It's OK. It's an office building and it leaks. I frequent the gym in the basement level that happens to be a platinum level Fitness First with a large pool and sauna, but they have had to deal with leaks and plumbing issues since the beginning of time. They endure and it's still a decent structure on the Thames. Worth a visit if you'd like a swim 👍🏽

This is a well located and appointed business centre. Easy to get to by various means of transport but virtually no on site parking. The on site security and management staff are helpful and the layouts give open and well lit working environments. The river Thames provides a relaxing backdrop and there are many pathways for lunchtime walking. The shopping centre next-door is also very convenient.

As an office, it is good. The offices themselves are okay. The toilet facilities are almost always broken but the atrium is fantastic and is located in a fantastic place. It is located next to Borough Market and 45 seconds walk from London Bridge station

It's ok for a place of work. Great views. The fact that there are no stairs to take instead of the lifts is very frustrating.

Now my main gym, I like the fact that I didn't see the annoying stereotypes (The grunter, the perv, the youth clubs). The machines are a bit worn but so what.
