Last year, we were looking for a local installer specializing in Weissmann boilers. Eventually, we found this company and went ahead with it. Svet was very helpful, he re-calculated our entire system and optimized it along with the installation of the new Weissmann boiler. Great job, promptly done and very professional. We are into our 4th month since this installation took place and i can't stress enough how efficient the system with the boiler is.We can actually see savings of as much as 30% in comparison with the old system. Lovely experience.Absolutely recommend!!! Thanks Svet!

Our boiler took a toll due to possible leak in the radiators which needed serious flushing. Svet had done a fabulous job of flushing all the radiators in the (old Edwardian) house. Our boiler stopped working after making a few weird gurgling noises. Got in touch with Svet who answered our distress call in a calm manner. He asked us to shut the power supply to the boiler and explained the problem could be with the condensation trap. As this was an emergency he showed by in 2 hours on the same day. He examined the boiler and was quick to diagnose the issue. We were back up and running in an hour. Would highly recommend svet for any issues with your boiler.

I had my boiler and Magnaclean serviced in September 2021. Things were explained and nothing was rushed. A possible faulty PRV was brought to my attention and I was told to monitor the water pressure over the next day or two. The PRV was faulty because the water pressure level dropped substantially by the next morning. I contacted for an appointment & price to get it fixed. That evening the faulty PRV was replaced with a brand new one and the issue was fully resolved. The service was friendly and pride was taken in all the undertaken work. Payment was simple because it was via bank transfer and invoices etc were emailed to me. Perhaps in the future a bit of protective floor sheeting could be used? Even though no stains or damage was done to the carpet. It simply adds that extra professional touch of care and attention.

Fantastic service - above and beyond! Cannot recommend highly enough. Our boiler installer went out of business so I was looking for a Viessman qualified company near me and found Boiler Medics. The Google reviews were nice so I booked my annual boiler service with them. The service was done very professionally and for a reasonable fee, Svet arrived on time, was very polite and was happy to talk me through what he was doing too. But the 5 star review isn't just for that. I needed a new pressure release valve which he didn't have with him as I have an older boiler model. Svet promised to fit it the next day at cost, refusing to charge for additional labour. In the end, the valve was hard to source and he was happy to drive all the way to Chelmsford and back to get the part just to keep that promise to fit it next day. Amazing service and I will definitely be using Boiler Medics again and recommend wholeheartedly that others do too.

I've had so many problems with my heating system over the 16 years I've had my flat and lost count of the number of plumbers who've seemed to fix things, charged me plenty of money, and then the problems came back. Thankfully a good friend recommended Svet to me and he came over the next day, diagnosed the faults and booked me straight in for the work. In one day he worked very hard and efficiently and solved each and every one of them, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. I don't think I could have asked for a more efficient, professional, personable and fairly priced service! I wouldn't use anyone else now!

The boiler broke down at my rental flat. I called Svet who was happy to deal directly with the tenants in arranging the visit. He was flexibility on short notice and attended to the matter quickly, returning the same day after going to source parts. Although I never met him in person, he gave me clear updates over the phone, explained what the issue was and was transparent on pricing. Exactly what I needed. His work also comes with a 12month warranty which, although I dont expect to have to use, is reassuring. Thank you Svet.
