We had the best time getting our gender scan for our first baby. We booked a private scan as our hospital do not disclose the gender. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. My husbands reaction was amazing to see! We weren't planning a gender reveal but wanted to keep the gender a secret until we got home. We bought a heartbeat bear and the staff put on a top for the correct gender and wrapped it up for us to open at home. We were both certain we were having a boy but to our surprise the bear revealed a girl! We loved the experience so much we've booked a 4d scan for the end of the year. Can't wait to come back.

Had an amazing experience at Window to the Womb tonight. From the get go staff were friendly and the reception area was really comfy. The woman who done my scan was lovely and really tried her best to get amazing pictures. Babies hand was in the way the entire time so she sent me for a walk and got me back in a few minutes later. I also got offered to come back for a re scan if I didn’t like any of this pictures. They have a wee selection of teddies to get a heartbeat put into and I also got a wee goody bag when we were about to leave! Wish I had booked other scans with them.

We went for a 4d scan at around 32 weeks, all the staff involved in the scan were so helpful and patient. Our little girl had her hand over her face and refused to move it - the staff were amazing and let us go away and walk around and then come back in to rescan. Thankfully after much encouragement she moved and we got some beautiful photos. Thank you to everyone involved - I highly recommend.

Been here for 3 scans now, 2 early scans and a health and gender scan, every time I have been here I have left feeling amazing, the staff are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I would recommend it so highly. I am just sad as we probably won’t get anymore private scans cause I would love to go back!! Amazing.

Had a lovely experience here twice (once for 7week reassurance scan then a 4d scan at 25weeks). Girls who done the scan were really nice and made me feel comfortable. At the 25 week scan we took my daughter and they were also so lovely to her making her feel special too. Scan pics were amazing and so clear. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place! The lady doing our scan was very good and it was actually funny as baby was not in right position to check gender so I had to shake myself around to get a better view! Lovely ladies that work there! We got a heart beat teddy which is sooo special i can’t stop cuddling it. Also confetti and smoke cannons for our gender reveal party ❤️

We’ve been to a few places now and so have a general feel for what the other clinics are like and we liked this one the best so far. Very friendly, take their time and after wards you get to select your own photos. The room is big with a massive screen to see your little one and they make you feel very comforted that everything is ok! Hopefully don’t need to go back now but you never know! We loved the experience

We visited window to the womb in Livingston on the 16th of July and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. the staff were super friendly and welcoming from the get go and all the way throughout our scan. We kept the gender as a surprise to do the actual reveal at home and they were great to make sure only my sister saw this and was told the gender as we had asked. The lady who scanned us was VERY patient with our little baby who was EXTREMELY active on the day and managed to still get some nice photos for us to take home. My sister who came with us is also pregnant and just before we left they also gave her a little baby gift too which i thought was so lovely and thoughtful of them 😊 The only bad experience for me was realising later that i had actually stole your pen! (i’m so sorry) 10/10 would recommend ! the huge tv screens and projector made it great for viewing from all angles and extremely comfortable seating as well as some calm and peaceful music playing in the background! thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing experience 😊🙏

We went to Window to the Womb for a Fetal Health + Gender Scan. I was so nervous but all of the staff were so welcoming and lovely. Janet was a fantastic sonographer and we got so many amazing updates on our baby. They kept the gender a secret & we brought a balloon home to do privately just the two of us. We thought it was a girl since we found out so popping that balloon & finding out it’s a boy was a HUGE shock! Highly recommend WTTW Livingston - they can’t do enough for you. We got 38 photos & a video on the Avocado app too. So worth the money. We may be back for a 4d scan. Thank you WTTW for such a memorable day.

I went to wttw for my 8 week scan, they do a clinic for people before 12 weeks I’m sure, which is nice. Scan was very reassuring and eveything was explained fully. I returned for my 16 week gender scan which was on offer for £45 this included 2 prints and all the photos off the scan on the avocado app. The sonogropher and all the staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome, the scan was explained in full detail during it and and any quesitons I had were answered. They taken there time and didn’t rush us out the room. I also got a report which included lots of details on the avocado app. We will defonatily return for a 3D scan and I’d highly recommend them.

