Heating system was in need of a power flush and found Heat Assist Uk highly rated and local on Checkatrade. I was recommended a MagnaCleanse and was taken through the process in great detail. Quote was reasonable and comparable to other power flush prices. They carried out the work with great care and high quality explaining each step of the process, showing the debris from the flush and testing the water quality afterwards. Completed job resulted in optimal heating and happy customer. I was impressed with their service and integrity and would highly recommend Heating Assist Uk Ltd.

I needed to have my central heating power flushed and saw this company advertised on next-door.com. We agreed a reasonable price and Anup came a couple of days later to start the process. He noticed a problem with my boiler and remedied it immediately at no extra cost. Immediately I noticed a great improvement. As agreed he came back a week later to carry out the power flush. He and a colleague arrived promptly at 9.00am . They were very professional, friendly and respectful. They did an excellent and thorough job and cleared up after themselves. They were reasonably priced and their work was of a very high standard. Would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using them again for any further plumbing jobs in the future.

Really happy with the work completed. They were able to fit us in really quick to meet our deadline which was extremtly helpful. I was orignally just going to have our boiler serviced but with it being so old I thought to just replace it so they didnt mind me cancelling and came out to have a look and gave us a quote. I then talk about th issue and requested to make a visit my house to check the problem.. He instantly booked the urgent appointment and within 2 houds anop arrived. The water pipe going into my boiler burst and needed fixing immediately. I searched for gas safe registered plumbers and Heat Assist UK Ltd was the highest rated locally. I called Anup and was told to send some pictures of the issue. Within half hour Anup got back to me with the cost for parts and labour and was informed that he could be with me within the hour. The price for repair and quick call-out was very reasonable so I decided to go ahead with his service. Anup was very professional, personable and tidied up after himself. I was impressed with his workmanship and requested a boiler service following the pipe repair. I shall certainly use Anup for any future boiler/plumbing needs and have already recommended him to friends.
