Reviews of St Johns Beacon Viewing Gallery
It took me quite a number of years to take the punt and go up to the top of this and I’m glad I finally did. Being scared of heights was a deterrent as it is for most tower climbs but the views of Liverpool are magnificent no matter which direction you look.
It cost around £7 to go up and it’s more than worth it!
I’d love to return and head up for sunset and into the evening in the coming months when the weather warms up.
Amazing views of Liverpool. The Cathedral was just stunning to see. We went on a sunny day so it was a bit hazy, but amazing to see Liverpool anyway.
Good prices too.
You can pay online or in person at the desk. Price is £7 each.
Walked passed many times over many years. Really happy we finally decided to go up the tower. Views are amazing, a very different perspective to the city. Great day.
Amazing view, you can see the hold Liverpool, the tallest building in Liverpool, a good place to go when you visit Liverpool
A great view, only takes about 10 minutes in total but worth it
Amazing views. You can spot most of the sights of Liverpool from here. There are little signs with the picture of the sight and some information of it. It was absolutely worth it. It is also a working radio station so you might catch them at work. We went with three kids, the age range being 4 to 10. They all loved it.
One of my favourite things to do in Liverpool!
You get to see it all from a different perspective!
It was a very windy day when we were up here and you could feel it moving a little!
The staff were lovely and they allow you to walk round again if you want to.
Lovely views of the city would have been five star if u would have gone at a sunrise or sunset. There is nothing to do other then view once you get up there & no food is allowed. Wd be good if you could grab a coffee up there to & sit down to appreciate the views better too.
Weird awkward entry, but great views...
The place was locked, I had to buzz on an intercom and the usual unintelligible scratchy voice on the other side. After a couple of minutes someone arrived to let me in. A little odd...
When I got to the top the place was packed, so even more bizarre that strange intercom rigmarole...how on earth did they get there? Were they all individually buzzed in like I was?
Having said that, I love my tall towers, and great 360 views. Plenty of info panels detailing the history of the various buildings that could be seen. Also a short video explaining the history of the tower and its various uses/owners.
Overall a must see, just can't get over that weird intercom thing!!
Great views of Liverpool city, useful informative information at the top to explain the key builds and history.
Well worth the price. Had great fun.
If you want a great view over Liverpool, this is it. After a very smooth guided lift ride you can walk around the interior perimeter. There are plenty of pictures showing the changing skyline over the years and some interesting info regarding local sights. The view was fantastic and we soon found ourselves spotting familiar landmarks.
Well worth the fee.
Best views of the city. I'm not good with heights but the viewing area is completely enclosed so felt completely safe.
Price wise its worth it for the view and experience
Visited as a family last Thursday, It was a great place to visit and the views were amazing from the top. Worth checking out if you are visiting.
Great views and a great guide
A must visit fantastic views
Fabulous, could see all over the city, worth going there, staff very friendly & helpful
Great city.an amazing place.an absolute must
One of the highest places in Liverpool. Great views of the city. The have a spot the building ” “game” in every window with a small history text. Entertaining for all ages.
Cream Tea at the @hiltonhotelliverpool using @grouponuk voucher (£19). June19z Lovely service from their staff. Then onto @radiocitytower, to view the lovely sights of my city (£6.50) for an adult £4.50 for a child. Can see the radio station. Could do with a little cafe or something like they had in the very old days. And no, it no longer revolves #liverpool #hilton #teaatthehilton #radiocitytower #liverpool #moomin #prosecco @ourfamilydays
Left it until late afternoon so the street lights would be coming on made it for me a better experience.
Could see almost for ever😁
Staff are all very nice.
Will do it again soon.
Was on a nostalgic jaunt into the past ( 40 years ago ) birthday meal in the restaurant. What a view , loved it !
Fantastic viewing experience. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable.
Nice view over Liverpool
Great views, reception a little amateur and doesnt do the place justice, staff lacked customer focus almost like they didnt want you there.
Very interesting attraction definitely a must visit with beautiful views of the city full of history!