So good here, my baby was not playing ball a couple of times with hands and feet up at her face and the lovely sonographer Janet suggested a walk about and a drink, had to wait a wee while for another attempt but that was fine, not sure why people moan, it's a professional service the staff are lovely and really accommodating, when we came for the 4d scan, my baby was again not playing ball even after a walk about so I was offered a repeat scan for free a couple of weeks later which was brilliant, I would highly recommend window to the womb Livingston 😊

We recently went to window to the womb in Livingston for a 4D born to be a star package to see our little girl before she arrives. Unfortunately she wasn’t playing ball and after 3 attempts over the course of an hour, the staff invited us back the following day which goes above and beyond their service! We were very satisfied with the expertise and professionalism during the whole process. We were welcomed upon arrival and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend window to the womb!

Had our gender scan and couldn’t fault Window To The Womb! Every staff member were friendly and genuinely seemed interested in your baby. Despite baby being in an awkward position the sonographer was patient and determined. Getting to select your 4 images and yet still getting a download of over 30 images is amazing. Second time we choose WTTW Livingston, this time for a gender scan, it was a magical experience!! The staff is super friendly and they make sure you leave the place with a smile, we found out we are having a girl today and they were super nice keeping it as a secret as we asked them. We had such a great experience thanks to the lovely staff ( only wish I'd have done it with my previous 2 pregnancies). They made us feel so welcome and relaxed, and it was so good for the two grandmother's to be able to experience seeing our little one along with us. After such a tough year for everyone this was certainly much needed and now a treasured memory. This was our first gender reveal as previous pregnancies we didn't find out, but wanted to be able to include our older son and let him share the news with family and Window to the womb couldn't have made the logistics of this any easier with all that they offer with their services. I've been between here and Hamilton and both places are great...staff are all really lovely especially the ladies doing the scans! I've been 4 times now (had a rocky start) but was there yesterday for gender scan and the sonographer was great as baby had her legs crossed and they made every effort to try and get a proper view of whether it was boy or girl so I had to keep wiggling about until she eventually moved and we seen she was a girl! Also got a glimpse of 4d as well which was great along with the heart beat as well...definitely recommend!! I'd go here and happily pay over nhs ones definitely like night and day!!

Went for a scan at 16 weeks and then 28 weeks and both times had an amazing experience. All the staff are brilliant and so lovely. The actual place is also lovely and makes you feel really comfortable. The scan room is fab with big screens and the sonographer is amazing. There are so many little extras available such as recording the heartbeat and putting it in a soft toy which is just amazing. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for reassurance, to find out gender or just to see their gorgeous baby!

Couldn't possibly rate this place highly enough! Every member of staff is so incredibly lovely and welcoming. We had a 4D scan and to begin with, baby had her leg in front of her face, our sonographer Opeyemi tried all she could with different positions and then asked me to walk around for 15 minutes, and then let us go back in to see baby again properly in 4D and get some good photos! She wasn't going to give up! Highly recommend WTTW Livingston and can't thank them enough for a wonderful experience and memories ❤️

Amazing experience!! Every member of staff made us feel so welcome from the minute we walked through the door till the minute we left. We got a 4D scan done today but baby was hiding behind his hands and they went above and beyond to get some good photos of him! They even got me back in after I had a walk about to get baby to move position and they managed to get some amazing photos of baby. I cannot rate WTTW Livingston highly enough! They have been absolutely wonderful with us. We had a gender scan at 19 weeks with a 4D sneak peak which was great! We then booked a 4D scan at 27 weeks. Baby did not play ball- hands and feet in face! We were advised to go for a walk and come back. Baby still wasn’t cooperative, so they invited us back. At 28 weeks baby was the same no matter what we tried, however we left with the images from both scans and invited back for a 3rd time! At 29 weeks we managed to see the face, thanks to the amazing team! They have been so accommodating and genuinely have an interest in their couples. So worth the money and the extras are reasonably priced too. If you get Janet performing your scan, you are in for a treat! If there’s a baby no.2, we will definitely go back!

