I took my Granny to see Audiologist Dayna after she lost her hearing, it turns out she had a very large build up of wax which Dayna was able to show us on a camera. My Granny is terrified of having her ears syringed but Dayna suggested we use the microsuction procedure instead. The procedure was quick and painless and my Granny’s hearing instantly improved. We are very grateful to Dayna & I highly recommend her services. 10/10

My son has Uni-lateral hearing loss. Sometimes he gets wax building up in his ears which further reduces his ability to hear. As he had a very important university interview coming up, via zoom, I tried to arrange for his ears to be properly waxed at our local G.P surgery, but was informed this could not be done and told to use olive oil instead which would not have worked in time. I found out about Dayna's practice from a friend who had visited her clinic in order to get her hearing aids fitted. After calling, I explained the situation and she kindly squeezed us in for the next day despite having a full schedule. She professionally waxed his ears and gave him a hearing test to check he was getting his full range of sound. I was very impressed by her professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services. My son also did well in his interview, which we owe in part to Dayna's help.
