Great service! Rang to get my sink unblocked and they had someone available in the next 2 days. The plumber Dean was really friendly and completed the work no problem at all! Highly recommended.

This family business has been my go-to plumber for several years. Last week Dean fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us, after taking the time to advise us a couple of weeks beforehand on our options. He and his dad Howard are really knowledgeable and up to date about plumbing and heating regulations. Dean was also able to advise us clearly and accurately about trace wires and plume kits (we only needed the latter), as well as the different options of heating controller (we went for the SensoHOME, which is very user-friendly and works well with the SensoAPP so we can also control the heating when away from home). It's impressive that just as Howard taught his son Dean, Dean is now teaching Callum, who is currently doing an apprenticeship with the company. It was interesting overhearing how clearly Dean explained things to Callum to help him to develop and practise plumbing and heating skills, to supplement the college course Callum is doing. Dean was tidy but meticulously cleaned up anyway at the end of the job. I had meant to ask Dean about a potentially problematic gutter, but he spotted it anyway and replaced the offending section for us. Dean's mother Julie is always very good at setting up the appointments. On other plumbing problems at home, Dean has brought Jack with him, who is also a very professional and hard-working plumber. A high-quality, clean, reliable, friendly and professional service by a second-generation (or more?) family business. Highly recommended for any plumbing or heating need.

Thank you to Howard, Dean and Callum for such a great job fitting my new boiler. There was a lot of work involved as they had to remove the ancient "Servowarm beast"!! They all worked so hard, great family run business, always reliable and more than happy to help. I am so pleased with my new boiler and radiators....my house is now lovely and toastie 😄

Great service! These guys are clean, tidy, reliable and polite. We had work done in our kitchen last year as well as a new boiler. Had the boiler serviced this week and a few more jobs - nothing is too much trouble for this company. The boiler has been great (on their recommendation) and all their work has been done with care and thoughtfulness. Will continue to use them without a doubt.

We have just had a shower fitted by HP plumbing and heating. They came when they said they would and got on with the job. No mess, carpets protected, cleaned up after themselves, brilliant!! Workmanship is amazing and attention to detail is excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough!