Great views of Liverpool and the Wirral. Will take up 30 - 40 minutes of your time. Priced at £7 for adults which I found to be reasonable.
Amazing views of Liverpool from above. The lift took only a couple of minutes to get to the viewing area. There are plaques with information on the views. Staff walk around on a regular basis cleaning the windows (the inside ones only 😁)
A Great attraction for visitors to this fine city to pay a visit to remember, take plenty of photographs.
On the way out you are given a voucher for a 20% discount on your next visit or to pass on to friends and family.
Tip... I was given a voucher by an gentleman on his way out so I did the same when I left. 😁
Great view of Liverpool. We were up there for an hour. Would definitely recommend.
Great views of Liverpool. Very friendly staff. Great price. Central location. Recommend fitting this in to a Liverpool visit.
Beautiful views from above. Don't forget to visit this radio tower since you can take some nice photos from above.
Helps if you go on a sunny day with clear skies. Better still if you are also seeing the Giants who visited Liverpool. Can you see one in the photo? Not sure I would do it twice but just has to be done. Great value. 😊
Fantastic views friendly staff good value.
A must visit on a clear day. You can take in the city from this tower, with no time restriction. Views are amazing. Walk around the city and waterfront first. You can then appreciate what you are looking at in a much better way.
You Will see the hole Liverpool from the top , and the staff is very lovely 😊
Really good would recommend going for sun set but it's the best on a clear sky day
Lovely but not for the fant hearted you need a head for highs
Absolute brilliant view of Liverpool from the top.
Could only see 3 Greggs from St King John Lennons radio tower, a little disappointed.
For £5 or £6 it's an inexpensive tourist thing to do. Nice views over the city and the river.
Great views, good to see the city from that high up and picking out landmarks. A bit nerve racking if you're afraid of heights ( I am) but I'm glad I did it :-)
For the price you pay, this is a good attraction to visit. Some spectacular views from above, complimented by some historical facts.
Beautiful view on all Liverpool! Must see!
Lovely views from the top
Amazing views, friendly staff with good information about the area, well worth a visit
A brilliant view of an alright city. Definitely worth the time to check it out.
Enjoyed it a lot, brilliant views but I do wish there was a lot more to do, a mini museum or something.
Wowie this place is tall. When I saw it, it took my by surprise the atmosphere was electric the ambiance sublime really enjoyed the way it over looked whole city. unfortunately the journey to get there was hell, I hate to say it BUT the traffic was quite simply a disgrace. 35 minutes waiting to pull on to St John's Beacon Liverpool and at that point it's dizzying heights fell on deaf ears.
Maybe next time 3/5 *
Amazing place to vist definitely worth while
Well worth going up there, throughly enjoyed it.
Well worth a visit...amazing views of Liverpool
You can see all of the city from that point. I was surprised how quickly the elevator takes you up, and the fact that you can leave at any point in time. It was very warm up there however, so I do suggest that they invest in some sort of AC. Worth going up though 👌🏻
Great views, easy access and very friendly helpful staff.
Wonderful view of Liverpool! Very much worth a visit!
Very high up(400ft), but the view was spectacular
Live in Liverpool worth a look it does not feel as high as it actually is shame you can't walk all around it
Great views of the city. Cheap entry and great staff.
Awesome, cheap, friendly funny, great!
Belter attraction with amazing views of Liverpool
Nice view over the city.
In the tower you can get a almost 360° view of the city. You can see most of the cities famous buildings, see the outskirts of the city such as Anfield and Goodison stadium, North Wales.
It is very weather dependent so come in clear skies and nit too bright.
The windows could do with a clean and there isn't much else to do apart from the view. It can get crowded but the staff managers it quite well.
It was my dream and as a birthday present my girls took me up, it lived up to its expectations, nothing compairs to the one and only radio city 96.7 Tower
best place to see Liverpool and not only from 140 metres high, breathtaking view
It's was a fantastic day weather wise as the visibility of the view was as far as your eyes could see during the day. I could recommend this place if like me u don't mind being 400 ft above ground level. We got in on the off chance which luckily was with only a handful of us visitors, so there was plenty of space to walk about and take photos with no hassles.
