Excellent rates - on the day I got my euros it was £5 cheaper than the Post Office for a €440 exchange (online prices in both cases). They also don't have an arbitrary minimum £400 spend like the Post Office, and no queue. Very rapid and friendly transaction.

I have just been there for the first time exchanging some euros, I appreciate the customer service offered. He called me by name as well, which is not something everyone does, moreover the service was quick and efficient, good rates as well!

Buying holiday money online worked very well, good rate and prompt delivery. The only criticism I have is that I did not get an immediate confirmatory email, thus until I did receive one the next day, I was half-wondering whether the site had been genuine. Using Royal Mail special delivery was also good, as we were out when it came, but easy to collect from our local post office. Overall, would recommend strongly.

Very happy how easy the whole process of purchasing my currency was, so simple. The speed in which the currency is delivered along with the security of having to sign for it was great. My only complaint is that you can't choose your note denomination they send so many €50 notes and little to none of the smaller notes that it's a pain, this is something I think they should look at. Because of this I only rated 4*. However, even with this small complaint I would definitely use again. Fantastic service

I have been using this service for few years now as it was very handy being located near my work. Service was always fast, precise and very efficient, usually with better exchange rate than post office for example. Offers really good and easy online order service that ensures you'll get it on time. I recommend it.

Fantastic customer service and great exchange rates. I've used ACE-FX multiple times for GBP to Euro, US Dollars and Japanese yen. I ordered my yen a few days in advance of picking it up, and because the rate had got better on the day I collected it, I was given the rate on the day and saved money. Highly recommend.

Great rate, quick delivery, well packaged. Will use again. Confirmation of order went into my spam. When I asked for advice response was really quick. Only downside - delivery charge 4.99, which offsets rate slightly.

Have used ACE-FX many times and both the customer service and rates are good. Recent gripe about acceptance of orders and availability of currency though. I ordered on a Friday evening for euros and my order was accepted. I turned up on Saturday to be told that I couldn't get what I'd ordered as they "didn't have any more euros" and that was the case even when I ordered the evening before. The website accepted my order with no warning! I did get my euros (in higher denominations than I would have liked) but only after complaining to the staff member. Poor fellow then told me that he got it in the ear every weekend from people like me who thought everything was ordered and accepted. No drama if the currency I was after wasn't available. I could have made other plans. The problem was in not knowing until too late and, even more importantly, I don't think it's fair for relatively junior staff to have grumpy customers when the website could have made the position clear. Think the website needs a rethink!

At first I was a bit wary of buying currency over the internet but having done it once with ace-fx I'd definitely do it again. The website was easy to use and although I experienced a few problems in processing my order they were solved quickly. The customer service over the phone was excellent. On top of that I received a much better rate than anywhere I could find on the high street. I'd highly recommend them!

Very good , transparent , hassle free and quick service, the rates are also better than others. Also one piece of advice here when you are back from your intended country of travel they don't accept coins back so try and disperse the coins or keep it to minimum unless you want to have a collection of coins 😊.. notes are easily accepted .. hope that helps

I have been using Ace-FX for many years to get foreign currency for work trips and holidays and I have always found them to be good and much cheaper than other sources. The web site is easy to use and you can reserve your currency and then pick it up the next day.

This is the first time I have used ACE-FX but am very pleased with both the exchange rate and the service. I used a debit card and the cash arrived on time and as predicted. I agree with a previous reviewer who said you can be nervous of ordering currency online and the first time you order from a company is a little nerve wracking. Great to find a foreign exchange bureau that doesn't charge a premium for walk-in customers. I have exchanged money here a few times before heading on holiday and found using Ace FX to be far and away the easiest option.

I have used ACE-FX now 3 or 4 times. I always do the BACS transfer and the money arrives the next day as arranged. It is easy to get nervous sending money across to an online company. The acknowledgement email arrives in the afternoon so if worried just phone them to check. Always fast and reliable
