Great business. Lovely staff, good quality equipment being used. Good standards of cleanliness. It's bit hard to spot it while driving by as they share a building with another business but instructions sent out after a booking were good enough in order for us to find it without to much troubles.

The Lady I spoke with on the phone when I called was very helpful. W9⁹e came as we were having a gender reveal so was warned when to look away as we both wanted to find out the same time as our family and friends. Excellent service start to finish. I lost my photo that was given at my gender scan and they were more than happy to reprint another photo at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Visited during covid for an early gender scan as partner wasn't allowed in the hospital for scans. Was slightly confused as to what was included in the price and quite dissapointed in what we recieved considering the amount we paid for the service. Staff weren't really that enthusiastic, considering it being a place for private scans and presumably for a pleasant and comfortable experience, and ultimately felt quite rushed unfortunately. Didn't feel entirely certain that the gender was correct as was reinforced multiple times that "baby wasn't coorporating" so result could have been inconclusive anyhow. The clinic itself was very clean and clearly a lot of effort put into the presentation of the place.

Could not recommend this place enough. Myself and my partner visited the other day and had a 4D package, the images were clear and the lady was very patient, she provided us with a USB so we can always watch it back.

We recently visited bump2baby for our gender reveal scan. Both ladies where so so lovely! The scan was incredible and she got some really lovely photos for us after hearing baby didn’t want to move for us at our 12 week scan so we originally didn’t have a photo of baby. We will definitely be returning at 28 weeks for a 3D scan. We couldn’t be happier!

Found out at the start of the year my wife was pregnant. After looking around for a private clinic for a scan, we came across Bump2Baby and from day 1 the experience was brilliant. The lady who we dealt with was very polite and professional and allowed all the time possible to answer our questions and to assist with our needs. We recently went to bump2baby for a scan as my husband has not been allowed to any of the NHS scans. The ladies there were so friendly and warm. They were also very patient with our toddler who had ants in his pants and didn't want to sit still! Everything was exceptionally clean and I felt completely safe throughout. The sonographer did everything she could to ensure that we got some good views of the baby and as a result we got some amazing pictures. Thank you so much!

We had a baby boy in January. Bump2baby is a great place to have scans during pregnancy. The 2 girls are fantastic, extremely helpful and help put you at ease during the scans. They’re very accommodating and will fit you in on the same day if necessary l. They also did a wonderful, well thought out gender reveal which I’m very excited to show my son when he’s older. Highly recommend!

We came to bump2baby scans for a early reassurance scan on Christmas eve. We were at the hospital but couldn't get seen until few days after. We rang the clinic and they got us in straight away. It was our first visit to a pregnancy clinic and the two ladies were amazing, friendly, and made us feel most welcome and comfortable. They answered all of our questions and were able to provide us with great information. The premises are clean and well-maintained, and there is parking with easy access into the building. Highly recommended, will definitely be visiting again when the time comes, and will be telling family and friends about them too. Thank you!

I found out I was pregnant in April this year and being 42 my mind began to worry about pregnancy at my age. I did some research and came across Bump 2 Baby. Their website was professional looking and easy to navigate without jargon!. They also had great reviews on google. I booked an appointment for a reassurance scan. The building was easy to reach with parking on site which was great, on entering the building there were plenty of Covid measures in place such as hand gel and no other patients were around. The lady at reception took her time to explain the process to me, she didn't rush me and answered my questions. During the scan she was equally as attentive explaining everything to me and pointing out things on the scan. After the scan we were escorted back into the waiting room and discussed the NIPT test. This was something new to me and again she took her time explaining things thoroughly and carefully. It wasn't a 'sell' like some clinics do or scare mongering into going for the most expensive option but more like a health care provider explaining the pro's and con's. We decided to opt for the NIPT Trimester level 4 test and yesterday received fantastic news that everything looked good and our baby was at low risk. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone, I know it's your job, but when handled with care and empathy it makes all the difference. Keep up the good work.

Went on Saturday for a reassurance scan, after having had some bleeding. Both ladies there were lovely and fitted me in on the day for a scan! Which was amazing as the midwife wanted me to wait 5 days! Everything was fine thank god! Can’t recommend this lovely company enough. Thankyou for putting my mind at rest❤️

My husband and I initially went to Bump2Baby for an early reassurance scan and then we went back again last Sunday for a gender reveal scan. On both occasions, we were impressed by the service. We were seen on both occasions on the day we phoned, which gave us immediate reassurance and peace of mind. The lady is compassionate, polite and is very friendly. Very welcoming staff, with a cute and well furnished waiting area. The appointments are not rushed, the staff clearly care about their customers and take their time with each customer. Free parking in a small car park suits their 1 to 1 approach. They have merchandise available to purchase, and are accommodating for any gender surprises that you want to plan. Myself and my partner went for our gender scan, and we will be back to have a 4d scan later in the pregnancy after having a peek at our little one in 3d during the scan. Well worth the money for any awaiting parent!

We visited bump2baby on Monday 31st jan for our early gender scan. Our little boy was able to be a part of it and loved seeing his baby sister on the big screen. The lady who looked after us was absolutely amazing, couldn’t ask for a better person to have done our scan. Our little bean was being very stubborn and it took a lot of hard work to get the baby to move and be able to find out the gender, however the lady was very patient and did everything it took for her to know the gender of our baby. The lady did everything we asked, such as putting our bear inside a black bag so that we couldn’t see the colour. We had an amazing experience at bump2baby, we was very well looked after & the sonographer did everything she needed to do. I was convinced baby would be a boy, so when we popped that balloon and see the pink confetti, we was over the moon. I couldn’t thank bump2baby enough. They were amazing. Will definitely be using bump2baby in the future and would highly recommend. Thank you for being great!!

Wow what an experience. Our ten week scan was so good we went back for a gender reveal. The lady was understanding this had been a difficult pregnancy as was patient, kind and compassionate. We had thw gender balloon option and revealed at home to our children by popping the balloon. Was so much fun. Would recommend the service we had and was amazing value for money. Brilliant service by both of the lovely ladies at Bump2baby. They are highly professional and make you feel comfortable. There was a slight issue during the gender scan because the baby was being stubborn, but the sonographer was really patient with us (and the baby) and managed to find out the gender pretty quickly. She also put the confetti in the balloon for us to take to our gender reveal party. I would highly recommend this place!

I called bump2baby scans for a early reassurance scan and really wanted it on the day I called. The lady got me in as I was really worried and just wanted a scan to see my baby was ok. I called around and other clinics didn’t have any availability and nhs I had to wait for a week to be seen. They got me in quickly and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was really calm and friendly. Was really impressed with the clinic. Good location as I didn’t have to travel out of Leicester. Great place and would recommend to other. Will go back.

I've actually been to visit them 3 times during my pregnancy, little one was always started off not being in the easiest position to scan but the girls were very persistent and ended up getting beautiful shots of him. My wife had a 26 week scan today and they were so professional and knowledgeable. Previously we had 2 private scans at window 2 the womb branches and they were so rushed, quick in and outs.. at bump 2 baby scans they were so much more patient and accommodating aswell as explaining every little detail..our baby was being akward and hiding but the sonographer ensured she got a good clear scan. The equipment and scan machine used was the best in the business and a lot better than the standard NHS machine, we even heard the babies heartbeat. Highly recommended and will be visiting again.
