Really enjoyed my experience (gel manicure) at Angelica Retreat. I’ve been to a few places in Camden Passage and this is my favorite. Sajni was attentive and didn’t take short cuts, I’ll be back!

The most relaxing and clean spa I have visited! All the staff are so friendly and professional and I felt so welcomed. I had the most amazing massage with Sarah before lockdown 2.0. I regularly visit Angelica Retreat and even post lockdown the staff are the most professional and friendly making people feel instantly at ease. Treatments are second to none and far surpass others that I had before finding this little gem. Chanel on reception is fantastic as are all the staff!

I was given a gift voucher of £55 and my first visit was SO lovely! Chanel was very kind! She took great care in my waxing treatment and helped me pick out the perfect nail colour! Definitely would recommend this place to my friends! Hope to return again soon to try out the other treatment options. :)

Sarah gives a great massage! Strong hands! But accommodating to whatever pressure you want. Super relaxed 1.5hr luxury massage and appreciated I could use the time however I liked. Plus appreciate the tips regarding how to take care of some injuries. Would recommend. Thanks!

I’m usually a bit sceptical about facials but this one was well, well worth it. I had the bespoke facial - my therapist seemed to really understand what I was after and I saw an immediate effect at the end of the facial. What impressed me even more was her manner - she took the time to ask whether I’d like to learn about the products as we went along or just to relax and keep quiet. I wanted a bit of both and she got it just right, which made it a great experience. Finally, there was no “hard sell” at the end of the facial, which I’ve often found at other places. All in all, very impressed and I will be going back soon.

One of the best massages I've ever had! My therapist was Na'Quelle, she clearly knew exactly what she was doing, treated me with confidence and made me feel comfortable. She really worked on all my knots but it didn't feel painful and I am not in any pain today as I often find I am on the day after a massage. Venue is clean and spa-esque to make you feel ultra relaxed. Definitely worth a visit!

I’ve had a lovely morning and I’m very pleased with the result of the treatment (Vitamin C facial). My skin looks much brighter, feels soft and nourished. In fact I feel like I could throw away all my make up. Kasia (my therapist) was very knowledgable and had lovely energy about her. I would definitely visit again.

I’ve been getting pedicures here since over a year now and I never make sure to book a specific person because they are all great! So relaxing, super friendly even if I run late (don’t be like me) re-scheduling without a problem. The therapists have a chat with you if you’re up for it but give you some relaxing quiet time if you just close your eyes. They never rush and always give you the nicest foot/leg massage and the ginger lemon tea is just the icing on the cake!

I feel relaxed from the moment I walk into Angelica. The atmosphere is so calming and the staff and really welcoming and friendly. I usually come for pedicures, which are very good, and I've also had the head massage which was incredible. I love it here!

I have visited the spa 3 times, but my recent visit was quite unpleasant. I drove about 40 minutes to them on a Saturday but unfortunately hit traffic so I was 7 mins late for my massage treatment. After quickly getting ready I shouted to let my sparist know I was ready, but she didn’t come in until 5 minutes later. The treatment started officially at noon, but I was surprised to find out at 12.45 that I’ve lost 15 mins of my £70 treatment because of all the delay but I still had to pay for the full £70. I was not impressed about the lack of communication to notify/warn me about the lost time before the treatment started, simply deducting the time at the end was a bit disheartening. But I didn’t want to cause any trouble and simply gave my feedback to the receptionist they should let people know about this beforehand in the future and the fact I had to pay for my own lateness as well as my long wait for the sparist to come into the room was slightly unreasonable. The receptionist didn’t take my feedback very well and started having a go at me and said the whole delay was caused by my own lateness and the fact the sparist kept me waiting was meant to happen anyway. Instantly I felt the whole thing is very one sided: if I had to pay for my own lateness then I can’t blame anyone, but if the sparist is late shouldn’t the spa be paying for it as well? They are supposed to be a high end spa that cares for its customers, but they made me feel like all they care about is making money being a cold hearted business and after all I didn’t even get an apology or friendly gesture to say they will take my feedback on board. In all fairness, things like paying for the lost time in a treatment should not just be communicated verbally with a customer but also be written in their T&Cs but they don’t have any of that! Quite a disappointment...

Amazing experience! I suffer from occasional breakouts, hyperpigmentation and oily skin :( Had the bespoke facial, spoke to the esthetician about my skin concerns and she fit in a bit of extraction for me; extremely relaxing and positive experience. All of the staff are lively and welcoming, they do not push the sale of products onto you, but simply give you honest and open advice. Would definitely recommend and I will be back, thank you so much x
