R. W.Amazing trip back in time for any Beatles fan or Macca fan ! Highly recommended ( it comes with a visit to Lennon's house as well ) tour with the National Trust. The guides were great as well & very knowledgeable !!
M. N.Need to book in advance at the National Trust website but the ticket includes tours of Lennon & McCartney's childhood homes. Guides are incredibly knowledgeable and this is a precious piece of Beatles history forever preserved by the National Trust.
(No photography inside the premises is allowed).
M. s.I wasn't even visiting as a Beatles fan, I just wanted to immerse myself into post war housing and family life. The story attached to this 'Proud' house is really moving and left me appreciating them a little more. I'd recommend this trip with National Trust

D. M.As a Beatles fan of over 50 years, 20 Forthlin Road and 251 Menlove Avenue, the childhood homes of Paul McCartney and John Lennon were my Mecca. I will definitely be returning.
