Simon is an absolutely first rate plumber. He comes when he says he will; he understands that working people can't hang around at home all day; he answers your calls and lets you know what's going on; he works really diligently to do a really first rate job even when the task proves harder than it first looked - as happened with me because the chap who originally installed my bathroom really botched it; and his charges are very reasonable. I have already recommended him to family and friends and have no hesitation doing so again here. I hope I never have to use anyone else!

Extremely pleased - excellent service, complete professional. Simon was very busy but still came to look at our boiler and identified the fault almost immediately. After checks and tests he let us know up front exactly what we needed to do, and how much it would cost. His professionalism throughout reassured us no end, and by the completion of the work we were totally satisfied that we had resolved all issues for a fair price and furthermore in a timely and anticipated fashion. Honestly cannot remember a service tradesman experience being so positive, and I would sincerely recommend Simon to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Simon, I have used him twice now and both times he has been friendly, fair, extremely efficient, competent and reasonably priced. He fitted new radiators for me, installed a new toilet and towel rail and connected a dishwasher and washing machine. He also gave the whole system a power flush to clean it out. He is a quick and tidy worker, and definitely knows what he is doing. He is my go-to person for all plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Simon for any plumbing and heating work. He did a boiler replacement and installed 5 radiators including some less than straightforward heavy column rads. He's competitive, quick to respond, knowledgeable and was always on time. I can't fault his work at all. He also followed up a week after the install to make sure everything was working as it should. I'll definitely be asking him to service my boiler and recommending him to friends.

Over the years Simon has done a few Plumbing and boiler related jobs for me in the past. Most recently when I moved into my new place, he plumbed in the washing machine, check on the boiler and generally checked over but everything was good to go.
