Wow! What a company! Gifford, Paul and Mel are great people who know their industry inside out. From meeting them on a building site to the finishing product I could not be happier. The technical knowledge Paul and Gifford have is incredible. Phenomenal attention to detail and went way way past our expectations. Loved the renders, loved the experience, loved the conversations and LOVE THE CINEMA! If I ever move again… bespoke is the first contractor I’m calling! Wow! WISH I COULD GIVE 8 STARS

Bespoke Home Cinema are a fantastic company to work with. Their passion, energy and enthusiasm makes a real difference to the finished product. The work, which they completed for our cinema room at Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice, was to an extremely high quality and from the very beginning of the project, they did everything in their power to accommodate all of our needs and make sure that the finished product was exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with our new cinema and couldn’t recommend Bespoke Home Cinema highly enough.

The whole experience from design to completion was superb. Attention to detail was flawless and the final product, in my opinion, award winning. This is not just a cinema. Installing a cinema in a house built in 1866 was not without challenges, but Gifford and his team delivered. Including bespoke ceiling cornicing to match original features shows how far the attention to detail goes. It’s not just the tech, but the whole picture. And, due to shipping challenges beyond their control, they pulled out all the stops to get seats personally deliver and installed on Christmas Eve, which just demonstrates how far these guys go to deliver first class service! Overall, we could not have selected a better team to plan, design, install and deliver a top class cinema. Oh, they also do control 4 too!

Really positive experience with Bespoke Home Cinemas. We used another company previously to help with us our Control System and what a difference with Bespoke. Paul, our engineer, was really knowledgeable and helpful and was able to upgrade our system and unlock functionality that we couldn't get before, like the C4 app!! Will definitely be using Bespoke again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Bespoke Cinemas-5 Stars!!! 👍👍 The dream that they eventually made real for us started when we had a large renovation project in our house, and we did not know what to do with a dining room that was not being used by us. At the time I knew nothing about movie/theatre rooms and so did a bit of research on the Internet. Bespoke Cinema of Leeds came up with very positive Google reviews. Although they were based in Leeds, (at least a 90 drive away). I decided to send an email inquiry during the first lockdown in 2020 when all businesses were shut.I got an immediate response and a Zoom meeting was set up. This is when I met the director Gifford. He was very enthusiastic, knew his subject very well and was open to all our ideas. Without any up front costs he asked for the room dimensions and photos to be sent across, so he could draw up an ideal plan with various levels of cost options depending on our requirements. When allowed, we visited him at his showroom with our young grandson. Despite not having given a firm order yet, he spent hours with us going over the various aspects of the cinema room and all the possibilities. This ranged from the different types of projectors, sound systems, screens, chairs, lighting, to the finish around the room and all the other aspects to be considered. He was very hospitable, without being pushy as a salesman. and asked us to think over the various options. I was debating what level of projector to have, and he reassured me by saying he would get the different projectors and show us the difference on the screen in the showroom. When we returned for this to be demonstrated, he had set up the two projectors (hidden from us) to show on the screen at the same time. This has involved quite a lot of effort on his part in blanking off half the lens projector of each projector to show the same film but with half the image from each- married up to form one complete image. He demonstrated the movies but asked us to choose which side we preferred each time. This way we could tell the difference between the two projectors with different prices without being influenced by anything except the quality of the image. We gave the order. Immediately and gave us a timeline for the project. However this would have been a few weeks after a birthday party for my grandson. He immediately changed his timeline and squeezed us in, promising us that everything will be ready for then. The design was outstanding and was one-of-a-kind for this project. He did everything in the room without having to call any other trades, except the for lining to the walls for which he used a regular firm. He even downloaded and lent us films for us in readiness for the children's party and provided beanbags as the cinema chairs were going not to be delivered till a few months afterwards because the backlog from Covid. He and he is very amicable employees also helped in issues that we were having on the other part of the renovation project without hesitation. The room that was created is stunning and every time we have taken friends in to see it, their jaws have dropped in awe. Looking at the screen while watching TV or movies has now taken us to another dimension in the fact that the colours are so stunning and we feel we are actually in the action. We have loved watching some of our old film favourites again as well as just ordinary TV, as it has given a whole new experience to watching them. If you are even thinking of a cinema room, give them a call before any of others as they will provide you with your dream movie room!!!