We visited on a beautiful clear day so views were spectacular across Liverpool,The Wirral and further.
Obviously the best view in Liverpool!
No bar or anything up there, just the radio station. Nice staff answering questions.
STUNNINGGGG Panoramic views of liverpool! can also see Radio city DJ's working behind the screens of each studio, great experience for me and the fam!
What a gem, brilliant views on a clear day we could see as far away as Blackpool tower in the distance, the lakes and Snowdonia. No toilets or cafe but folk took up their packed lunches to eat whilst watching the city of Liverpool from a birds eye view. Lift only takes a matter of seconds. Would highly recommend on a good clear day. Reasonably priced.
Great views of the city
Great view of Liverpool, however not much information available on the landmarks and their history, and the windows were not very clean, making it difficult to see some parts of Liverpool.
Great views, great value for miney
Best views of the city by far
On a bright sunny clear day you can see for miles.
Fantastic hidden gem. Views are stunning and tour manager very knowledgeable and attentive.
Great value too.
A brilliant hour! Highly recommended.
Fantastic views of Liverpool
Best place to see all of Liverpool
Great views. Nice way to spend an hour.
Fantastic views, very friendly and helpful staff. Let down by the dirty windows on the observation deck! If it was free it'd be fine but considering it's paid you'd expect the windows to be clean. Photos didn't come out great due to the dirty windows. Also a smell of cannabis outside when entering, not pleasant.
Adult tickets are £6.50
They also have student prices.
Fantastic views
Really good experience.Staff very helpful and friendly.Great views from the top
Fantastic Views Across Our Beautiful City
Just a viewing platform. Could see Snowdonia in Wales.
Radio tower with 360 panorama over the city. 📌121 m high 📌6.5£ adult, 4.5£ child
Advertised as a 360° views but there are offices and radio stations up there and you can only really see about 250°
Great spot high above Liverpool for the tourists to see a 360 view around Merseyside
Panoramic views from the top of the tower. Great for visitors to pick out the main Liverpool landmarks. Was a revolving restaurant in the 70s. Now a radio station. Helpful friendly staff.
Grate views of Liverpool well worth a visit
An amazing view of Liverpool is available from this observation deck. Not full 360, but close enough. Not free, but worth the price. No apparent time limit on your stay up. Go on a clear day only!
122 metres above the city of Liverpool with amazing views of all the landmarks.
Only £6.00 and you can spend as much time as you like enjoy the view.
The staff were also friendly.
Nice view over the City, 4.50£ for students. Recommendet!
Amazing view from the top and from below as well. Very busy city, good vibe.
Visit Liverpool!
Fantastic 360 views across Liverpool. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A must on a 'to do' list when visiting Liverpool.
Wasn't expecting this place to be so cool. We'll worth the cost
Brilliant views from the top on a clear day been a few times staff are friendly and great a must visit for everyone.
Great experience, brilliant views
If you plan to walk round Liverpool exploring all it has to offer then the beacon should be your first point of call. Once the long lift ride is complete the view of the city is amazing and instantly gives you the lay of the land for navigation on the streets. The experience is fairly prized and I would recommend for groups and kids. I think it can get a busy, we got there for opening time and it was pretty dead, which was nice as you could take you time.
You get an amazing view of an incredible city
Had a great day out with the Grandkids. As mentioned here, space is limited. Its best to go early otherwise it may be crowded. We went at 11am and nearly had issues parking in the St Johns car park. You may wish to avoid cruise ship days too.
Great view from 122 meters
Just get to the top with 180 view, that's all.
Good value and views and you can see the studios ,not crowded at all, nice staff
You will got some nice view there.
Brilliant views even on a dull damp day. You also get to see into the radio studios in action alobg with the views. You effectively go into the radio stations offices! Great way to see liverpool. Has friendly staff and you can stay as long as you like. You get a leaflet which matches the view telling you what the main buildings are. Recomnend this. Was a great way to piece togther the different areas of the city.
