Having read many reviews of SEPs work, I was unsure about whether they could be genuine, as they were consistently positive and glowing. Well they were right and accurate. They have carried out major works at our house installing a new boiler, power flushing the system, and adding a new water tank and radiators. 3 days work for 2 engineers. I have to say that from our first dealings with Michael who quoted for the work to the 2 guys who carried out the work, they were really professional, excellent time keepers, clean, tidy and personable. Quite a pleasure to have in the house, though they did need a lot of tea and biscuits!! Their work was of the highest quality and we are so far thrilled with the outcomes. Not the cheapest maybe, but completely reliable and trustworthy. I reckon we’ve found a company that we will now always call first for any future plumbing work.

From initial contact through to finishing the job SEP were fantastic. They came when they said they would come , always polite and professional. On the day our boiler was replaced the 2 men were prompt to arrive and quickly got down their dust sheets to protect the carpets before bringing in any kit. The even had bars for the stairs to try and eliminate slips on the stairs. I cannot recommend them enough , great quality , great service , great staff.

Mikey installed central heating for me 5 years ago and he and his team have provided annual services since then. On one occasion I had an issue due to severe winter weather, Mikey attended very quickly as I have small children. He did a 'quick fix' there and then so our heating was working and attended soon after to alter the pipework so this issue would not reoccur in bad weather in future. Mikey and every member of his team have always attended when they have arranged to and been respectful of my home and children when here. I have recommended SEP to a few friends who have also had great feedback. Never had any issues with the heating system at all. Great service and a really friendly team.

Couldn't recommend enough. After calling around everywhere and not being able to get anyone, Michael and his team managed to fit my job in and came within a few hours despite it being half-term, picking extra parts up on the way. They fixed a leak and relocated a tap and installed a new isolator valve so I could get water back on to house. Really friendly and professional, very pleased.

SEP have just finished resiting and renewing our boiler .This was an extensive job involving removing a large water tank from the roof space, removing a hot water cylinder from an airing cupboard in order to accomodate the new boiler, lifting of bedroom floorboards and carpet for the new pipework layout etc. Basically it was a very involved and technical job indeed ! Michael and his team ( in our case Barry and Andy ) have done an excellent job. They were quick, very efficient and polite. After our current Gas Engineer's recent retirement, he recommended SEP for future maintenance of our gas boiler. Unfortunately, our boiler broke down and we contacted SEP who came out and inspected our boiler, which needed replacing. We also needed extra work doing and they were able to fit us in very quickly (we had no hot water/heating). We cannot fault their efficiency, their manners, great communication, prices quoted and their team who worked very well together and them disposing of the waste afterwards. If you are looking for a great service re your gas or heating, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I would like to recommend SEP Domestic Gas and Heating. I have had a worrying problem with my gas heating/ water heater for a number of weeks. When I requested an engineer visit, he appeared within 24 hours. He was smart, very pleasant and approachable. He also was very tidy and efficient and did a thorough job. I was recommended this company from a Gas Engineer we have used for years. I got a great prompt response from Michael with a quote and had an engineer attend within approximately 10 days for a routine boiler service in November 2020. SEP came highly recommended to me from a different heating company as they were too busy to help out at such short notice. SEP sent an engineer round within 4 days and carried out the work fast and efficiently. Contacted SEP as I needed some pipes moving, had a radiator in the kitchen that I wanted removing totally and the pipes rerouting, also needed the boiler servicing. Have been with SEP for three years now. A very efficient and trustworthy company. They always respond to any request immediately. The work is always done in a tidy manor and with goodwill. Glad to have found them. Just to prove the point. the boiler recently unexpectedly seriously broke down on one of the coldest Monday's in February. Michael responded first thing on Tuesday and with Richard, one of his team, the boiler was fitted with replacement parts by Wednesday tea time- all in the midst of a covid lock-down when things in the main have been getting completed at a slower pace.
