Highly recommended. Alan did an excellent job installing our Bosch EasyControl heating system. 12 months later one of the thermostats had a fault, and Alan came out again and fixed it straight away, no fuss, and at no charge. Most appreciated.

Alan relocated my boiler for me. Alan was recommended to me and I can see why- he is spot on with his work, clean, knowledgeable and takes great care in what he does. I am really happy with my new boiler location. The old pipework was ridiculous and he re- routed all these to make it look so much neater and better. Highly recommend Alan- you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Alan on New Year’s Eve and left a message for him to contact me and sure enough two days later he did, that was a good start! We arranged for him to come (to do a service on my CH boiler), and sure enough he turned up at 4.30pm, after texting me that he was on his way, I can’t beleive it! When he arrived he promptly set to work and also answered some concerns I had about the efficiency of my system. This guys unbelievable! Alan spent two hours at my property and his charge was more than reasonable, he is booked to do next years service. I have told the story above, because it is so refreshing to actually get someone these days who does what they say they are going to do, I can’t rate him high enough!

Alan was fantastic! He came and replaced my Worcester Bosch boiler for another Worcester Bosch boiler, he was on time, very friendly, tidy, and there was no hidden extras! The price agreed was the price paid. I would highly recommend him.

Called Ecoblue after my boiler had packed up and wouldn’t reset. Alan arrived as arranged, and quickly diagnosed the fault, along with completing the service British Gas had only half done - the condensation drain syphon had not been cleaned on the service in August and was full of clag and he also refitted the exhaust cowl which the scaffolding company knocked off. We had to wait a day for parts, but Alan returned, fitted the part and the boiler fired up first time! Happy with the price, it was less than British Gas was going to skin me and I’m more than confident in the quality of the service. Highly recommended!

Alan was fantastic! He'd called me arranged to do the job the same day and had called me within half-an-hour of posting on the site. I can't recommend him and his company highly enough. He fixed 2 problems we've had for over the past 7 months by 1pm and went over-and above what was asked of him. Definitely make him first choice in the future.

Incredibly efficient and reliable plumber. Alan arrives on time, quickly identifies the problem and fixes everything to a very high standard. I have used him to fix a shower, bathroom drain and to replace a Belfast sink. He provided advice on obtaining a new mixer valve and sink drain which basically saved me a fortune and now everything is as good as new. I have used him to move a radiator and to install a washing machine and dishwasher. Alan’s fees are reasonable and he is friendly and honest. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend this guy. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

Having had some horrendous experiences with plumbers/heating engineers I was very sceptical about hiring off the internet.Having read Alan's feedback from customers I decided to go ahead and book him for a boiler sevice and to replace a pressure release valve. He agreed to do the work the following day and was able to quote me over the phone. On the day in question he texted to say he was on his way but due to traffic conditions he would be a little late. Shortly before he arrived he texted again to say he was close by. He is a very nice guy but more importantly he appears to be very good at his job. He kept me fully informed all the way through the job and was an extremely clean worker. Being in my seventies I have met a few plumbers etc in my time and I can honestly say that Alan is up there with the best. I would have no hesitation in employing him again and wish him all the success he deserves. By the way, the price was pretty good too. **
