Al Murad provide a complete professional service for there work tops. From the first day we went into the showroom to the final fitting the communication and service was great. We went to the showroom several times and changed our minds a couple of times over small things but they took it all in there stride. There is a very good choice of granite and quartz worktops. We choose quartz in the Kashmiri beige pattern and we are highly delighted with the finished product. I would highly recommend Al Murad if you are looking for new work tops.

Where do we start? Professional service off these guys hats off to them! All from start to the very end, they template, supply and fit the worktop! i wanted a granite worktop, got intouch with these guys and they made it look so easy. Measured it, cut it and within a week and boom, all done! Window sill as well as the worktop just to give it that finishing touch. Prices very reasonable too considering it was granite no stress, no chasing, they kept me informed all the way through with the progress Even bought all the sample templates at my house for me to match it up with the rest of it Exceptional knowledge about the products with all the pros and cons of each design. Well, where to start! Choosing a company that will meet your specific needs is hard, so much competition and so many rouges out there! I stumbled across this company almost by accident when searching for our worktops. Like most, read the reviews, looked at pictures and thought I would contact them. From this point on I have not once regretted my decision to use them! Their customer service is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had. I have been buying Tiles and wallpaper from Al Murad for over 30yrs now and not once have they let me down. I have had a granite worktop in my bathroom for over 7 years now and it still looks new. Bought some granite worktops from them at the same time. Fast efficient friendly service. They even helped me repair my marble fireplace the corner of which I chipped when they came and it looks better than before. Brilliant advice on how to look after and seal the granite so it looks new all the time. I have just sealed my worktops in my kitchen again this week and look at the results. Got to take my hat off to them.

Just had my quartz worktops and splash back fitted and they are absolutely fabulous. I wasn't going to go for the splash back but so glad I did it looks gorgeous. Would definitely recommend Al Murad Granite! Our quartz worktops are amazing, the process was really easy from start to finish and the customer service was excellent. We got quite a few quotes from different places and Al Murad were the best value and also not pushy at all (which I can’t say the same for some of the other suppliers with their constant follow up phone calls). The fitters were very efficient and knowledgeable and we made a few changes after our initial quote and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Al Murad Just wanted to thank Ahmed Rawat and his team up at Al Murads Granite in Morley. These guys have been top class from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the showroom we knew this was the place we wanted to buy our work top from. We had previously visited a number of other stores but the service we received here was by far the best. The team were so welcoming and attentive showing us a variety of styles and designs especially when we didn’t have a clear idea of what we really wanted. Their knowledge about their product range was fantastic giving us the pros and cons of each design. Ahmed was exceptional in talking us through the many different designs and finishes that were available, he was so passionate and invested in our project I knew we were in the best of hands. We decided to go with the Cosmic Black Granite work top which really does look out of this world and I expected the price to match. As we were having a larger than average size worktop, I was concerned about the price. Whilst we sat at the negotiating table, Ahmed was calculating the surface area of the worktops and the final costs, I was conjuring up my best bargaining lines and thinking of creative ways in reducing the cost. Well, I need not have bothered as the price was so reasonable I didn’t have to do anything apart from sign on the dotted line. As soon as our kitchen units were up Gary was round fully armed with his tools. Gary’s expertise were invaluable sharing his opinion on the size of the up stand and where the pop up socket would sit best. He was done within the hour with minimum fuss. Within 2 weeks we received a call to say our worktops were ready and they were available to come out as soon as we were. When the lads came round to fit the work tops, they came with a small army to lift the worktops Into the house and then left two of the troops to fit it in. Again the job was done cleanly and efficiently and within the hour they had the tops down and the kitchen was looking complete. If you need a work top I would not hesitate to recommend Ahmed and his team at Al Murad Granite in Morley. Top class from start to finish. Thank you for making our house a home.

I can’t recommend Al Murad Granite enough! My worktops are amazing and cut to perfection. The guys that installed them were fantastic, knowledgeable and courteous, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The best part though was the price, I must have phoned at least ten quartz worktop suppliers and Al Murad came back by far the best/lowest price. We highly recommend Al Murad Granite Worktops. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional. Ahmed was really helpful with his advice. We chose quartz in the end and a full length glass splashback over the cooker. We received a phone call to arrange a date for the templating of the worktops and a reminder call the day before. We ordered our Quartz worktops including an island worktop from Al Murad Leeds and we're extremely impressed with the whole process. We dealt with Mohammed who was fantastic, he was really approachable, friendly and helped us with everything from start to finish, he is a credit to your company. The worktops templating was smooth and straight forward and the communication was excellent along with the fitting. We have no complaints whatsoever and I have attached a couple of pictures to show how good our kitchen looks now. I also found the price exceptional compared to other companies.

