Me and my partner did Kayleigh’s Parent classes and I also did the Birthing classes and we were so so impressed and grateful for the knowledge we gained from them! I was also really grateful for the time and relaxation I got from the birthing classes on the run up. Invaluable sessions and we start on the journey of parenthood that little bit more confident. It really helped us to meet new parents to be too! Would highly recommend both classes

Kayleigh has been a hugely positive influence on my pregnancy and parenting journey. The antenatal classes were packed full of useful information and were extremely helpful for both my husband and me, and I found the birthing classes really calming and grounding. It has been fantastic to continue the journey as a new mum with the Tinies class, not only with the comfort of having Kayleigh leading the class but also being able to build relationships with parents I’d met when pregnant. Kayleigh is always answering our many queries and worries in between classes too, she really cares about the people in her classes. One of the best decisions I made was to join the antenatal class and find this lovely community!

I did a 6 week birthing course with Kayleigh, I am so glad I did. Having a toddler I never felt the time to connect with my baby and this pregnancy. These classes gave me the time I needed.
The yoga was fab and made me feel so connected to my baby and my pregnant body! The teaching parts were amazing with invaluable information and Kayleigh was more than happy to answer any questions we had in full detail.
Kayleigh gave me ability and empowered me and I’m sure the other ladies in the group too to feel in control and somewhat excited about giving birth after being so fearful for so long!
I have my baby now, I laboured (for the first time) and using all the techniques and methods Kayleigh taught me I was able to actually enjoy labouring my baby!
100% recommend these classes. Kayleigh is lovely, kind and very knowledgeable person! If I ever persuade my partner for baby no.3, I’ll be back!!! 😂

What a wonderful weekly class. I always look forward to attending. After often a hectic week, Kayleigh provides a little piece of relaxation for you and baby, excellent breathing strategies for birth and plenty of information that is easy to digest to prepare you for your labour. Fully recommended!

I have done the Daisy Parent and Daisy Wigglers.
The antenatal classes were so informative and really helped me and my husband feel more prepared for the birth and fourth trimester.
I had a lot of anxiety around birth but the Daisy parent course helped me feel more relaxed and I had a really calm and positive birth experience!
Daisy wigglers is my favourite baby group to go to! It is really enjoyable and relaxing so baby doesn't get overwhelmed. My baby loves all the activities and has a great time every time we go! I have done 2 terms so far and looking forward to the 3rd. Kayleigh is really lovely and takes the time to get to know all the babies and mummies so the class feels really welcoming. She also encourages getting to know each other and I have made some great friends! My husband has joined us a couple of times when he has a day off and he has had a lot of fun too!
I can't recommend Kayleigh at Daisy Foundation enough ❤️

I have just finished my first six week Daisy Tinies course. I've enjoyed the course so much that I've booked on for the next six weeks. Kayleigh creates such a welcoming and relaxing environment during the classes. Not only are you able to learn about baby massage and bond with your baby, you're also able to talk to other mums with babies at a similar age to yours, get advice and know that you're all experiencing similar things to each other. It really feels like a safe space and I've looked forward to going every week. I can't recommend Kayleigh's classes enough and would encourage anyone thinking about booking on to one to go for it.

I did a 6 week course with Kayleigh , I couldn’t recommend her enough! I feel a lot more ready for my birth and it really gave me the time I needed to practice breathing techniques and connect with my growing baby bump. I don’t get a lot of spare time being a workaholic and as I look back over the weeks I am so grateful. Kayleigh really encourages the class to connect with each other and I am sure I have met mums to be that I will be able to share this journey with moving forward . Thank you Kayleigh x x

I've taken part in a few classes from other providers run by different organisations (some charities) and this is by far the most informative. Kayleigh is well knowledged on the topics she talks about and is able to answer questions or find out the answer. The sessions are a good length compared to some other classes I've done that were only 45 minutes long. The session has a nice structure to it beginning with breathing exercises, information and learning, yoga birthing positions, and finishing with relaxation. I feel listened to and welcome. The follow up emails and contact outside the class is really good as well. I have already recommended the class to a few other people. The venue has parking and is a nice building.

