Impeccable service and communication. Grace was exceptional to deal with and quoted me a rate which they guaranteed even though it took me a few days to get the full payment over to them. Once they had received the full GBP payment, the money was in my Australian bank account the very next day!!! Well done Grace & to Peter, you're a credit to the organization. If I could give this team ten stars I would....they've been great, all round, but especially the team over in Spain. Well done to Jayne and Co. In Tenerife. Most responsive, most helpful and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend them enough. The company experience as a whole is extremely positive and the human customer service is why I'll use them again. One quick note for the company though, if you had a Debit Card on offer that would put you leagues ahead of your competitors. Others are doing it but without the customer service experience. 1. After a few months I can't get into your website so have to phone. 2. I transfered 5000£ only to discover later if it had been 5100 I'd have been given a better rate. That is poor service, not placing the customer (me) first.

I had a brilliant experience transferring a large amount form Germany to UK. I dealt with two advisors who were both very professional, responsive, and helpful. I felt well supported from the very beginning to the very end. The transfer took even less time then I was told. The money arrived in less than 36h. I did not give five stars because the rates I was given were slightly lower than other transfer companies I compared and I was hoping for somewhat more assertive recommendations about exchange rates. That said, I understand reasons for both of those points and the great service I received made for it and more. Once again, thank you for making a potentially very stressful process quick and easy.

Recently I received expert advice from Currencies Direct when I needed to pay in a bankers draft in Mallorca. Charlotte who is based in the Puerto Pollensa office was an absolute gem. She patiently explained the procedures involved, and all necessary paperwork was set up ready for my visit. As Charlotte wasn't in the office on the day (a great shame as it would of been nice to meet in person), Aldine was ready to complete the action, and we felt in safe hands. With the bank across the road it couldn't of been easier. The London office were able to answer all my questions when back in the UK, and in conclusion it was all a very professional and friendly experience! Thank you.