If you’re thinking about booking a scan at all with this company please don’t hesitate. We booked in for a ‘VIB’ scan the minute we found out we were pregnant, we read online that the best time to have this done was 27-30 weeks. It seemed like such a long wait but the surprise of finding out the gender and seeing our baby for the first time was well worth it!. From the minute we walked through the door we were greeted by a lovely pleasant lady on the reception who quickly made us feel comfortable, she explained the whole process and asked if we knew the gender yet, when we said we were finding out today she was genuinely excited for us. She asked us to take a seat and await instruction of our scan, a few moments later we were taken for our scan, the lady who came to collect us was equally as amazing, quickly we relaxed into the idea of seeing our baby’s face for the first time! (I was so nervous, no idea why). The woman who did the scan introduced herself to us and asked me to lie down and get comfy when I’m ready, again, what a lovely lady and great approach. Both ladies seemed to be excited we were finding the gender out in the room, the plan originally was to have my parents there with us to find out too, however my father broke his leg the day before and couldn’t come. I explained this to the ladies as I was devastated they couldn’t be there, extra effort was made to make sure my parents were involved which I was so grateful for. After finding out we were having a baby girl!! We couldn’t believe how lucky we were!! I couldn’t speak for crying the tissues were issued in vast amounts 😂. The photos we picked were fabulous and the heartbeat bunny we got just topped off the day. We decided on getting a balloon to reveal the gender to our family however the helium wasn’t working so the lovely lady on reception gave us 2 cannons instead which actually worked out better as this meant we could make a video to keep for or ourselves and give a cannon to my parents too. Thanks again for this!. Overall, I’d like to say the whole experience was absolutely wonderful and made the long 27 week wait so, so worth it. We’re absolutely overjoyed to be having a daughter. We’ve settled on calling her Willow 💕 I’ll be sure to send some photos in when she arrives into the world, safe to say she will be very loved by all. Thanks so much again, Stephanie & Martyn

I have visited the Livingston clinic twice now and both times have been absolutely brilliant. We had a gender & well-being scan on Sunday and asked to not find out in the room as we wanted to do a reveal. The girls were so helpful and accommodating and went that extra step to ensure we didn’t find our until we got home & popped our cannon. Every single staff member we spoke too was so welcoming and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our Sonographer was really helpful and reassured us and answered any questions we had. We went for a 4D scan with Window to the Womb on Sunday I took my daughter and husband with me, and experience couldn't be any better, staff was amazing so welcoming when we arrived, the scan lady (sorry baby brain can't remember her name) she was indescribable she took her time with trying to find best profile of our baby for photos, we've got not very cooperative baby in the bump but she managed to take amazing photos for us. I'd definitely go back and tell my friends about this place, you don't feel rushed and nothing is to much of a hassle for them even if you've got to pee 10 times during your appointment 😂

Felt very welcome from the moment we walked in, we were getting the gender scan, said we wanted to keep it a surprise for later so they are good at keeping it that way so no spoilers. WOW... I attended a training day for the staff of the clinic to get it ready for opening in a couple of weeks. The clinic is beautiful, relaxing and welcoming from the minute you enter the building with all safety precautions in place. The staff who are going to be working here are so professional. I enjoyed the scan, it really didn't feel like a training day at all it was so lovely . I might just have to squeeze in for a 4d scan before my baby's due just to have the experience over again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Not a bad word about here. We went in today for the 'VIB' package the staff are lovely right from the minute you step in and our baby girl was very stubborn and didn't want to show her face. The staff took their time trying allowing me to walk about ( a few times🙈) and third time lucky we got to see her wee face! They never got annoyed and never gave up trying and we appreciate their time they gave us today to make sure we were satisfied😊

The bumpies app allowed us to have over 50 photos and a video of our scan to share with family. This service was amazing! The staff were kind, caring and genuinely excited with the mums to be to show the baby and for the reveal. Nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel special. They provide little extra touches to make your experience magical. The surroundings are spotless, modern and the technology is as up to date as possible. The only downside is everything has a price and the staff have to try and sell you every little extra as part of their job. However, they are not overbearing with that and they do accept your no. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this service to any mum to be. I had the reassurance scan at 10 weeks and then the gender reveal at 17 and it was worth every penny for the peace of mind and joy this provided.

