Before going to Julian I'd heard a lot about chiropractors who were rough on their patients, made things worse rather than better and/or appeared to have little medical knowledge. Julian had been recommended to me by someone I trust (my wife!) and she was spot on with her recommendation. I'd had a shoulder problem that a physiotherapist was treating. It was slowly improving but much too slowly. When I turned to Julian, I told him about the physio – though I didn't tell the physio about Julian (I didn't dare). Between the two of them the shoulder made great progress and was soon cured. Since then I've made a point of seeing Julian every 2-3 months for a 'tune-up': he manages to identify new problems before they've caused any damage, while they're still at an early stage, and prevents them developing any further. He uses a variety of different techniques, has a firm but gentle touch and is happy to advise on ways to self-help. I've also sent friends and elderly relatives to be treated by him and, without exception, they've been full of praise for his considerate, helpful and professional approach – and if they don't live locally, they've sometimes been disappointed when they tried a follow-up appointment with their own local chiropractor. So I've no hesitation in saying that if you've got a pain, give him a try – apart from a bit of cash, you really have got nothing to lose and potentially a lot to gain.

Just having moved to Barnes, I needed a chiropractor. I did my homework and looked all over and found that Dr. Julian Keel was almost in my back yard and the reviews were very good. So off I went. Upon arriving at the doctors office, I was kindly greeted by Michelle. Dr. Keel is an exceptional listener and very thoughtful as of house to give you the best adjustment. I have a wonderful chiropractor back in the states, but Dr. Keel is on a different level. He seems to look at the whole body and how it interacts with the spine more than any other chiropractor that I have been to. He adjusted me differently than any other and I always walk out feeling amazing. Once we move back home will I miss Dr. Keel, 100%. I wish he would move back with me. His staff are also exceptionally lovely human beings and its always a pleasure to go to his office.