The man showing us round was very helpful, I think it was £7 entry and you can go around more than once! Look out for the Anglican Cathedral, you can't miss it! It's huge! Big red thing, take a photo!
Great place to visit with good views. Friendly staff and good fun.
Nice little attraction. Decently priced, great views and friendly staff.
Great place to see right across Liverpool. Staff very attentive.
Not for the faint of heart! Great views of the city, not too expensive either.
Well worth a visit, if you want a great view.
Fantastic view of an amazing city! A definite "must see" if you live around here or just visiting.
Excellent views of the city and beyond, very freindly staff as well. Definitely worth a visit.
outstanding views and friendly and accommodating staff (albeit with terrible puns) - a wonderful place to go to take in the city of liverpool at a distance and learn more about this beautiful location!
Great views of our amazing city. Lovely friendly staff
The views from the top of this are absolutely fantastic. The lift up is amazingly fast and the stunning vistas for miles and miles are superb! My partner is afraid of heights but he managed to be up there for a little and he got some great photographs too!
Well the view it was wonderful
You have to go to see for yourselves well worth the time we spent there
A great place to visit for all the family. Fantastic views. Staff lovely.
Great place for a panoramic view of the city. Plenty of pics. Doesn't take too long to do but worth it. Can combo a visit with the city tour on the bus. Even better value.
Great views staff awesome
great view of our fantastic city n nice friendly staff
I could spend all day in there, views are immense.
Great views from the top. Easy to access at reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff
Amazing view from the beacon and alot of history to go with it, can't believe it used to be a restaurant but can imagine it being very popular given the view. Lots to see and spot whilst up their, tickets were very cheap and their are no time restrictions. Centrally located with a car park 2 mins away. A must for tourists and others visiting Liverpool.
Wonderful views and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Fantastic views well worth a visit
Amazing view . Very interesting to see all the buildings and their history
Fantastic views of Liverpool and beyond. Definitely worth a visit.
Awesome experience as long as you are ok with hights. The view was amazing, can't wait to go back.
Fantastic views from the tower and a very interesting history! Loved going up in the super fast lift. Shame it was hammering down tho. Would have loved to see how far the view is kn a sunny day.
Fantastic views well worth going up
Awesome view of my favorite city. This is something you need to experience when you visit Liverpool.
Well worth a visit really good views
Great views, pleasant staff, worth a trip
Lovely team of staff , great view
Great to get a view of the city (On a nice day!)
Great to visit the tower, overlook the City of Liverpool. Can see some historic places from up there, and visit the radio station too. Wouldn't have minded visiting one of the actual studios though! Very high up, it is an historic place too: St. John's Tower home of Radio City now.
Excellent views of Liverpool and surrounding area. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is quite narrow at the top which I imagine would be difficult if it was busy. We went up early Sunday morning.
Great overview! The weather wasn't really good but the view was awesome.
Great views across the whole city but not for those with a fear of heights
Incredible 360° views of the city. £6.50 entry.
Nothing it's like that!! Such AN amazing experience!!the staff on the elevator the were very polite!!
My first vist and not disappointed, fantastic sunny day with great visibility, not too crowded so plenty of photo opportunities, friendly and helpful staff, well worth the money, would highly recommend when you visit Liverpool.
Brilliant place to see Liverpool from above. Staff really helpful and friendly.
Views of the city are awsome.fantastic and helpful staff
Hadn't been up here since a kid. Great view of the city. New perspective. Got an offer on Groupon. Staff are lovely
Well worth a visit. Not expensive and doesn't take too long.
Friendly staff, great view, really worth visiting.
Always wanted to go up there so we went up today really great experience to see Liverpool from so high up would recommend a visit on wasnt expensive
Great views well worth a visit
Fabulous views over Liverpool and into North Wales. We really enjoyed our time there and the staff are brilliant.
Absolutely fabulous views over the city of Liverpool and beyond (weather permitting)
I'm not a great one for heights but it is all enclosed and I managed and enjoyed!
