S. T.A very well managed building, very polite and helpful office staff. Only negative was the rude and uncaring security receptionist. One guy was helpful the other obnoxious and obstructive.
R. S.This is a 7 story office building which hosts Engie, The Yorkshire Post and others. It used to have a very nice canteen on the ground floor serving hot and cold food and drinks to tenants but the landlords are trying to run it into the ground and it has a very limited range now. Floors 6 and 7 are nicely appointed. In the end, it's an office block.
R. H.Serviced offices with great views across Leeds. Slightly further out of the centre but nearby places to eat are popping up all the time and there are plans to redevelop the nearby arches to introduce shops and cafes.