We attended the antental classes together and I did the baby yoga classes as well. I cannot recommend Kayleigh and these classes enough- we learnt so much from her. And definately meant we are a lot more prepared for our little ones arrival. She gives all the information with no bias and follows up everything with emails and messages signposting to additional support websites etc. You can tell she truly enjoys her job- and this shines through. I have told everyone I know about these classes as we geniunely believe they are worth every penny. Thanks Kayleigh!

I attended Kayleigh's 6 week birthing classes at Monk Fryston. These classes were informative and relaxing. I felt I learnt so much about labour & birth that was invaluable when it came to making informed choices about my birth. Would highly recommend!
G. K.
I was recommended Kayleigh's classes from a few friends and have not been disappointed the breathing and relaxations techniques are super helpful and all the knowledge kayleigh imparts makes you feel empowered and less anxious for all that could occur before, during and after birth, looking forward to the parenting classes to come 😊

I did Daisy Birthing classes with Kayleigh and cannot recommend them enough. Kayleigh is such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic teacher who goes out of her way to make everyone feel included and create a welcoming atmosphere. The classes were an oasis of calm in a busy week and a priceless opportunity to connect with and focus on baby.

I was a bit skeptical to go to Birthing Yoga at first as it was not something I would have normally done. But I decided to go with a few friends and Kayleigh made us feel completely at ease! Fantastic way to prepare for birth, both physically and mentally. I loved it so much I did a second term. Kayleigh is a fab teacher with a lot of very valuable knowledge to impart. I would not hesitate to recommend her, and her classes, to anyone!

I can’t recommend Kayleigh’s classes enough. As a first time mum I was recommended daisy classes by a good friend who also rated them highly. I am so glad I decided to get in touch with Kayleigh. I did 2 x 6 week terms of daisy birthing starting at 16 weeks pregnant as I wanted to be very prepared and I also did a parenting course and active birth workshop with my partner. Personally I found the classes to be great, lovely yoga that will help in pregnancy and in labour with balanced education and beautiful relaxation at the end. Together me and my partner have learned so much from Kayleigh and her classes and each class for me helped reinforce what was learned from the others. After classes Kayleigh provides useful recaps and resources so you can go and do your own further research, this has helped me feel very confident in my birth no matter what route that ends up taking. We have our ideal birth plan but we know with the skills we have learned and the confidence we have gained we are able to feel positive no matter what happens. I think additional to the classes themselves the groups of fellow mums and parents you become a part of are also invaluable. You meet some lovely likeminded people who are also an amazing source of advice and you can also help others who are on the same journey as you. Kayleigh is clearly a very caring and kind person and you can tell she has such a passion for birth and parenthood. I’m looking forward to continuing my daisy journey by attending Daisy Tinnies classes and Daisy Mama classes once baby arrives and I hope to keep in touch with Kayleigh and the lovely mums I’ve met along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of Kayleigh’s classes to other pregnant women and couples, mine and my partners pregnancy journey has definitely been made so much better by being part of the Daisy community, it’s been especially reassuring during lockdown to have that support so readily available. Just invaluable and I can’t thank Kayleigh enough for her support! Xxx

I contacted Kayleigh after having troubles with pelvic pain. I found her friendly and easy to talk to, the information she provided me with was invaluable, this lead to me join her antenatal yoga classes, which has been the best decision I have made throughout my pregnancy. With it being my first, I was very nervous about the whole pregnancy journey - the unknown. But Kayleigh provided me with an immense amount of information and knowledge that I have been able to take away from the sessions. I feel ready to take on whichever road my labour decides to go down armed with all things from pain relief to understanding how to listen to my body, I learned breathing techniques and the detailed stages of labour (which i didn’t have the foggiest about before). I really enjoyed the couple of weeks I spent at the sessions and I can’t thank Kayleigh enough for helping me on my pregnancy journey. I would highly recommend anyone embarking on this amazing journey for the first time. 5Stars all the way - thank you xx

Cannot recommend Kayleigh’s classes enough, I took the active birth course and went from feeling unprepared and anxious to feeling confident, knowledgable and looking forwarding to labour. Kayleigh is a fantastic practitioner and I’d highly recommend any of her classes to other expecting parents. Looking forward to attending more once our baby has arrived. Thanks Kayleigh!
K. T.
I have done the Active birthing classes and two lots of Tinies (one with each of my children) with Kayleigh, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxed, informative and fun class. Kayleigh is so knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make the classes a sociable and supportive space. Thank you again Kayleigh!