My husband and I can't thank the ladies enough at Window to the Womb Livingston! We attended in 25/01/21 for reassurance at 21 weeks after having a lack luster experience at our 20 week scan at our local hospital. I felt very safe covid wise and every member of staff was reassuring, lovely and genuinely pleased to see us and wanted to give us a positive experience. They were very invested in us as a couple and listened whilst we spoke to then about our experiences and what we needed from the scan that day! We even got to find out our gender although this was not the primary purpose of the scan. ♥️ Everything was fully explained, and the level of service we got during our scan was second to none! Absolutely blown away and even got to hear our baby's heart beat for the first time too! Was lovely and logged in to the bumpies app afterwards and got our video from our scan too which made me cry all over again! I think we'll be rebooking for later on in the pregnancy given such a positive experience (guidelines permitting of course) If and when we have another, I can assure you there'll be no hesitation to book them again! Cannot recommend enough! ♥️♥️♥️

This is my second time coming to the livingston clinic. The staff are lovely and very reassuring. The cleanliness is top notch and alot has been put in place with keeping safety a priority during this covid pandemic which is also nice to see. We got some lovely pictures, a recording of the scan and a Teddy bear with the babys heartbeat to give to my son. We booked the gender scan when there was a deal so absolutely cannot fault the price. I had my doubts going for a scan during the pandemic but I was pleased to see everyone was friendly and the environment was nice and according to the government's safety guidelines. I had a 4D scan for my baby, the staff were amazing with us. Their bumpies app has all of the photos of my baby along with a video, and allows me to share them with my family who are abroad. The babies position was not great at first so they asked us to wait briefly and did a new scan subsequently. I was so happy to have a successful scan second time around on the same day. I highly recommend WTTW Livingston.

The experience myself and partner had received was absolute warming and amazing, the staff at Stuart House in Livingston were absolutely pleasant and so lovely really can't praise them enough for their service. The decor inside the premises feels more like your personal home rather than walking into a theatre as you would get at the NHS hospital... To be honest window to the womb is a 1000 times better than the NHS service, I couldn't believe from first hand the service myself and my partner got and received. We are really greatful for the service and the 3 ladies who provided us. Myself and my partner will be back and we will make sure we recommend anyone that is due a family to come to your premises. My husband and I attended an appointment in the Livingston scanning centre today for the V.I.B & Wellbeing package. We could not have been more happy with the service provided and friendliness from all members of staff. Wow! Id give 10 stars if I could! Had my 4d scan here today. What an incredible experience. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff all wear ppe which is so reassuring. It was so lovely to see my wee boy, even though he was hiding at First. The sonographer was so patient and managed to get us some beautiful pictures. She even recorded his heartbeat so that we could take it home in a teddy. Will definitely visit again with humber 2. Absolutely fabulous place! If you want a personal experience then this is the place to go! We went on August 22nd and I have an anterior placenta and a baby who likes to have his hands over his face! They tried and tried then let us go for a walk and come back! Still no luck so showed us the photos they managed to get and still offered us a free appointment to come back the following week! Well we went back today & same again, our little man has his hand over his face! The sonographer was fabulous and again sent us out to try get him moving! We came back and managed to get a few amazing pictures of his Face! We brought our older children to the first scan also and they helped us keep them entertained and explained everything to them! All the staff cheered when we finally managed to get good photos! Also added in a little freebie for our troubles even though it wasn’t their fault! Have tried many scan places over the years & I would never go anywhere except window to the womb now! Thank you so much!!!

All the ladies where so professional and welcoming. Both ladies doing my scan where very professional and talked me through and showed me everything in my womb, including the placenta, and looking to the babies brain. Very helpful and would definitely recommend to anyone!

What an amazing experience! This was out third visit to Window to the Womb Livingston, but unlike the others for just reassurance we went to find out gender! The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, comfortable and spacious waiting space. Then there's the amazing large screens for parents and guests to see buba, best I've seen (and we tried a few private scan companies!) The team were amazing at helping accommodate our wish to hide the gender and made our reveal with our family extra special. They wokrd hard to try get a baby to give us a good clear gender picture but even after it all we've got a shy buba on board. Everyone there's kind and caring nature has been a wonderful help during this scary time (prganacy after loss is difficult). I've never felt judged when I've ended up there weekly because I'm so anxious or that being in a bigger body would be an issue.
