As a landlord I am legally required to undertake an annual "Gas Safety Check" on my rental property. I came across "The Landlord Shop", by chance, whilst browsing online for an approved contractor to carry out said work. Each step of the process - from my initial enquiry, right through to receiving my Gas Safety Certificate - was totally hassle-free. What a quick, pleasant, and pain-free experience having my Gas Safety inspection and Energy Performance survey carried out for me by The Landlord Shop has been, and I could not find any fault with this company at all. From my first contact, Landlord Services responded very quickly, and not only were the prices quoted for an E.P.C. survey and Gas Safety inspection really competitive, but Landlord Services arranged for both tradesmen to come out to my property within an hour of each other to save me precious time and trouble. Both tradesmen were very professional, polite and friendly, and very helpful with advice. And how many companies still carry out their services without asking for any payment in advance? I will now use Landlord Services Ltd for all future property needs and cannot recommend them highly enough.
