I've been getting deep tissue massages from Heidi at Bodytonic for a few months now on a fortnightly basis and I intend to keep going. Initially it was to help me get some really deep pain out of my back and shoulders, and eventually move onto improving some longer-term problems with my hips. Now she's working on the hip stuff but usually we start with quickly releasing some shoulder and back tension from the usual working-at-a-desk stuff that builds up over time. Heidi has been super professional, really friendly and has been very responsive in listening to what I needed. She always explains what's going on with my muscles when I ask, too, which is really helpful. Thanks so much Heidi!

I had a pregnancy massage with Michaela at the Canada Water Bodytonic clinic. I have tried many different massages at various different places in the past including at a dedicated spa hotels and hands down, the massage from Michaela was the best I've ever experienced. Instead of going through a set routine, you could tell that she noticed troublesome areas and worked on them more, whilst still providing a relaxing experience. Excellent value for money to at £60 for 60 min. Definitely my new go to place and will be booking in again soon!

Practitioners at Bodytonic are proficient and professional. I want to say this is not the case to preserve my ability to secure appointments but the honest truth is I have visited the clinic for many years (on an as needs basis.. no they're not the kind of practice who will put you on a "plan" to fleece you of your hard earned pounds regularly without an actual need) and now travel well across the city to continue receiving treatment under their care. I’ve been under the care of Matt Glithero at Bodytonic and my experience has been transformative. I arrived with neck and back pain, headaches & feeling generally low. Matt explained to me that he could help ease my symptoms and after 4/5 weeks of sessions the pain would ease and my condition would improve. He also showed me exercises and explained the benefits of each one. I’m ashamed to say I was sceptical at first but days later after my first session, I felt better than I had done in months. I highly recommend this place. I went to the Wapping branch as it was near work to have my back pain sorted. I saw Louis Webb. Loyis is really great. He quickly diagnosed my problem with a treatment plan that had me back to normal in no time. I have exercises to do to keep in tip top condition too. I choose to see Louis regularly to keep me in good condition as I'm often too lazy to do my exercises. It's a real treat for me to have each session where I get a mix of osteopathy and massage. I feel great and walk tall after each treatment with easy, free movement like all the bad posture and tension has been removed from my body. Bodytonic Clinic - Canada Water Osteopath London, provides a level of personal professional care that I cannot recommend highly enough. I have been seeing Louis at the Bodytonic clinic for several months now and I can confidently say that he's one of the top osteopaths in London. Our treatment sessions have been immensely helpful and I have seen real results and relief from pain and tightness in a short period of time. Louis is very attentive to my needs and the particular circumstances that I'm facing each time and he employs a range of tools - osteopathy, deep tissue massage, acupuncture - that always work. He clearly explains what's going on with my body - what's causing a problem, what the solution is and what I should expect in terms of rehab. He also gives me customised exercises for me to continue to work on an issue at home. There have been many times when I have walked into a session feeling constant, chronic pain and have left pain-free. I am also impressed at how everyone at BodyTonic is taking protective measures for COVID-19, such as wearing masks and PPE.

Very friendly and professional Place. The location is very convenient being so close to the tube stations. The offices and treatment rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The greetings are always friendly and they try to remember who you are if you come often. I have been numerous times for sports massages, pregnancy massages and ostheopathy. Only been a couple of times so far but has turned out to be very effective at getting me on the right road to recover sore knee tendons from years abuse and lack of stretching . Getting the correct advice is critical in if one is to commit to it in order to fix problems efficiently. There would be nothing worse than being advised to all the wrong stuff resulting in no improvement for a load of wasted effort and pain. After straining my neck andbeing in pain for a couple weeks I went to see John at Bodytonic. Atfer a brief consultation which identified the problem areas I then had a treatment session. Although painful I was handled with and every process was thoroughly explained. John also gave me some tips and exercises to try at home. These worked a treat as less than a week after the treatment and doing the exercises at home there is vurtually no pain whatsoever. So much so that the follow treatment was not even needed. I had several sessions of Osteopathic treatment with Carolina due to a muscle spasm in my shoulder which was very painful. Carolina is a fantastic Osteopath. I had recently experience very awful backpain that didn’t allow me to move stand and sit properly. After few sessions with one of the Oestheopath ( Rebecca) of the Bodytonic Clinic I am feeling much better. There are many positive points I can list; 1. I had some explanation about the potential cause(s) leading to the pain. 2. I had advise and preventive exercises to reduce the risk of a reoccurring pain. These exercises were explained in the session but they are also sent via email in video format where I could refer to. 3. I found the price of the session very reasonable comparing to other oestheopath across London where I have been. Having done my research online about where I could access a therapist who had good experience in manual lymphatic drainage (post surgery) I came across Bodytonic Clinic. From the booking of the appointment right the way to the end of my treatments I received nothing but top class service. I was able to get appointments with Michaela at times that suited me. Her knowledge and useful advice for me to follow at home was great too. I looked forward to my massages as that was 'my time'. The massage was gentle but firm and did what it needed to, which was to shift fluid to my lymph nodes. The massages were tailored to my needs rather than a one size fits all approach. I left my first session feeling so much better than when I had walked in and this continued for all of the sessions. The block sessions were also cost effective. Towards the end of my sessions we discussed the improvement and planned that my last session could be more focused on relaxation. This was just what I needed and absolutely amazing! Michael's hands are very healing. I have no hesitation in recommending Michaela specifically for MLD massages and the whole staff team for their friendliness and welcoming nature. I had a wonderful experience and will certainly be returning for other treatment in the future. It was also a very clean and relaxing environment, in a great location with parking on site and even nearby.

I have known James the longest but have also had the best of care from Louie, Matt and Joseph. All the staff here are professional and welcoming. I will never be rid of my injuries, but with their help I can maintain a good quality of health. I have also seen Gerard who is the foot health professional at the clinic. After an excellent treatment from Gerard to remove calluses and hard skin, my feet do not hurt as much due to the long hours I daily spend on my feet. Highly recommended.

After each session I have been given a series of exercises to work on at home, and each week we have added to them to give me more of a challenge.
