Dr. Brendan is a superstar - a true professional who REALLY cares about you and the issues you are experiencing and he has a dedication to helping you heal. I was recommended Brendan by a friend who has been going for some time and I think it’s one of the best investments I have made. Brendan works hard to fix you and gives honest and sage advice on how to manage yourself better and what to do to ensure that you don’t get to a bad state again. Most people in most professions want you to keep coming back to them but Brendan truly cares and wants you to be at your best. I can’t recommend him enough - and although it sometimes can be intense, it always leads to a better state of health. Thanks Brendan for all that you do. You’re a gem.

I have been suffering with headaches and neck pain for years, I attended my first session with Brendan was immediately put at ease. He explained every part of the treatment in great depth and what to expect afterwards, also giving insight in to the possible causes of my pain. The treatment was great and honestly made a massive difference. Have been back since and will be going again to keep on top of things. I cannot recommend Brendan enough!

Today was the first time i had ever been to a chiropractor. Id seen lots of videos online etc. And ive suffered with neck stiffness and pain in my shoulder blades and lower back for quit a while. I found Valkyrie on google, and saw the initial consultation was £55 (bargain compared to some others ive seen). I didnt know what was involved in the consultation but after speaking to me and examining, Brendan carried out some tigger point releases, followed by adjustments, followed by the use of a couple machines designed to relax the muscles and increase bloodflow. After a fantastic hour, i left feeling like i had a new back! I was given some aftercare advice to help keep my back in good health which was fantastic. I wasnt told that i had to come back every week or every month, the advice was to do my stretches etc at home as advised and come back if i want to. I will definitely be booking in once a month, every month! (Only £32 for repeat sessions) Why did i wait so long to do this?!? Couldnt rate Brendan anymore! Thank you so much 👊🏻

I went for the first time today. Lars was fantastic. Really put me at ease. Very thorough assessment. Really explained what he thought was happening. Gave me some good suggestions on how to help my symptoms at home. The treatment itself was unreal. So many alignments, even my foot lol. Instantly felt so much better. I walked out pain free. Highly recommend Lars. I've already booked my next appointment. 😁😁😁

I have had issues with T11&12 for the past 6 years (from the age of 21). It ended my golf career and led to multiple issues including frozen shoulders, disturbed sleep, and chronic pain. It's affected me every minute of everyday. I've been to multiple physiotherapists and chiropractors. Tried acupuncture, cupping etc. Most chiropractors have suggested 18 sessions over a 6 week span. Something just not affordable time or financially. Initial sessions felt like weak tasters barely spending 5 mins actually working on my back and mainly just talking about what they could do. On return visits it was only a quick 5 minutes @£40 a session focusing on particular areas of my back. Having been recommended to me by family and researching Lars reviews I can honestly recommend him to anyone. My first session was an hour, he worked on my whole back, neck and even ankles which have been giving me problems. He didn't just give up when things didn't want to go into place straight away and did more good in 1 session than 30 previous sessions with other chiropractors. Please do yourself a favour and see Lars before you waste your time and money going anywhere else. Can't wait to continue my treatment. First time in 6 years I've had any relief from constant pain.

Visited today for my first ever appointment after years of suffering with neck and should pain and can honestly say i wish i had done it years ago. Lars couldnt have been more helpful, talked through everyting explaining all the way through why he was doing certain things and why it would help. Took a lot of time listening to the issues i had and i came out feeling more movment in my neck than i have done in years. looking forward to my next vist :)

I had been suffering terribly with lower back and hip pain that 3 Doctors had diagnosed as Sciatica. Our of desperation I though to try a chiropractor. After a good talk and some tests Lars told me that i did not have sciatica but 'SI Syndrome'. After the first session I felt a great improvement and I have continued to see Lars at least 12 times since September to also help me with pains in my neck, shoulders, and lumbar. No session is ever rushed and Lars takes the time to talk through every point and makes sure you are comfortable and happy. I was signed off work taking Tramadol, Cocodamol, Naproxen (over 16 tablets a day) and within 5 sessions I was off the pain killers and pack to work. 10 out of 10 from me. I can not recommend enough and would urge anybody who hasn't considered going before to just go and see for yourself how much of a difference it can make on your life. Thank you Lars!