Would certainly not hesitate in recommending Bespoke to anyone looking for personal or business. I set up my salon HQ Hair in North Leeds and approached Bespoke for advice on all things tech and security. I wanted music, wifi and cctv installed. Bespoke gave me good honest advice and I felt confident that they would be the team for the job to support my requirements. They were also recommended by several clients of mine and even though they primarily install home cinemas I was made aware they provide multiple commercial services that support businesses. The installation took place with no disruption to my salon, the install team are extremely considerate knowing any works required to take place are out of working hours and they are always very accommodating when I require updates or service works to my system. It’s reassuring they are local to my business and also there to support remotely should I ever require.

Bespoke Home Cinemas offer a first class service from start to finish. They clearly explain how a true home cinema is far more than the basic components people instantly think of and how different combinations will affect the overall experience. The depth of knowledge they have means they can explain things to anyone from a novice to a tech geek. We were offered a range of quotes at different price points, with an explanation of the effect at different levels. When we decided, the team ensured every aspect of the project was implemented for optimum performance and with a great deal of expertise and care. Having had the experience I would recommend people look nowhere else, we did and I can honestly say we were wasting our time. The prices are competitive but it truly is the expertise that makes everything work. The result is amazing, we selected a more traditional cinema layout arrangement, it gives a real wow factor but we still use the room for watching tv as much as movies. It is far more versatile than you may expect and a great addition to our home. Very grateful to Gifford and the team who are still there to support the product long after the install.

I cannot recommend this company enough, I would give more than 5 stars if possible, if you want a WOW cinema room. I contacted Gifford during the first lock down back in June with my enquiry. He contacted us back straight away, and then continued with the correspondence via E mail and phone to get a thorough idea of our expectations and budget. After lockdown he came within a very short time span to view the room and give us various options, as we had provisionally started to build the room with soundproof and electrical. Gifford actually suggested flipping the room around to our original plan and it was this suggestion that has actually made it the WOW factor and allowed us to go from a 6 seater to a 10 seater and still feel very roomy. His knowledge of sound and the equipment required is exceptional, my partner and 2 of my sons then visited his showroom so that he could explain and show us in layman's terms. He is very conscious of budgets and is not pushy with sales talk, even though we went over budget I felt it was totally our choice to do so, and could have gone higher in which he stated it wasn't necessary to get the effect we required. The choice of speakers and projector and bespoke screen and fabric extra sound proof walls actually make the cinema room better than any cinema I have ever been to. Gifford and Paul don't just fit this but also have a great aftercare service. From start to finish it took about a month with 3/4 visits, and was completely finished for us to enjoy well before the last lockdown. Thank you Gifford, Paul and team for being so professional but also making it so personal for giving us a fantastic cinema that we will be able to enjoy with family and friends in years to come, once all the restrictions are lifted.

I wanted a cinema in our new house but had a few challenges due to it being a 2* listed building. I researched and got quotes from several top providers. I decided on Bespoke for a number of reasons. Firstly, they have a great showroom and owner Gifford is passionate about his technology choices when it comes to the kit Bespoke recommend. Rival quotes didn’t really pin their colours to the mast and “say this is the best and this is why” so I found the Bespoke approach to feel more like a premium solution than a trip to Richer Sounds. The second reason was Bespoke do a lot of their work in-house, and third-party involvement was minimal, e.g. we had a decorative dental plaster added over the usual coffer ceiling, this was project managed by Bespoke but carried out by a specialist. Other than that, cabling, electrics, setup, screen construction etc was all in house. Once installed we had a couple of issues that needed to be dealt with, the kind of issues where you can really tell the difference between a great provider and one that’s not so great. It would have been quite easy for an installer to blame the manufacturer for problems outside of their control, however Bespoke have been fantastic and have instantly changed components that were less than optimal (e.g. one of the Amps for Atmos speakers exhibited a hum, I didn’t notice it, but Gifford did so swapped the kit next day). There are many other examples of great service such as climbing into a dusty void beneath the house to ensure cabling from the security system didn’t interfere with the fabric of the listed house (something you wouldn’t get with a third party electrician contracted in), re-calibrating the audio each time we’ve added furniture, continued to work to make a custom blind solution optimal without disrupting the woodwork etc. And last but not least, the team of Gifford, Richard and Jimmy were all very knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. In short, if you’re looking for a premium solution and excellent after sales service, I’d recommend Bespoke.

Just had my cinema finished by these guys. Got to say I’m very pleased. Was unsure first about a projector as I game and love a quality picture. Went with an Epsom 9400 tw and was not disappointed. Running sky through it also looks great. Took only 5 days start to finish the work. If your unsure talk to Gifford and see the demo you won’t be disappointed.

Bespoke carried out a complete smart upgrade to our nearly two hundred years old house in an extremely professional, sympathetic and incentive way. Careful integration of lighting, video and audio distribution, a dedicated cinema room and comprehensive security system carried out with the minimum disruption.
