Had the most fantastic sports massage by Denise. She was very thorough, friendly and professional. The room was also very relaxing. My neck and back feel so much better!!! Great that they also offer evenings appointments. Would highly recommend!!!

Louise is absolutely amazing at what she does. Knowing that she is a registered nurse, you know you are in safe hands. I was seen promptly at my appointment time. The osteopath assessed my condition - which was a bit complex, she took time to talk through the problem with me. 5 stars for Nicky, she knows exactly what she is doing, has a bubbly personality and just gets on with the job. I would highly recommend her for anyone struggling with back or shoulder pain! The one thing that let's this place down is that there is a working card machine in reception but not everyone can use it. It's cash only for most people, I dont carry cash so I find this annoying that in this day and age I can't just swipe and go!

I have attended the clinic on separate occasions for different reasons with multiple practitioners. I can genuinely say that my experience on each visit has been a positive one. The clinic environment is clean, friendly, professional and personal. Alma the lady that I had several appointments with for Reiki made my experience memorable and fulfilled; the atmosphere she creates is extremely comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend this clinic as reliable and value for money.

Booked in with Mr Shanay yesterday after having no sleep for over a week with hip and knee pain. This guy is so knowledgeable and friendly. After talking through my symptoms he explained what was happening and why. He then went on to give me one of the best most thorough treatments I have ever had at an osteopaths. Needless to say after having the best pain free sleep in weeks, I would highly recommend this practice and Mr Shanay. The front of house staff were also very accommodating and friendly Thank you all. After being sent to a physio, more than once, by my gp for supposed posture issues I decided to try an osteopath as I was convinced it was not muscular. Immediately Shanay diagnosed facet joint issues which tied in with my symptoms and ongoing battle with degenerative osteoarthritis. I was so relieved to hear that finally someone understood my symptoms. After the first sessions my pain reduced dramatically enabling me to start an exercise programme to improve my mobility. After the second session I am thinking that I have finally got hope of a better quality of life. Can’t thank him or praise him highly enough. So far I have only been once, and if I change my mind, I’ll change my review. An appointment with an osteopath lasts 35-40 min which gives them time to treat several areas. He was effective in finding the problem areas, and the day after my pain had gotten better. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been visiting the clinic for over 12 months now for Reiki healing with Alma. The first time I went I was asked about my general health etc. I laid down on the bed and relaxing music started playing.Alma asked me to clear my mind as this was my time. I was feeling stressed with work and shift patterns. She rubbed an oil into her hands and placed them over my face,the smell added to the whole experience,which was totally relaxing. I lay there forgetting all my worries at ease with the world,even if only for an hour. The Reiki healer has a set order of moving around the body,but can concentrate energy on any problem spots if needed. Whenever I am in need of a pick me up I book in with Alma who I would thoroughly recommend.

I can't thank aintree Oesteopathic clinic enough for helping me with my neck and back problems. I had seen many consultants and had been prescribed endless painkillers but after just 2 to 3 visits to the clinic I didn't need painkillers at all anymore and had full movement and range in my neck! I have visited this clinic since 2004. This is to manage my physical disability. I attend appointments with osteopath and chiropodist. I also have received alternative medicine called Reki. All the staff and practioners, are welcoming and friendly. They are fully registered with relevant authorities They go out of your way to make your appointment comfortable. For example for me. The treatment room needs to be warm. They have a mobile ramp for access when necessary and a downstairs bathroom. There is also another clinic in widnes There are many more treatments and therapy for a variety of patients. You can call in or telephone and ask for general advice, and go from there. There is also a clinic in widnes. I highly recommend aintree clinic. It really makes a difference to me. It helps me manage my symptoms and pain.