A must do when you visit Liverpool...
Well worth the visit, amazing views across the Wirral and beyond to Snowdonia on a clear day, it's now a working radio station so very different from the restaurant it once was.
Spectacular view from Radio Tower just for £ 5.50 (it's worth it)!
Before Christmas we had a chance to see Coca-Cola truck here.
As well - Snowflake trail starts from here (enjoyed to search 12 snowflakes).
Experience not to be missed, staff very informative, great views.
Nice spot and viewing. Vision of all of the Liverpool city
The sights were pretty cool but you're up and back down pretty quickly as there's not a lot to do. Not bad, just a little underwhelming.
Very good views of Liverpool city centre. Guides are friendly and helpful
An amazing place to visit if you're in Liverpool
Was a fun experience. Easy to do and you can just turn up on the day and get in. Its not something that will keep you entertained for hours but it's a good way to see the sights for half an hour.
Great views of a great city !
Awssome aerial views of the city and riverline
Incredible panoramic views over the city. Bit pricey!
A bit pricy for what it is, but on a clearer day the views must be wonderful.
Great place good self explain tour good prices helpful staff
Great view looking around Liverpool, even better when the weather is good.
Loved going up in the tower after 30 years! Great views of this wonderful city! Many thanks for the team who are happy to share lots of information! Top marks!
Fantastic views (even on a dreary day) and good value.
I've been to Liverpool loads of times but had never had this experience until this month!
Recommended.
Great on a fine day to get a great view of the city
Great views over the city! Friendly staff.
A must for people who want to see liverpool from above..great experience.

Lovely place. Would recommend to everyone to visit. Breathtaking view of the whole city and more. On a clear day you can see up to 30 miles ahead. Also, 360!

Great way to get a good view of Liverpool. Interesting and educational.
This is a great experience. Posted fab pics and time-lapse video on my Instagram. Been twice. Will go again.
Very nice view from tower to all city
Well worth the visit ... great views!!!!
Helpful staff, great views, but not much else to see or do here.
😊Amazing place well worth it staff are so helpful
It's a very awesome view, I recommend to purchase the city sightseeing ticket with the tower it makes things cheaper and you get to know the city in the worst weather
Fantastic views, really friendly staff
Good value. Great views of the city and the River Mersey.
It was all right. They are not very organized at the admissions desk and it took some time to make it in from outside to the inside admissions desk. If you are looking for a 360 view of the city, you will find it here. Again, just all right.
Great view really helpful people
A must do on a clear day. A fantastic view of the city.
Good value, good view of the city. Really useful to get your bearings before setting out for the day
A great experience. An amazing view on a clear day.
Fantastic view of Liverpool's cityscape and beyond from the viewing platform.
Great place to get a Google eye view of Liverpool.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breath taking view and top!
Little bit foggy when we first got there.. But, by the time we retraced our steps. It was lovely and clear.. Definitely a birds eye view
Great views of the city and surrounding areas. Unhurried visit. Be aware that there are no toilet facilities and nowhere to leave luggage or shopping if, like me, you called in on the way to your train home from a weekend away.
Incredible view and great value for money
Fantastic views over the city.
Brilliant way to get an overview of the city. A must.
Very nice staff. View is great
One of the few tourist attractions that's worth the money. Liverpool all fur coat and no knickers
Great view over Liverpool city, very engaged and nice employees, interesting to see the radio employees at work
A must see but, only on a clear day. Snack and cold drink vending machines at the top. I would have liked to buy a souvenir but they don't sell any.
Fantastic views! If you ever come to Liverpool, this is one of the places to visit. Also, it's quite cheap £3-5.
View is interesting, what else would I expect? Worth the visit.
Nice view from Liverpool
Excellent facility and exceptional views over the city.
Nice view at night.
Great views over the cultural city...but Windows need a clean😁
Great view for a small price, but they could have cleaned the windows from the outside. All my pictures became blurry beacuse of the dirty windows.