Al-Murad at Morley not only sell tiles but have a depot opposite the tile shop who sell a variety of quartz worktops. Al-Murad fitters come out and take a template of the area where you are thinking of having the quartz worktop. I used Al Murad Granite at Morley for quartz worktops in my kitchen over 12 months ago on the recommendation of my kitchen fitter. Although I had previously purchased tiles from Al Murad I had never even thought about using them for quartz worktops and in fact, did not realise they even did quartz worktops. However, I am so glad I used them. They arrived to measure up when they said they would, they were friendly and professional and arrived to fit the worktops when they said they would. Although there were issues with the fit of the worktops initially, Al Murad were professional and helpful in the way they rectified the problems and I actually ended up with a nicer look than was originally planned at no extra cost to myself. I always think a sign of how good or bad a company is, is how they deal with any after sales issues which may arise and they could not be more helpful. After the worktops had been fitted, I thought matching window boards would look good so I requested Al-Murad to measure for these. I am so pleased I had this little brainwave as the window boards just finish the look off nicely. If you are considering quartz worktops, why not think about using quartz for your window boards as well? Recently some of the silicone between the joins of the worktop came lose and again there was no hesitation in AL Murad coming to replace it. I cannot recommend them highly enough and should I need any worktops fitting in the future, Al-Murad at Morley would definitely be my first port of call.

Dealing with Al-Murad Granite was an absolute pleasure and so easy. After approaching a couple of other companies and being very disappointment with their response and attitude I decided to approach Al-Murad on recommendation. I went to the Scunthorpe store and the staff there had very little knowledge or desire to help us. I nearly gave up to look for yet another company. But went on line and submitted details on their on line quote form….. I'm glad I did as from there in we was really well looked after and the quote came back in a very timely manner......and very competitive too!! Anything I needed answering was done very promptly by email. The templating was excellent and even managed to pull the date forward as the fitters had the base units in earlier than anticipated. The lads templating gave us sound advice on where to put the drainage and having rounded corners, which I'm glad we took. The fitting was on schedule and was done very quickly. The quality is fantastic and really finish our kitchen off perfectly.

Al-Murad provided an exemplary service throughout. Their sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The templating, delivery and fitting of our quartz work surfaces was handled extremely well. Everything was delivered on-time and to specification. I was especially impressed with the method used for templating - ie. physically cutting lightweight plastic sheeting to size rather than using computers to build the template. This allowed us to actually see the shape of the final fit, which really helped us to fine-tune the layout. Al-Murad’s fitter was happy to discuss different options and made suggestions that further improved on our initial design. The price was very competitive for such a high quality service and product and I was impressed with the range and high quality products on offer. Thank you, we love the results! As an aside, the splashback tiles are also from Al-Murad (though we fitted them ourselves). We think they look stunning.

Fantastic Service from Al-Murad Granite, we originally asked for a quote back in December, although i was expecting a wait as it was the week before Christmas the quote was with me the same day. Since then Mohamed has been both patient and on the ball with responding to any changes and queries as the kitchen has progressed. The templating team were efficient and knowledgeable, along with coming up with advice and suggestions. The install was completed without fuss on the day they arranged, everyone has been courteous and professional throughout. We had a slight issue on the day of install, only noticed once the installers had left, however within an hour or so, one of the fitters returned (having already left work for the day) and rectified the issue on the spot. 5 stars all the way, thank you for our fab worktops!

Fitted out a large set of kitchen work tops and an island for us. Beautiful product and professionally and efficiently installed. What was most impressive about this company was on more than one occasion we had to reschedule fitting at very short notice due to other complications with our self build. Today i experienced customer service which i thought no longer existed Al Murad have restored my faith in mankind. Before Xmas i ordered a piece of granite from Al Murad to complete a bathroom project,the measurements were given to me by the bathroom supplier,after it had been cut and i collected it the bathroom fitter told me it was the wrong size and i would need it recutting. I contacted Al Murad and they said no problem bring it back and we will sort it out true to their word they did at no extra cost to myself bearing in mind this was not their fault it was mine.The quality of product is amazing and i decided on Al Murad after getting several quotes and they were cheapest by one hundred pound and as i have mentioned earlier the quality is amazing.I would one hundred per cent recommend a visit to these guys you will not be disappointed I was very pleasantly surprised cannot thank you enough guys.