We have had the best term at baby massage!
It is so nice to come away from our busy home to a calm, relaxing atmosphere where I can spend quality time with my little girl. I have truly enjoyed this class and feel that my daughter has got a lot out of it.
Kayleigh is so lovely, with an infectious calming nature. No matter how frantic I feel when I arrive, i soon chill out when the class gets started. I can tell this has a positive effect on my little girl ☺️
Thanks Kayleigh, we are excited to see you again at wrigglers! X
H. T.
I have just completed a wonderful 6 weeks of classes with Kayleigh. She is absolutely lovely and makes you feel welcome from the first class. The classes are well structured with a good combination of movement and knowledge. I will definitely be attending the classes for baby post birth. Thank you Kayleigh!
T. n.
Kayleigh’s classes are a must! I did antenatal with my husband and I can honestly say it was life changing. Kayleigh gave very practical tips in a relaxed and open environment. Once baby arrived I did Tinies and several rounds of Wrigglers. Both great classes with varied content through out. It was also a great way to meet some lovely mums and make new friends for life. Kayleigh is very chilled and is amazing at creating a comfortable environment for everyone where you just want to keep returning. I’ll be back for new terms with my 2nd baby. I’d recommend you book classes as soon as they’re up because they sell out fast. X

October 2020
I have just completed the daisy birthing six week term for the the second time (first time was in 2018) and once again really enjoyed the class and dedicated time to focus on me and baby. Kayleigh is a font of knowledge and I left each class feeling more informed about my options and to help have the birth I'm hoping to have. The movements and breathing techniques Kayleigh teaches are unlike those you would learn through reading books or forums and I'd highly recommend booking onto her classes
2019
I attended Kayleigh's birthing classes in May last year which I always looked forward to attending on a Friday evening. I learnt so much from them and feel like the information that she gave us really helped me prepare for my birth.
Upon the arrival of my little one I then attended a term of tinies and wrigglers which were both great fun for me and my baby and I'd highly recommend all three classes.
E. B.
I would highly recommend the Daisy birthing classes. Kayleigh is so knowledgeable, she will be totally honest but is also very reassuring. Each week she sends an email with further information and links to articles which can help you make informed decisions about each stage of labour and help you create you birth plan (option A, B and C!). I feel fully informed and so much more prepared. Thank you so much Kayleigh! X

Fantastic classes with a fantastic teacher. Kayleigh is a brilliant teacher and a wealth of knowledge about pregnancy and birth. The 6 week course was informative, relaxing and empowering. The positive and encouraging way that Kayleigh delivered information about the stages of labour and the different choices available in each session has helped me feel a lot more confident about giving birth as a first time mum. The exercises and breathing techniques have also equipped me with practical strategies that I can use during pregnancy and labour. The follow up emails have been great, with reading and reminders of the key content of the class to share with my birth partner. It was a lovely way to meet other mums to be and get the opportunity to talk to them about our experiences. I would recommend Kayleigh as a teacher and the Daisy Birthing classes to all expectant mothers, and I will definitely be signing up to the post natal courses that Kayleigh offers.
What I learnt at Kayleigh’s birthing class helped me through a long and challengng labour and gave me the tools to create a positive birth despite the challenges I faced in my labour. The breathing edpeciallt techniques were invaluable for me.
After giving birth I am also attending the tinies classes with my little girl after enjoying the daisy birthing classes so much. Kayleigh is a caring and committed teacher and my daughter and I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere Kayleigh creates. The activities are fab and I can do them at home with no extra equipment needed. We’re just about to start a second term of tinies and have booked onto wrigglers. You won’t find a better class out there.
I think the most important thing you can have as a new mum is a network of other mums to support each other. Through Kayleigh’s classes I have met a wonderful group of friends who have helped me navigate the Unknown’s, joy and challenges of motherhood.