Nice value to Liverpool, the staff members is helpful and friendly Thanks
Reasonable price, great views on a clear day.
Great view of city staff very informative and helpful.
I made the stupid joke of "haha this must be a bad time to mention I'm afraid of heights." Then I was told it sways a lot in the wind. The windows were a bit smudged so it was difficult to take good pictures but I would presume it's difficult to clean windows that high up unless you have freakish long legs. Anywho, pretty cool.
Excellent views over Liverpool in all directions, over the Wirral and to North Wales beyond. The staff are friendly and prices reasonable. There's a vending machine at the top and plenty of information boards.
Amazing views and really lovely staff
Great views over Liverpool, different perspective.
Great view of liverpool, staff are very friendly. If you don't like hights I would recommend not to go as there is some movement.
Great views deal on groupon good value
Great staff, even better view
Went to liverpool and used a voucher to go up and see the view, brilliant very cheap at £3.50
Looking out over the greatest city in the world, staff are brilliant too
You'll be able to see almost all the iconic buildings in Liverpool. It's worth giving it a try.
Was great to see Liverpool from the iconic Tower. The information as you walk around was really interesting and I enjoyed being able to view the radio set..
A splendid bird's eye view of the city. The view probably means more to local people than to me but even as a visitor it's interesting to see how the city's streets are laid out.
Great place to visit when in 'da Pool'
Loved this tour, the guide had green hair and told our children it went this colour with going up and down in the lift so many times, they believed it hahaha fabulous experience.
Price is too high imo
Good service from staff but not worth 6 quid each
Pick a clear day, and see Liverpool rolling out in all directions, just awesome!
Fantastic view over the city
Fantastic views over liverpool
Very interesting it's a must if visiting Liverpool
Brilliant 360 views of the city. And what a city!
Awesome view, see how small goodison is compared to Anfield 😉.
Great don't go if you don't like hieghts
View from the top of Radio City Liverpool. Spectacular views of the city. Must visit place if you have an hour to spare with a small cost and great lift journey to the top. Not for the faint hearted if you dont like heights.
Lovely view of most of Liverpool and parts of Birkenhead. It's amazing how quick the lift was to take us up to the top.
Very cheap and nice to go with families. Lovely staff who made funny jokes with us.
The glass was clean but the area wasn't easy to take pictures in. Also not enough space for people to walk past.
Also, it wasn't nice that they advertised that you could see all around then half the place was closed due to the offices.
I wish it rotates. Also, I wish there were things like binoculars to see further away or maybe more information points.
Overall I would recommend and would love to go again!
Windows pretty dirty and scratched so it's harder to make good pic but nice views
Great way to work out where you are in the city when you've been kidnapped and dropped on the side of a random road.
Place with very nice view
Great view over Liverpool , reasonably priced , went in winter on weekday not busy might be busy in Summer
See Liverpool from above, decent price and the staff are fantastic.
Fantastic range of shops everything under one roof.
Beautiful view of the whole city ;)
Great place views were outstanding not good if you dont like heights
Brilliant boys loved it
Really good views and cheap!!
This is the appearance of a great city, Liverpool is known for this great view. The whole city can be viewed from this place and you can see this place from the whole city..
The great thing is that you know where you are, by looking at the St. Jhons beacon's direction.
Awesome view
I would have liked the price posted before I got to the Beacon
Amazing views, great price
Excellent city views!
Radio tower is visible from all Liverpool, has a magnificent view is over 150 metres high ,the elevator rise very quickly staff are smiling and responsive you have to visit
Fantastic view of Liverpool and cheap.
The reception was very warmful! The views are great! And you go around listening to nice songs.
Not for you if scared of heights.
But what amazing views you can see for miles and miles.
Well worth it.
I really didn't like lifts back in the days. But I really badly wonted 2 go up there. So I got over my fear. I love itia lot, on clear day u can see for miles so u can. I can't wait 2 go back up there again
Great look out to see all of Liverpool
Great view!
Great view over the city

Very Nice view over Liverpool!
Amazing 360degs. view of Liverpool
Excellent view of the city!
