We were a group of 3 who wanted to experience VR games together. I usually play on Oculus, but this is just another level altogether. The price is every bit worth the experience. We tried Patient Zero and recommend it for beginners. The VR experience was very immersive. The game itself was fun as well. We throughly enjoyed. They also have Crazy golf and Darts. We got the crazy golf at a discounted price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make the whole experience better. Would definitely visit again.

Amazing experience, went with a group of 4 and tried the zombie experience. The VR experience feels very real and the gear is amazing. If you’re a fan of shooting zombies and especially if you play COD, this is a must try. Very accurate and shows other players you are with in the simulation so don’t worry about bumping into each other. We were helped by staff members Nadeem and Beau who were very friendly and guided us through brilliantly. Definitely recommend a must try!

We just came out of the Diamond Skull Adventure and the whole experience was amazing. The VR experience was far above what I was expected and such fun, we were looked after very well (by Dylan?) It all worked well and we really wished that we had time for a game of golf. As we were leaving people in our group were immediately saying when are we going back! Plenty of parking and there is a place for a drink/food too if you want it.

What an amazing half hour! This is an incredible VR experience, where you genuinely feel as if you're in another environment, as you tackle the sights, smells and even touch of being on an adventure. I would have liked more of a tricky puzzle, escape room element to our chosen scenario, but the immersive nature was truly mind blowing! Great staff and plenty of other fun to be had at the location. Food is nothing special but decent drink selection. Do recommend for families, friends and colleagues.

WOW! My wife and I went here for the first time tonight and were blown away. What an awesome experience. We did part 2 and 3 back to back. Everything felt so real. Can't recommend this enough, it's fantastic. Will definitely be back. For the owners/developers, a few thoughts. Think we should have had a reload of full ammo at start of part 3, we only had what was left from over part 2. If we had done these separately on different visits, we would have full ammo each time, right? Maybe chainsaw should not be limited. How do you run out of ammo for a chainsaw? Sniper rifle felt unnecessary in the scenarios, the action is too close. Maybe another weapon instead? Flame thrower? Grenade launcher? Just ideas. The only other thing, we felt the guns were heavy. Maybe shoulder straps for the guns would be good? Please be assured though, we know you're in your infancy there and these are suggestions based on our experience and observations this evening. We had an amazing time. Shout out to Ryan. Top job mate. Thank you.

We were a group of 3 looking for a good time and it did not disappoint! The customer service was superb, the staff were welcoming and friendly, though they were running behind with the sessions the staff were very accommodating. The actual VR experience itself was fantastic, it was so so realistic. If you’re a gamer or a fan of post apocalyptic zombie stuff this is for you! We’ll definitely be coming back for more. Loved it! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a relaxed environment. We had the choice of three games to play in the VR arena, and eased ourselves in with Part 2 - Patient Zero based on the advice of the staff as it was our first go. I’m already looking forward to returning for part 3! It’s well worth a trip.

We did the Crystal Skull one and it was awesome. I have never seen anything like this before...the final scene was a real sight to behold and making our way around the temple was really good fun. Dillon was really helpful and friendly getting us kitted out and making sure everyone was comfortable before and during our experience. You have to try this out.

Came down on an impulse decision and what a great night it turned out to be. I’m a VR enthusiast and use my own set up a lot so I didn’t really know what to expect but I was blown away with how impressive it was. Not only was the quality on point but the combination of real life smells and physical objects within the room created total immersion. Ryan was a great host and really made our experience memorable and fun! I’ll be back again with more friends and I can imagine I’ll keep coming back as they release new content too haha!

The staff were friendly and did a good job. The experience itself was a little short in time for the price £25 pp. One piece of equipment was not charged or functioning fully so this did not allow one persons suit to appear fully. It was fun but not as good as I expected. The waiver form submission is also annoying as it commonly (so I'm told) has to be redone as it does not always ask for the booking reference at the start, first time around and therefore took forever and we were late starting as it was. It also only seemed to ask for the adult (1) then the children, but never asked or showed a clear option for the other adult to be entered. So the advise was to add them as a child. This was then rejected as their age was not a child age. So they had to go on with a fake DOB and be recorded as a child. Not sure I would return tbh.

What an amazing place this is!! If you are looking for a good night out whether it’s with the family or friends this has to be on the list! Started with a round of crazy golf, followed by some amazing food and then finishing with the VR experience 🙌 All of my scepticism was straight out of the window - this is something EVERYONE has to try!! It’s just awesome!! (So much so, I’ve already booked to go back!) 10/10 from me!! Can’t wait to go back and try a different VR experience!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing experience. First time at Roam Dome and first time doing VR. Ryan gave us an intro and kitted us out then we started the game. Incredibly realistic! The sounds, smells, wind and heat add to the adventure. After the game Ryan showed us the room and props. Will definitely come back and try one of the Zombie games.

I was looking for something different to do with my 12 year old son so we thought we'd give this a try. Really enjoyed by both of us and the VR worked perfectly. We have Oculus headsets at home but this is a whole new level of realism. With the haptic gloves and boots (sensors which strap over your hand and shoes) you can feel objects in game. The VR room setup adds airflow, smells and even heat to add to the realism. We played the "Diamond Skull" adventure - no guns, no gore - just good old fashioned puzzle solving in a setting reminiscent of an Indiana Jones film. A fantastic venue, easy to find, loads of free parking and very helpful staff (thanks Keeley). There's even a free round of indoor mini-golf afterwards. Highly recommended.

Incredible experience - like many, you might suspect VR is a bit of a gimmick but what roamdome offer is truely unique and has to be experienced first hand. I was invited to attend the launch of Roamdome in Leicester! 🍾 Roamdome is a team Virtual Reality experience - and fabulous fun. I had never experienced VR before. I was part of a 5 person team of archaeologists on a successful quest to find the Diamond Skull. All of us were older mature adults and we all LOVED it. 😃

It was an amazing and unique vr experience, compared to my previous experience the graphics were very good, the gun system very smooth. It's not the typical zombie vr mode I was used to (where you wait for waves ,doesn't change area, doesn't have sensor on hands and feet) this one got story and you actually use your sensors... The staff was also very friendly. Will definitely come back for part 2

We had a Team Build at Teamsport Leicester (where RoamDome is located), Guy and Ben helped organise and run our day including a fab meeting room downstairs. They work in partnership with RoamDome and this was one of our activities for the afternoon. None of us had done Virtual Reality games before, the technology was incredible and we giggled the whole way through. Joe set up the activity brilliantly and even captured some very fun pictures and videos for us. We did the Diamond Skull game (entry level), it took us half an hour for the activity, think Indiana Jones style temple with activites along the way. The best thing is you can 'see' each others' avatars and there were lots of smells/ heat/cold that made the game feel even more real, feels very funy when you knew you were standing still but your body felt you were going up or down based on what you were seeing. Thanks again a great fun activity and day, highly recommended.

My husband & his best friend had a VR session booked as part of a birthday gift. Both veteran gamers that have used VR before like PSVR etc. Both of them said that the Roamdome experience literally blows all others away! A complete immersive experience that is unlike any other, it truly needs to be experienced to be able to give any description justice. They both wanted to go again straight after their session was complete. The staff were friendly, polite, reassuring & helped one of them put on the equipment. Explained everything & went at a pace comfortable to both of them. Cannot thank you enough for porting them into the lost city! 10/10 will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing time visiting Roamdome today. Our VR game was due to start a little late and Adam was so accommodating and gave us all a free game of golf (fantastic course) and a game of virtual darts (also super fun). The venue is really well put together with a range of activities for all the family. The VR experience was unreal and we will definitely be back!
