M. M.I was gifted a Thorpe Park day spa voucher, and found that the pool, sauna, and steam room facilities were great, but unfortunately the relaxing visit that was promised was far from true. Perhaps I visited on a particularly busy day (Friday), but families splashing and shouting in the pool, a group of guys filming others on their phones and taking selfies pool side, and a group of women in the outside area playing music on their phones and vaping made it far from a peaceful spa experience. Essentially it's a busy hotel pool area used by a wide variety of patrons, which is fair enough, but it's a stretch to call that a spa-like experience deserving of a spa price tag.
L. L.Had a couple of great spa days here with my partner, it's a lovely spa, clean and tidy with a nice outdoor area, I just find it's a bit on the expensive side compared to other spas, but is a very nice spa to visit.
p. c.Didn't get a chance to visit don't answer phone, no online booking for day spa without hotel stay, replied to email enquiry days late after I was on route home. However did get email acknowledgement of late reply