Great views
Its very high with great views
Great for views of the city
Good experience to at start. Shows you where everything is
Great views and found information about a relative Henry Morton Stanley. Its a shame that part of tower is for staff only. So you cannot get a full view of Liverpool. Also no toilets or chance to sit, relax and enjoy views.
This was amazing. Staff were lovely and very informative. Great view too
Great way to see the city
Great opportunity to see Liverpool around 😊
Fantastic views and interesting information
A bit expensive but the view was great
I've really enjoyed the tour, it has a great view of the whole city. It is not expensive
Fantastic views of the city
The view from the top is amazing and if try u can see full 360°. The windows do lean out so u do get the to look down at the floor below u.
The space u have to walk round is no more then the walk way used by the radio station staff and and the is one studio that is part of the walk way stopping g u from walking all the way round. This wasn't something that stopped you from seeing part of the city just annoying really.
Staff are lovely and and the venting machine up there wasn't badly priced.
Definitely something ya should do but probably only once.
Stunning views and pleasant experience
Great views of the city
On a clear day there are fantastic views - well worth seeing
We wanted to spend some time outside of Amsterdam but didn't want an all day tour. This one was perfect! Hit the highlights...windmills, wooden shoemaking, cheese factory and stroopwafels! Perfect amount of time at each location and all were informative.
Amazing views! Must visit on a clear day to get the full effect.
Excellent view of liverpool !
Fantastic views of the city
Epic views of the city, the Mersey and the Wirral beyond. Very friendly staff and tourists from afar.
Lots of shops
Leanne and dave were cling filming each other. Beautiful. Loved it. Shame there wasn't any pickwickians.
It's better than u think.
Well worth the visit
A must do if visiting Liverpool, fantastic panoramic views of Liverpool and beyond from a very historical building. Originally built as a ventilation tower for the attached shopping centre it has now become the home of RadioCity96.7. As a bonus you can see inside the live radio recording rooms too which is quite cool. Unbelievably cheep too, want a real challenge take the stairs not the lift :-)
The poppies were excellent
The cafe was very slow we were in the queue for 30 minutes for two cups of tea slow clearing tables
I thought the shop was very expensive with the amount of children in the museum most gifts were out of there pocket money range
great view of the city
Fantastic views of Merseyside and beyond
This picture is taken from Q - Park Hanover Street Car Park from the top :D
Excellent Liverpool skyline views as far as the eye can see, Anfield to Mersey mouth
Great for a family day out! Brilliant guide too.
You can book tickets in advance or, as we did, just turned up and paid £13 for two adults. We were lucky as there was only one other couple on the viewing platform but I guess it could get quite crowded on weekends and school holiday periods. Once at the top you can wander around most of the circumference of the tower - which is a live radio station - and enjoy the stunning views across the city with north Wales in the distance. Access is via a lift only so it’s fully accessible although the viewing platform is fairly narrow but adequate. You can stay as long as you need as there’s no time limit but I guess 20-30 minutes is about right. You’re about 400 foot up so some people may feel a bit uneasy. There’s some chairs by the elevators if you need a rest.
Great view of the city and very friendly staff. I had been waiting years for this tower to be reopened.
Great view of the city. But kinda expensive , 6 pounds is a bit too much
Great panoramic views perfect weather for far away sights. Traveled through Liverpool some years ago and the transformation of the docks is awesome. The best thing about Liverpool - the people! Liverpudlians are the most friendly and helpful people you could hope to meet! Will be going again ♥️
Fab experience definitely recommend

Nice tower
Good views and cheap, sad that the old cafe is gone
Me and my four year old Daughter were greeted, looked after and made to feel really special. From start to finish, this will be a day to remember. The views, without saying really, are phenomenal.
As Terry Pratchett once said "On a clear day you can see next Wednesday"
The place is great.
The lift is smooth and fast, you ears will almost pop, (you are climbing to over 400 ft) It's not uncomfortable at all.
The staff made the experience so much more that I can gush here.
My Daughter loved them.
