If I ever get injured running I go and see Stephany and she just works her magic. I went today with back pain and the combination of deep tissue massage, realignment and acupuncture meant I could stand straight for the first time in 10 days. Highly recommend going there!

Stephany is an amazing osteopath who really knows how to work her magic. With two damaged discs in my shoulder, it triggers pain throughout my back with a headache thrown in for good measure. I’ve only recently discovered Creighton Clinic, having tried a number of physios previously and having been disappointed with the lack of results. Stephany is excellent and has resolved my on going injuries/ niggles which had been affecting my sporting performance and general comfort. All much quicker than I thought possible! The shockwave treatment has assisted greatly in a knee injury recovery; when I thought I’d be injured and not competing for months, Stephany had me back in a couple of weeks! It’s hard to find a good physio, but once you have its great!

I'm a 42 year old Muay Thai boxing coach and personal trainer so come to Creighton Clinic on a regular basis with a whole assortment of aches and ailments! Stef never fails to fix me up with her plethora of abilities and knowledge. She can do it all, from osteopathy, to acupuncture, to massage and a whole host of other tricks. I have a running monthly 'body MOT' booked in and add to that as necessary. Stef's friendly demeanor and amazing bedside manner make every visit a pleasure, as well as fixing my broken body. I refer all my students from the Barnet Combat Academy and PT clients to her and suggest the same to anyone reading this. Do yourself a favour and book yourself in with this wonderful human being!
