frequency of my flare ups increased.
Other than my visits to the osteopath, I thought I had exhausted every other approach that might make a positive difference to my situation. As a result, when Wibbs mentioned he might be able to help me when I was at one of his Yoga classes (also highly recommended!!), I was initially sceptical of his approach. A few uncomfortable but beneficial minutes spent with Wibbs convinced me to book in for a 1-2-1 session to see what happened.
At this point, I've had a 2 hour session with Wibbs and have been doing the exercises he recommended on a daily basis for about a month. I have seen a huge improvement in my feet in terms of flexibility, range of movement and circulation and I'm really encouraged to see where this can go.
I see Wibbs approach as complementary to my osteopath visits and hope that by taking this more rehabilitative and holistic approach I can start to see some real improvements. If any of my situation sounds familiar to you I would strongly encourage you to give Wibbs a go!

Wibbs of Mandukya Yoga has taught me for over three years now and I can honestly say his help with fitness, flexibility, meditation and breathing techniques (I’m asthmatic) have changed my life. He is an incredibly talented teacher, who inspires his students in so many ways and encourages everyone to listen to what their body is telling them rather than just following him blindly. As well as his extensive yoga training, he comes from a medical (NHS) background and has fantastic knowledge of anatomy which enables him to make appropriate, gentle adjustments throughout the class. This means you can be confident in your poses knowing he will be there to assist if necessary.
In addition to being experienced in leading chanting and mantras, Wibbs is well-read on the traditional beliefs and spiritual side of yoga, and can engage the whole class with his informative teachings on the yamas and niyamas etc. He and his lovely wife Jen (another highly-talented teacher) also appear to live their lives by these guidelines, as ethically and sustainably as they can.
He has studied the human body in motion with Gary Ward, and breathing techniques with Patrick McKeown/The Oxygen Advantage® and I believe he is working towards teaching movnat workshops, advocating natural movement fitness. With so many facets to his teaching you really get so much more than “just” a yoga class - I can’t recommend him highly enough.

2 years ago i was in need of some holistic therapy as i just could not keep my post natal depression at bay and i was struggling with the balance of demands of work/child/family/husband/cats/house etc etc ....i found Mandukya yoga and have been going to class most weeks since then.
Well what can i say about the teaching? EVERYTHING GREAT. The classes are welcoming, all abilities catered for, ego free - mixed bunch of all walks of life.
I have learnt so much about my breathing and the power of my mind and the ability of movement in my body to help me from these classes. Additionally the teaching gives me a reminder of how we need to stay unattached to materiality.
My husband has also jumped on the band wagon of Mandukya yoga... (i found them first) to balance his mental health moods... we go different classes and its a talking point for us both on “how was it this week what did you do” and we enjoy sharing techniques we have learnt.
No lessons are the same and these two really love what they do... they’re both gorgeous souls and you can tell they love what they do! They’re like finding a good dentist you can trust and hope they don’t move/retire. You guys rock!! Xx
