My experience here is always good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The cosmetic are not tested on animals which is great and they use organic products to make it. Visit it and you will never be disappointed.

Amazing experience from start to finish. My husband booked me The Comforter. A mixture of covers from musicals and modern songs played as I had a chocolate body scrub, full body massage and rose body mask. Would definitely recommend!

First time at the Lush Spa, and it was fantastic. My therapist Daisy was lovely, explaining everything, and making me feel completely at ease. The Comforter treatment was the perfect choice at this time of year, indulgent, fun, uplifting as well as cosy and warm! I just had a Hard Days Night and a Tangled and feel so relaxed and peaceful. I really struggle to switch off, and this is the longest I've been able to just let go and relax in a long time. Both treatments were amazing, Hard Days Night is great if your body needs a good stretch (as mine does), my muscles haven't felt this good in ages, and Tangled is a really nice add on to another treatment or if you just need a refresh after a hard week. The cold stones and temple balm were amazing, I do wish the temple balm was given out as a nice extra though, like Golden Slumbers is with Hard Days night. My spa therapist was lovely, I felt really welcomed and can't wait to come back!

Amazing staff and an overall great experience! The staff aren't pushy with you and never hover around you. Everything is always stocked up with not a single empty shelf in sight. It's always a delight walking in the store being welcomed at the door and asked if you need a basket.

Fantastic experience. I was bought the Tailor Made experience as a gift and it was an amazing gift to receive. I felt so pampered and relaxed. It really is tailor made, choosing my massage bar, to having all the tension taken out of my bank, to the lovely cup of tea and biscuit after. The Good Hour with Jody was fantastic, really worked out the tension I was carrying through strong massage techniques and gentle but firm manipulation. If you're considering a massage, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Lovely soothing atmosphere. And as someone who can feel a quite anxious about my body, I was surprised at how I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable at the spa.

Went there recently to get a presents for my friends. I didn't know what I wanna get for them so I just wanted to browse around. I realized that the staff are usually trying to be very friendly and helpful but I just think it's annoying. But I am writing this review because it didn't happen the last time I went there and I loved it! I spent ages in this store just browsing around and picking the best present and just once when I was weirdly standing with one product trying to find a description when one lady came to me and asked me if I need help which was really helpful this time. I don't even actually mind to talk with the staff about Lush sometimes but many times I was asked personal questions about my job and other things which I wouldn't speak about with strangers. I really hope for more experience like I had last time! It wouldn't definitely make me go to Lush more often.

Excellent selection of ethically made products and incredibly friendly, passionate, staff who are happy to toss a £6 bath bomb in some water as a demo. Staff super helpful and friendly. Love the sleepy selection of temple balms, shower gel and body lotion. They work a treat for a great nights sleep. Bubbly, busy atmosphere. Sometimes the smells can be overpowering though!

I tend to avoid Lush because I get a big overwhelmed with the different smells and products, but this branch has completely changed my opinion. The friendliest staff I have ever come across - and the most knowledgeable! A stunning little lady approached me seeing that I was a bit overwhelmed, and walked me through which products I'd like best and what would suit my daily routine best; what ingredients would help my skin etc. She was so extremely patient with me smelling each and every soap, and trying different textures. (I wish I got her name, she really deserves a massive thank you). And when it came to the checkout experience, the cashier was so friendly, explained how to use the different products best and showed me their new app which answered all and any questions I had. I usually don't leave long, soppy reviews. But this was truly the best experience I have ever had, and I walked out of this Lush store feeling like a million bucks purely because of how well the staff treated me.

Love lush products, have been trying to reduce the amount of plastic I use so the naked range is great. Am a big fan of the solid shampoo and conditioner has left my hair really soft and shiny. Also, if you do have to buy products is a plastic container you can return them to be recycled, certain pots can be saved up and when you return 5 empties they can be exchanged for a fresh face mask. Staff are generally always really helpful and enthusiastic. Feel like it is a treat to come here and indulge in a new product.

Lush is the same great service, no matter which store you are in. We were left to browse and then needed some help with the different jelly soaps on offer. One or two other Lush stores have become a lot more pushy but this store was just right with its customer service.

This place can be very crowded on a Saturday. This lush mostly has the stuff you buy as gifts for people, but also stocks their face masks, moisturisers, shampoo and body wash. Great stuff and has no palm oil in :)

This one you were allowed to use p j which they provided. I went down stairs to find Jodie and wonderful friendly girl who explained what was going to happen. I had lemon and cucumber water and finally we went through to the room. What a beautiful relaxing experience I had . I would recommend anyone to go . After 75 mins of stretching and listening to Beatles music my time was done. Hot tea was waiting and I had as much time as I needed to come round ... wonderful day

Lush is a temple of beautiful smells and hands on testing that could satisfy any bath bomb nut. The products are numerous and make great gifts for oneself or others and the staff although overzealous and appearing to be on excessive valium at times provide a warm welcome and are always ready to help.
