This was my first time using any storage. The people at Big Yellow were super kind and helpful as I called them the last minute asking for available space. Hammad explained everything in detail making this super easy for me ! The units are really clean and secured with a lock and an alarm . They also recommended a moving company-rapid removals that was absolutely great, I had a good chat with Harry on the way to Big Yellow as they dropped me off there. Super happy with everything

Tim was very friendly & absolutely amazing! Definitely soothed my nerves storing my boxes with Big Yellow Kennington - prices are reasonable enough given the security and ease-of-access etc. Though the parking space is quite a bit tight especially during busy hours. Still terrific service overall!

I moved into a unit at start of January until March, I needed to move at short notice & was really unsure what my next move was, I decided it would be best to put all of my stuff into storage. I had never used a storage unit before so wasn't 100% what I needed to do, but with Big Yellow I found everyone I spoke to really helpful & took some of my stresses away. They were helpful all through the process. I was so grateful for all of their help. I also appreciated the phone call to see if I still wanted a unit, it was the push I needed to make the move. Tim recommend a removals company who were also really helpful, Russ Removals. I have to say a huge thank you to Mark, Tim & Anna for all of their help. The day I moved in wasn't great for me but the Big Yellow Team made the day so much easier, thank you

Really good service and accesible. When completed registration and reservation you are given a code to access. No contact needed to come in or out, pretty straight forward and self-serve, which is excellent for this service. The cost for this was also really competitive and the cancellation or termination policy is really comfortable. Has a really good team working here.

Great options for storage. Reasonable prices & staff are pretty quick & happy to answer any questions. There's the insurance option which gets you cos it covers your stuff up to £1500. And somehow knowing the chances of the place burning down or getting flooded is low- you can't help be safer than sorry. Otherwize £16 a wk for the smallest storage room which fit all my clothes & kitchen/living/bedroom accessories (no furniture) was a great deal.

Absolutely 5 star service and worth the higher price compared to other storage facilities. Anthony greeted me at reception with the biggest smile and welcome and told me step-by-step what would happen. We then went through all of the admin while the movers moved my stuff into the storage unit I had been allocated. By the time they were done, my admin was done and that was that! The facility is exceptionally clean and it seems very secure with different security measures along the way according to what you're doing that day. Thanks for making it such an easy and pleasant experience.

Facility very clean and accessible, with extremely professional and helpful staff. With discount price very reasonable, although beyond discount period would quickly become expensive. One bothersome issue was the need to purchase insurance along with storage unit, that seemed like an expense without any corresponding benefit, and should not have been mandatory. But overall I was happy with the service I received and thought it was good value.

I cannot find any issues with the service I received. Great staff ( only had experience with one in store and a seperate one over the phone) It is cheap but they require you to pay four weekly in advance. Getting your money back if you leave and give up your storage early is swift. Could offer a further extended access which is 24 hours instead if the 5am to 11pm.

Used this branch on two occasions when moving flats. Great location is the biggest benefit of this reasonably priced storage (special price cutting offers available every now and then) The staff can come across a bit shy at first, unreasonably in my opinion, as they are doing a good job and provide a decent level of customer service.

I don't understand the bad rep that other reviewers give this store. All the staff (Kelli and Oliver esp) were really helpful and friendly, the storage facility is very clean. Used their 8 week half-off promotion, got a refund the remaining weeks as my move in was early than expected.

You can't really fault this modern purpose-built storage facility - site is kept spotlessly clean, there's on-site parking, staff are friendly and helpful, and it's located just outside the congestion charge zone. It is a little pricier than some competing storage facilities nearby - but after having visited a few others, we felt that the small price premium at Big Yellow was worth paying. Checkout process is a faff - with staff insisting that you remove the padlock from your unit exactly seven days after giving notice (any earlier, and they'll keep your deposit). Roads nearby are a nightmare if ever there's a cricket game on at the Oval.
