F. V.The original rehearsal studio in the area. Continued reinvestment has increased the number of rooms and it’s very band-friendly except for getting equipment up the stairs. Excellent internal sound isolation, cheap equipment hire available and a snack shop. Plenty of free parking evenings and weekends, but difficult to get to by public transport.
M. M.Vulcan is an institution, Barry is a national treasure. They should put up a blue plaque here for Vulcan. We went practicing there the other night and as I was walking out, could hear both death metal and a Kings of Leon cover band, that doesn't happen anywhere else
t.Does what it says on the tin.... affordable and there's usually room to park... the p.a. hire quality leaves a lot to be desired though and good luck if your room is up on the 3rd floor and your carrying big heavy amps etc.. Nice staff and refreshments available also, needs a lift installed to earn the 5th star.

b. e.Great place for testing the "11" setting on your anp. Value for mone is brilliant. Great Staff who go out of their way to help, not just musicians but performance Artists, Photographers and Videographers. Drinks and snacks are available to for very reasonable prices. Check Vulcan Studios out. You won't be disappointed.
K. J.Practiced here for many years, always accommodating. Even for a pain in the backside like me! Would definitely recommend Vulcan to any band in the merseyside area.
C. H.i rehearsed here in the 80s with a couple of bands and always found it to be
a nice place. In all the years i rehearsed here we never had any problem
as the staff were always glad to help out were needed.
I. M.Staff are great - friendly, helpful, welcoming. For the storage, rehearsal space, and recording facilities, you can't beat the price. Great little range of scran to keep you going, hot and cold drinks, comfy sofas, and generations of nostalgic graffiti.
