I can't recommend Heatwise highly enough. Had a boiler give up the ghost and contacted Julian. He talked me through the options, quoted a fair price to replace it (it truly was beyond repair) and rearranged appointments to install the boiler as soon as possible. They worked past 8pm to finish the job in one day and found and fixed several supplementary issues as they inevitably appeared during an installation of this type. First class service from a firm that take pride in their work.

Great service. Kenny arrived on time, was clean and tidy and extremely helpful - he even spruced up the paintwork behind the radiator before fitting a new one! He found a minor problem (leaky valve) in addition to replacing the radiator, and sorted it with no fuss. Would always recommend Heatwise. And just a word of praise for Dominique who does the admin - she is very efficient. :)

We recently had Julian come and look at our boiler which was not holding its pressure. Resulting in us having to daily sometimes multiple times a day top it up so we had hot water coming through. He was very friendly and kept us up to date with what he thought the issue was and what he could do resolve it, and was very transparent regarding what the cost would be.
