I had a boiler that needed looking at in a property I let. Aigburth Plumbing answered the call straight away and were at the property within a couple of hours. They kept me in the loop with what they thought needed doing to solve the issue and the boiler was fixed that evening. I considered the price to be perfectly acceptable and they emailed me a receipt with a run down of what work was carried out. All in all I was very happy with the service. Definitely worthy of a five star review.

Bought a new boiler from this company after shopping around for nearly 2 weeks. Best decision ever! Decided to pay a little more for a better boiler and it was completely worth it. Called at 8.30am with no heat and hot water on the coldest day of the winter so far. He arrived at lunchtime and as it was a frozen pipe the issue had resolved itself. Promised to turn up at a particular time and then did, in marked contrast to the previous two plumbers I’d phoned who fobbed me off with vague answers. Our leaking toilet proved a difficult job as it is old and had more than one thing wrong with it, but was sorted out for a very reasonable fee. Pleasant, prompt and professional - a firm I’d happily recommend and use again.

Contacted John at APH early Monday evening regarding a leak on our combi boiler. Advised he would call around the next morning, he sent a text to say what time and arrived promptly as promised, so no waiting around at all for us. Big Plus, his communication was excellent. Our leak turned out to be more problematic than anticipated due to the age of our boiler and also the access to it. Despite this the problem was rectified both effectively and efficiently. Boiler not working, Aph came to fit new boiler. Fitted new boiler which now works really well. Leak from bathroom also sorted which caused damage to downstairs kitchen. They even worked till 9 pm so I could have my heating on. Fully recommend them, very professional and friendly
