We use Ignite to service the boiler in a a rental property we own and also now use them for our home boiler as well. Ignite serviced our home gas boiler today. Despite the snow they were here early and Tony the engineer was fantastic, great job. Thank you.

Had a leak in my boiler which also was overdue a service. Ignites engineer James arrived within a few hours of my call and fixed my problem and completed the service very efficiently, He was polite, friendly and a credit to his company. The admin staff I dealt with also were very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again.

I've used this company several times over many years for both routine maintenance and for problems, and I'm impressed with the speed of service and the charges but also what means so much is the friendliness of the phone staff and the engineers, the trouble they take to arrange a time to suit me and the time taken by the plumber/gas engineer to explain what they are doing when they are repairing the problem. I did have a "blip" in their service this week (the first) and when I queried this about midday today I had an immediate response and they managed to obtain an engineer so all was completed within 2 hours. Excellent work team! 5star review earned. Thank you.

Just moved into our new home and found out we had a leak under the shower where the pipes connect to the trap. Initially we thought that we might be able to fix the problem ourselves, however the trap was in a very awkward and tight space so we decided to contact the guys at Ignite. Despite the awkward space under the shower, the plumber did an excellent job removing the old trap/pipes and installing new ones. We will definitely be using Ignite again in the future (hopefully we won't need to though) and would highly recommend the service to others.

Ignite installed a combi boiler and removed my old back boiler system. Very tidy workmanship, dust sheets laid down. Pipework nice and neat. 3 lads sorted the job in a couple of days. All up and running. Would recommend.