Thank you so much Kayleigh for a wonderful experience. The classes were well organised, relaxing and very informative. The email after every session really helped to consolidate the learning for the week and I felt like it was a very personally delivered class each week. I have signed up for the active birth workshop too. I would recommend Kayleigh from Daisy Birthing to anyone!

After completing 2 terms of the antenatal class, active birth workshop, 2 terms of Daisy Tinies and now the first session of Wrigglers I can honestly say that deciding to attend the daisy classes with Kayleigh was the best decision I made throughout my pregnancy.
I have made (what I hope will be) life long friends for myself and hopefully for my little one too. The active birth workshop mentally prepared me for labour and resulted in an extremely positive birth experience which I will treasure forever. It also really helped my husband understand his role and made him feel very included in the birthing process.
The Daisy Tinies classes gave me a bank of activities to try at home with my little one and he loved the massage and songs. The structure of the classes mimicked the antenatal classes including a relaxation section and Kayleigh always provides tea, coffee and sweet treats. Other classes I’ve been to have been good but Kayleigh goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable, friendly and astutely aware of everyone’s needs.
We attended our first Wrigglers session today and my little one loved it from beginning to end. This class builds on previous learning beautifully and is just right for his current stage of development. I genuinely can’t wait for next week 😊.
Her classes offer a welcoming environment full of rich learning experiences for both parent and baby. I don’t know how I would have managed without them!
Worth every single penny.

Amazing antenatal classes! I am so glad I booked the daisy antenatal classes to prepare me for the birth if my second baby. After a traumatic birth I was aprehensive to face another but the classes made me feel calm, empowered and totally prepared for anything that came my way. I used the techniques and tips in the run up to birth and during my c section but also after the birth to help me heal. Her advice and tips go so much further than the 6 classes and she provides amazng ongoing support. I can't recommend this class enough!

I attended Kayleigh’s birthing classes for six weeks and can’t recommend them enough. Really useful as a first time mum, informed about what to expect on the run up to labour, during labour and post labour. As well as really useful techniques for coping with labour - breathing, positions and all the options to consider when going through childbirth and after baby is born.
Kayleigh is so knowledgeable having had children herself and was always available to ask questions during class term and afterwards on preparation for giving birth. Provided lots of additional reading to make my own informed choices about what I wanted for me and my baby. Always a balanced view and allowed me to consider what was right for me.
Would highly recommend the class to anyone wanting to learn more about what to expect and how to manage labour. Big thanks to Kayleigh for preparing me, even with curve balls thrown my way I feel ready to take on the challenges faced in childbirth.
A. L.
I attended Kayleigh's antenatal birthing class and as soon as I walked in, I felt welcome. Kayleigh treats all of her ladies as friends, not numbers, and at the end of the course, I felt so much more positive about my upcoming birth. I also attended Kayleigh's breastfeeding workshop and am so pleased I did. I felt a lot more confident in breastfeeding and have exclusively breastfed my baby since birth. I believe the workshop played a huge part in me being able to do this. Thank you for all your advice and support Kayleigh. I can't recommend Daisy Birthing enough

