P. F.Lovely venue, theatre holds about 100 and good views from all seats.
Cracking bar serving good selection of ales, lagers, spirits & soft drinks at reasonable prices. We got lucky with a delicious street food van outside which served up great food.
G. D.Drinks are pricey but staff friendly. Was quiet when we were there so no issues getting a table.
J. S.Visited here for a couple of events and it’s very welcoming. The bar is small but has a comfortable feeling about it.
Highly recommend you to look up the entertainment on offer. Or just pop by for a relaxed drink.

J. M.Came here for a folk night and it was such a wonderful experience. The events space is a cozy, intimate setting with great live music. Good wine and the pizzas looked fantastic! (Sadly didn't have time to try one, but will next time). The hosts were welcoming and informative and honestly, I cannot wait to return!

M. D.Bar and food (fried chicken pop up) very good and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the show we saw (Call Me Dusty) was bloody awful. Terrible amateur production that should not have made its way on to the Seven Arts stage.
A. H.7 Arts puts on lots of events but the acoustics are poor in the bar area. The ceiling is low and it gets noisy quickly. There is a focus on niche modern jazz. Food is served and drinks including fresh coffee are available. Don't stay too long on your laptop without buying another drink or the management might have a word with you. There are interesting discussions about psychology and science.
P. E.A lovely venue, friendly staff, good service, clean, well organised and excellent sound system in concert room.
T. W.A modern cafe with enough tables and leather seats that it shouldn't be difficult to find a place. We went for bunch where the menu was well done for simple brunch - eggs benedicts etc, portions weren't large so better for a lite meal as opposed to a large greasy spoon fry up. They seem to have a large drink selection at the bar so may also be nice for a few early drinks if (it shuts at 9pm)

R. C.A lovely cafe, its really clean and looks amazing, its quite small inside though it still has plenty of seats and even a couple sofas. There's also a seating area outside if its a nice day. I really enjoyed my visit and the hot chocolate was lovely.
N. D.I've given Seven Arts 5 stars but it's both fabulous and frustrating at the same time. Non-for-profit venture with amazing professional theatre featuring eclectic range of acts. Superb cafe/bar with well kept real ales and kitchen.
So what's not to like? Well, the bar used to serve food in the evening which was generally pretty good. But if it was a quiet night, the kitchen would often close early. Keep closing early and people stop coming. They now have pop-up kitchens on a weekend (catering vans). What a waste of a kitchen. The bar also closes early if it's quiet (see above) and doesn't open during the week until Wednesday now.
I've seen some stunning acts in the theatre but there can be some woeful ones when the audience will only be a few friends of the 'artist'.
The problem seems to be the not-for-profit ethos which whilst commendable, seems to lead them to think that it doesn't matter if they don't make money which is a shame as that money goes to fund the facilities there.
It's in a prime location yet massively under-used. I will of course be back: I love it in there and hopefully you'll be open when I'm passing!

M. M. L.Really damn fun. Nice and friendly atmosphere in the bar and seating area super cute little venue. There's a hidden stage room in the back where sometimes events and things are held, and we came on a night with improv! It was hilarious! Would recommend to anyone thinking of coming here, come on a improv comedy night. Or any night. Really nice place, and nice staff!

J. B.A very pleasant bar which serves meals during the day and early evening. Also a great performing space holding up to about 100 people. All sorts of acts perform there and they also show films. This venue is a key place for the annual Chapel Allerton festival.
A. H.Non profit arts cafe. All revenue after costs go to supporting art projects. The food is tasty, the place is bright during the day & cosy during the evening. Most of all I'm impressed with the songs they play.
Great space for live events too.

D. S.I love this place. Only visited the cafe so far, which has great food and good coffee with such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
The performance space has lots of interesting events on too, just need to find some time to explore a little more
J. C.Very pleasant place for a coffee or for an alcoholic beverage. Really relaxed atmosphere and not too pricy. The food looks delicious and well prepared. Staff are friendly and polite.
T. i. D. (.Lovely Arts bar located just on the cusp of Chapel Allerton's Central hot-spot for nightlife. I've attended a few spoken word events there and the bohemian vibe is great, with a mature, artistic crowd.
During operating hours a range of people of all ages can be found peacefully coexisting. I used the place as a makeshift office with my laptop in tow, and due to the versatile seating arrangements with plug sockets, it's a great place to have a green tea or anything from the vegan menu in peace.

P. T.Lovely little arts venue in the north. Good food and a sense of liberal modernism. Not massively reflective of the ethnicity that sits on it's doorstep though, unfortunately for me. If you are a white middle class art fan give it a try, you'll fit right in.

D. G.What a great concept! I called into Seven Arts for a quick drink while helping my son move into a flat nearby. We'd already checked the place out on - line as somewhere he might want to go. I've had a lot to do with arts centres over many years and this one is a rare thing: a local arts centre that you would also like to go to just for refreshments and which offers a wide range of arty stuff without being too precious to show big screen football (the world cup was happening when we were there). It deserves to do very well.
S. R.In a great location, has just reopened & is a favourite of mine, I came in here the 1st week it opened.
Had to wait nearly 15 minutes for our Coffee's but was having a great Catch Up with an Ex- colleague, the girl did apologise.
Didn't mind the wait but my friend had to ask for his Hot Chocolate reheating, which she did immediately.
Hope it's only a Mishap & it won't deter me from visiting again.
