Been using Change Link 73 Victoria Street for over 5 years before March Lock down. They are the best and their staff were top notch. Always went out of their way to give me the best rates and assistance. So disappointed to hear this branch is now permanently closed. Hopefully the owner can reconsider and maybe reopen.

Not as good as what it used to be...….. I had been using change-link for about 25 years, but recently their rates have not been as good and have stopped using them. They used to have a difference of about 3 cents between buying and selling $ US, but that has gone to nearly 8 cents. There are other providers with cheaper rates who I go to now instead, but they are the best locally. I have always received a good service there.

Five Stars for a little FX shop that always has queues? THAT'S RIGHT. The staff here are brilliant - courteous. The rate is always brilliant. Yes - you might find somewhere that can boast being 0.001 cheaper - but they always have anything you need (will go and get it if they don't!), and on top of the great service - the rates are great across all of the currencies I've ever tried. Sami is the Manager and will always chat to customers.

If you are looking for a good exchange rate, this is by far the best place that I found. I compared the rates to the daily rates as well as to rates that I was offered in Paris and Rome. This is by far the best for pounds and euros. If you happen to go to London first before heading to other countries, I recommend exchanging your money here for all of it. To give you an example: exchange rate for the dollar to pounds at the airport was $100=62 pounds, at Change-Link it was $100=75 pounds. In Rome, the best exchange rate for euros (after going to three different places) was $100=86 euros (one place offered me 78 euros for $100!). At Change-Link it was $100=90 euros. So, if you are around here, change your money here.

The best fx rates in London. I don't understand why so many reviewers give 1 or 2 stars. You come to this place to exchange money not to chit chat or look someone with a pretty smile. Go there to get good rates for your foreign currency. Two days after I've given them 5* I went to exchange some Danish Krones tothe Pounds and the exchange was considerably worse than Thomas Exchange in Victoria street. It might be you get good rates for EUR/GBP only. I've changed my review to 3*

As a regular traveller I get to exchange money quite often and I must say Change-link saved me time and money whenever I needed to buy or sell back foreign currencies. I had to compare few times their rates with other bureaus but they always have the best and realistic rates. No need to waist my time anymore, Change-link is a strait forward solution.

All that matters are the good exchange rates and that is exactly what you get here. They consistently give the best rates compared to every other exchange place I've checked. If you don't have cash and require to change money on a debit card then you will require photo ID.

Their rates for major currencies are usually about the same as Thomas Exchange Global, also on Victoria Street, and both are very competitive - I think they're typically amongst the best available in London, and hugely better than the sorts of rates you'd get in airports. For some reason this place is always quieter than TEG so I tend to come here instead.
