Can't thank Denis enough, an emergency call out on the Sunday (at 8pm) and Bank Holiday Monday.. We had a flood which was running directly onto our rcd/power board, obviously super dangerous! Denis and his team made the property safe same night and restored power the next day (Bank Holiday). First number I'd call if there was another issue!

Called Dennis after having a gas leak detected the night before. Came out within at hour on a Saturday to take a look at the problem. Nothing was straight forward with the repair and there was a lot of damage to resolve. Dennis worked tirelessly to fix the problem and get our gas back on without further issue. Would 100% recommend, great work and decent price especially being called out of hours.

Having recently been let down by British Gas I got in touch with Dennis and Mark and I am not disappointed. My boiler needed to be replaced and they were able to provide a new one and fit it the following day. I was introduced to Affordable Response Ltd by a friend only last weekend after being left in a predicament with our old boiler breaking down. I am nothing more than super impressed with the professionalism of Denis the heating engineer, he reacted same day within the hour on Saturday. He explained in depth and in great detail what the issue was which was easy to understand and provided me with various options to suit my budget. Denis made It a very easy decision to make and now come Wednesday evening we are the proud owners of a new boiler expertly fitted and was given advice and tips how to operate and get the best from our new purchase. Very genuine and courteous service and someone who I would 110% recommend to anyone, you will be nothing more than impressed.

We called Denis at short notice to see if he could diagnose and repair a water leak in my central heating system, and within a few hours arrived at my property with his trainee Thomas. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable, they diagnosed the problem immediately, lifted the floorboards and removed a pipe which was leaking. Then, left everywhere clean and tidy. They checked all my radiators and made sure everything was working. Fantastic service and would not hesitate to use Affordable Response again in the future, and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Overall, we were delighted with the work.

Denis was very quick to come round and check a boiler fault. Very affordable £40 call out fee! Upon inspection our boiler was quickly condemned, Denis had quotes emailed to us the same evening and agreed to fit a new boiler the very next day. We also decided to have the Hive hub and thermostat fitted which had a few teething problems but Denis and Mark went above and beyond and managed to sort the issue quickly. We had no heating or hot water over the coldest weekend of the year, we pay year after year for home care with British gas and they was no help what so ever! We have 3 kids and it was -3 all weekend and there response was to wait for an appointment that was 3 weeks away! so instead we called affordable response on Monday and they came out the very next day to fit a brand new boiler, I have never had anyone come so quick to help fix a problem! They have done an amazing job and I can't thank them enough for the brilliant service they have done for us! They were very polite and friendly and even cleaned up afterwards! Boiler went down last Saturday & was beyond repair, I called tons of companies & none picked up apart from Dennis at affordable response, spoke to Dennis & he talked me through my options of a new boilers, he attended on Monday morning & fitted the boiler on Monday afternoon. They soon realised we also had a electrical fault & came round & fixed it the next day. Honestly these guys are the best in the business! We can't thank them enough & will be recommending them to all of our family & friends!! Top guys! With life being a bit crazy getting hold of someone to come and look at my broken boiler and toilet was proving difficult. Out of all the numbers I tried Denis was the only person to answer the phone. He was with us that evening and I was pleased with the helpful, friendly and efficient service. There is a reasonable £45 call out fee and and repair costs also affordable. No complaints from me at all

On a late night, Mark came down and checked the boiler which had significant problems and wouldn;t last the winter. After a fix I decided to get a new boiler installed and they came within a week, fixed in a couple of hours. Friendly, relaxed, efficent and quick service. Absolutely brilliant! Fixed my boiler on Christmas Eve! Of all the days. Boiler went out suddenly on Christmas even and the wife was beside herself. She has a bad back and needs it to be warm in the house and plus who wants to spend Xmas in a cold house, so we all feared the worst. Called a few places and none picked up. I called Affordable Response and to my reliflef he offered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He walked me through step by step what to do and oh my days my boiler was working again!! Turned out to be an electric fault, my outside Garage freezer was tripping out the boiler somehow. Plugged it out turned the power back on n hey presto voilà. This guy is the best and saved me upwards of £150 , I will definitely be coming to him of I ever have a problem again! Top man, would defo recommend. Thanks to him my Christmas is going to be a warm one!!

Genuinely a great father and son team. I've used Dennis couple of times for a boiler repair and most recently several radiator installs as part of our revamp, with pipes needing relocating etc. With very competitive rates and great customer service, advise and follow up its hard to find such tradesman. I can not praise the service from Dennis and his team highly enough. My elderly mother’s boiler packed up & she was without any form of heating. Dennis was recommended to me & when I called he visited and assessed the work within an hour. He also returned again the same evening with additional heating to keep my mother warm. From the initial call it took less than 48 hours for a new Combi boiler to be fitted and the heating to be fully restored. In addition to this Dennis also carried out a safety check on the gas fire. He and his team were pleasant and informative throughout. I will certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone needing work undertaken by a reliable professional.

Absolutely brilliant work from Dennis and his team. They came to look at our 30yr old boiler a day after calling them and fitted a new one within 48 hours. Initially they thought there may have been an issue with the pump so put in a replacement however they discovered this wasnt the issue but decided to leave in the new pump anyway free of charge! There were a few problems mainly due to how old the boiler was but they wouldnt leave until the job was finished and with no fuss at all. A new pump and new boiler was installed. They also had an additional unexpected job as on the morning they attended, our toilet ended up being blocked. Dennis removed the entire toilet to remove the blockage and put the toliet back into position and re-sealed it. Again no charge! Finally, when first discussing the job, Dennis offered to do the work on the Sunday, but we explained we wouldnt have the funds available to pay until Tuesday. Dennis was not concerned with this at all and wanted to come on the Sunday to get the job done! Cant say enough about the company, thanks again lads and will definitely be using the company for our annual servicing.

I have known Dennis since 2015 when I bought my property in Leicester. I had a few plumbing work to do, searched for a plumber and that's when I came across his company. Gave him a brief description about the problem. The problem looked very complex, Dennis response over the phone was encouraging and he said that is an easy fix. He was at my place on time to fix the problem and did other fix for me whilst he attended my property. When it comes to service & delivery, he is second to none and his prices are very reasonable in comparison to others. I have to also mention that Dennis son works alongside him, a very good and respectful lad. The combination of father and son is excellent. In 2020, I'm still using his services. That tells alot.