My baby and I throughly enjoyed the wrigglers class. Kayleigh is an amazing teacher with a lot of knowledge and support - which I found particularly useful as a new mum! Would highly recommend!!
M. R.
I have attended a term of Active Birthing classes and a term of Baby Tinies (we are booked onto the next one too) and I have found them both brilliant with Kayleigh incredibly helpful, accomodating and knowledgeable.
Active birthing classes were brilliant for learning different breathing techniques which really helped to keep me calm throughout labour even when I had an emergency caesarian. It also made me much more confident to be assertive and stay in control of my labour.
Baby Tinies has also been a brilliant way to meet people and make new friends. My baby loves the massage techniques and sleeps for a long time after each class! There is no worries about baby needing feeding or crying and Kayleigh is more than happy to help and doesn't make you feel pressured even when baby is screaming!
I highly recommend them both!
K. C.
Both myself and my little son have enjoyed Kayleigh's classes and learnt a lot we can practice at home. Kayleigh has done a great job organising and delivering the classes and we look forward to the next term!
C.
My husband and I attended the Active Birth Workshop last year before our little one was due and we both felt it was very useful! Kayleigh was great at delivering information, answering all questions and I certainly used some of the techniques we went through during labour. Would definitely recommend to anyone. (would have loved to have attended the tinies sessions with my little one but missed them as Kayleigh went on maternity 😊)
K. H.
I have now completed the Daisy parent classes with Kayleigh as well as postnatal tinies class. As a first time mum, Kayleigh has provided invaluable support, she is so kind and caring as well as being well informed with all knowledge which is evidence based! Her classes are worth their weight in gold and should be considered by anybody looking for antenatal or postnatal classes!
K. H.
Kayleigh is just fab. I have been to the daisy birthing classes, the breastfeeding workshop and the active birth workshop with my husband. The classes are a completely different format to any others I have looked into, they very relaxed but also very informative. Kayleigh is so knowledgable and delivers the content in such a way that you feel you can ask anything. I feel so confident about labour and prepared for any eventuality! Very much looking forward to becoming a mum and meeting up with my lovely new friends thanks to the Daisy classes :)
S. W.
I have done the active birth classes for expectant mothers (twice!), the couples birth classes and we are now doing the Tinies baby class and will soon be doing the Wrigglers classes...so you can tell I like it!
Kayleigh is so knowledable and creates a lovely friendly environment to meet other mums and create friendships. The classes are brilliant but it's so much more than just a class it's a lovey little supportive community of local mums
The venue is great, easy to get to, plenty of parking. The baby classes teach easy massage techniques you can do at home, small class sizes means it's really relaxed and there are exercises for post natal recovery as it isn't all baby focused
Lovely classes, thanks Kayleigh xx

As a third time mum, and after a very long gap (my daughters are 17 and 15 years old), I decided to join a local class to help me relax and enjoy my third pregnancy and also to meet other mums. I did my research and was recommended Kayleigh and the Daisy Birthing classes.
I was initially unsure whether the classes would be applicable for me as I am having another planned c-section, on medical recommendation. But Kayleigh reassured me that the techniques could be applied for all birth types and above all else, the classes encourage relaxation and meeting others locally. Plus, Kayleigh is a font of knowledge and the post class information has been so useful to read.
I’m so glad I booked onto the 6-week course. It has been exactly what I needed! I now feel relaxed and comfortable in the run up to my impending arrival. The breathing and relaxation techniques will definitely help me when I go into hospital and throughout my delivery.
I really looked forward to my Friday evening, end of week wind down. And now that the course has finished, we have a lovely friendly WhatsApp group with some really lovely mummies and we are already planning to me up, both before babies and after!
Thank you so much Kayleigh, what a wonderful experience.
A. A.
After having a difficult birth with my first baby, I really wanted to find a class to help me prepare for the birth of my second baby; to help me feel more in control and relaxed! I am so, so pleased that I found the Daisy Foundation classes and Kayleigh! I am still awaiting the arrival of my second baby, but feel so much more confident in knowing how I can hopefully make this experience much more positive! Kayleigh is fab and even though the classes have ended is still a great support and there to answer any questions. Plus I met a group of lovely, lovely mummies-to-be! I couldn't recommend the classes highly enough! Thanks Kayleigh!!
G. K. D.
Keighley has been fantastic throughout the birthing classes. I look forward to them at the end of the week as they are so relaxing. I have to admit I did fall asleep after our relaxation sessions as it was so calming, it was wonderful! Keighley is friendly, informative and always there to help. During our lockdown sessions we have completed sessions online and it is still worth attending as you are gaining that same information and knowledge! Ill definitely be signing up for more when I decide to make some siblings for my little one as its such a positive experience to have away time for you but to also bond with bump.
R. R.
Attended Daisy Birthing classes, a brilliant way to spend a Friday evening, really informative and empowering. Kayleigh is a fantastic teacher, really approachable and the yoga movements you learn are straightforward to practice between classes. Can’t recommend enough! 😁
Z. S.
We loved our Daisy Tinies session. These were supposed to be face to face but due to covid they were ran via zoom and we really enjoyed the course. Kayleigh is friendly, helpful and supportive as well as really informative. She explained all of the massage strokes to us and the benefits of various strokes and movements that we did. Small class size with a whatsapp group meant that it felt like there was a support network between classes too. Thanks Kayleigh for a great course - we can't wait to sign up for wrigglers once this course resumes after lockdown!
C. W.
My son and I have completed both the Tinies and Wrigglers terms with Kayleigh. Tinies was a mixture of in person and on zoom due to the pandemic and we were lucky enough to do the full term if wrigglers in person. We have loved every class. Learnt lots and met some other lovely Mummies and babies. Thank you Kayleigh it truly has been a highlight to our week. We will see you soon! Charly & Chester xx
A. W.
Really informative active birth and breast feeding workshops. Felt comfortable asking lots of questions and learnt a lot to make me feel more confident. Kayleigh is lovely and makes you feel at ease. I’ll definitely be signing up to some baby classes once the new arrival is here!
S. N.
I completed 6 weeks of Baby Tinies unfortunately over Zoom due to government covid restrictions. Even though the courses were online the content was well delivered and me and my baby girl enjoyed each session thoroughly. There was effort made by Kayleigh for it to be as social as it could given we couldn't meet in person, with a WhatsApp group set up and the Zoom continuing to run after the session so we could chat. I've now signed up to the next class 'Baby Wrigglers'
A. S.
This class got me through work every week. While I learned LOTS it was also so relaxing and a supportive way to ask questions and meet othe lovely mummies to be. I have continued to practice the taught moves as I get closer to my due date and I now have a wealth of movements to help relax me, talk privately to my husband and help birth so that if I don't have a water birth I have so many other choices and options that I am confident that a change in birth plan no longer worries me. I Can't recommend Kayleigh enough and she has continued to answer any questions se have since our course ended. A true, friendly support to have at such a nerve wracking (and exciting!) time.
S. B.
Loved Kayleigh's classes which we started when my baby was about 10 weeks old! Has been a real success managing to do this online during lockdown and an essential way to connect to other mums at the moment. Thank you Kayleigh!
H. A.
Just finished Daisy Birthing classes. Wish I’d attended them earlier so I could fit in another term before baby arrives! They are brilliant classes, very relaxing, informative and enjoyable too. Also met some other lovely mums. Thank you Kayleigh!

