I have suffered lower back problems off and on for many years and have received a range of different treatments from various practitioners over a very long time. Most times the pain would subside for a short time but always returned. My first visit to Copthall Heath was around three years ago, the initial course of treatment (three sessions) leaving me completely pain free. I continue to have a "refresher" session every three months and feel I can now wave goodbye to the back pain that has adversely affected my general wellbeing for so many years. In addition to the physical treatment, Copthall Health are extremely helpful in supplying tips on how to best care for yourself and avoid further problems (stretching and exercises tailored to suit)

I attended Copthall Health for shoulder pain which had been present for several weeks. My previous physiotherapist's attention had not been successful in removing the considerable pain experienced by this problem. After three visits, I was becoming free of pain and a further visit produced a pain-free shoulder which is still pain-free as I write this review now, Pain is never good and I am very grateful for a correct diagnosis and speedy correction of my problem by Copthall Health.
