n. t.Such a wonderful, friendly place with amazing staff who are always willing to help. I have had shoulder issues for quite a while but the expertise of the staff finally got to the root of the problem and my issues are getting better. I cannot recommend or thank the staff at ICAHT enough for all the hard work and dedication.
J. B.After suffering with back pain for 6 months where I was unable to carry out daily routine tasks such as lifting , walking and sleeping without pain i decided to visit ICAHT. My first appointment was with Dr Rizwan who diagnosed the issue as bulge disk . I then signed up to a 10 week program with Vance who took me thru the treatment step by step including exercises which I should implement in the gym . After suffering almost 7 months the pain has complete vanished and I am now once again running , cycling and playing football . I can not encourage people enough to give this a go if they suffer from similar symptoms . Would deffo recommend and so grateful to the whole team at ICAHT.

It was a great period of recovery for me. Not only the treatments are what matters. But the advise given by the amazing staff every single one, that yes these treatments are helping but also have to change lifestyle, eat well, move well, live well.

Z. O.I am from one of first lot of ICAHT Patient to have cupping treatment done, when I first read about cupping. I did my own research and learnt that cupping method as treatment originate from ancient times and it was very popular treatment and cure to the illnesses of that time and era. I suffered with neck, back pain and repeated infections. Antibiotics. Helped temporarily, but the side effects left me with worse condition of chest infection and weaker my digestive system, and more medication to take. However, I decided to have cupping treat at ICAHT Clinic in Cardiff 8yrs ago. Since my health has improved. No more chest infection, back pain, no more antibiotics. I don't take conventional meds anymore. I do have cupping treatment once a month. I eat healthy following the advice from Dr. Rizwhan. I keep up with my keep fit schedule. Life is painfree and am back on my ward fulltime.

I was on crutches for the first few days and was told by a doctor that I likely wouldn't be back walking properly for 6-8 weeks. Riz and Bouaziz visited me at home and after an assessment carried out some cupping therapy on me. I was back walking within two days and lower body training within two weeks. Absolutely incredible service by two very passionate people. Couldn't recommend them any more highly.
