I was hired in Spain to work in the UK. The hiring process was fast and very efficient. P&A has been very honest as employer and has been very helpful in terms of getting the necessary documentation to start working like the DBS. They have also helped me to find accomodation, open a bank account and even book the bus ticket for my first job location! They have offered me a basic training and my manager, Menka, has been brilliant. I have felt supported by her every time I needed something. They were very clear about the salary amount, tax system in the UK, pension plan offer and I have always got my week payment on time. It is a good company to work for.
