Much cheaper than the places in my local area and also cheaper than nearby competitors. The second best rate near by still didn't match the rate here, even after they said they'll give me a better rate. If I have a large amount to exchange again, I'd definitely come again. Only issue is small space with a constantly open entrance, so can feel a little wary while trying to exchange or count (when checking) a large amount of cash. Other than that, it was decent customer service and very straight forward and smooth, having the right amount of big notes (some places will try and give you large sums in 20s!).

Went all over the internet looking for a return close to the euro exchange rate after being offered poor returns from the Post Office and Asda. Found Covent Garden FX via a trusted finance advice site (which, along with the great reviews, allayed any scam fears), did the quick and easy online form (no printing off forms needed), took the cash along to the Post Office and asked for a free tamper-proof envelope in which to send the euros. That was Saturday morning - Monday afternoon, the cash is already in my account. GREAT JOB. Many thanks Covent Garden FX!!

Great rates when booking online beforehand. I was exchanging what was for me a lot of money, but everything went well, they counted it all in front of me and the count was correct. They even rounded up to the nearest pound and gave me a suitable envelope to put the cash in. It's a little nervewracking receiving a lot of cash next to what is a very busy market, but there is a little space inside you can duck into after getting your money where you can count it and pack it away in relative peace and privacy.

EDIT: Just purchased again from their website today, yet again couldn't be more pleased with their service, had correspondence with a gentleman called Sam who was absolutely excellent. Couldn't recommend them enough! Purchased a good amount of USD from them online about a year ago. Very good exchange rate. The 'official' conversion of €400 to £ is £299. I went there and I got £292 for my €400 deposit. In any other bureau de change it would have been £275 or even £260. The transaction was very quick as well. I highly recommend using this place :)