A fantastic 6 week birthing course I attended with Daisy. Kayleigh the teacher was so caring and explained everything very well. I feel very prepared and relaxed to birth my little one into this world. I look forward to attending the next classes with my new arrival.
Thank you Kayleigh x

I recently attended the breastfeeding workshop with Kayleigh and found it to be extremely helpful.
Kayleigh is very friendly and approachable and her knowledge has been a godsend to my partner and I.
I would recommend this workshop to anyone unsure about breastfeeding and wanting to learn more and feel more confident.
Thank you Kayleigh!

I attended Daisy Birthing classes throughout my pregnancy. They were so relaxing and helped me to become informed whilst in a calming environment. When my little one was here, I also attended Tinies and really loved the sensory experience for my baby.
C. T.
Kayleigh is genuine, friendly and really knowledgeable - learned a lot.
E. H.
Would highly recommend these classes . Kayleigh is super knowledgable and friendly and her birth preparation class has made me feel much more ready . Felt very safe with these COVID measures that had been put in place
S. H.
Great class. I did the tinies and have just finished the first set of 6 classes. I have registered again for tinies. My daughter was only 3 weeks old when we started and would sleep through most of it while i massaged her. The classes are very calm and relaxing. Kayleigh is lovely and makes you feel at ease. I am looking forward to another tinies session with my daughter becoming more awake. I would definitely recommend. We looked forward to our sessions each week and was lovely to meet other mummies. We went out for lunch after most classes which was lovely and all the babies were so relaxed after class.
A. L.
I absolutely loved these classes, Kayleigh is an excellent teacher and I’ve learnt a great deal of useful information and techniques from her ready for our babies arrival x highly recommend 👍😊
D. K.
Absolutely fantastic six weeks. Looking forward to using everything I’ve learnt on the run up to the birth of my baby! Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Kayleigh!
