Great experience using this company the first time round. Please keep in mind you have to use their website first to place your order and receive the order number. Once you have the order number you can visit the branch selected or post it via secure royal mail. For those not too sure, the place is located in Scotts House inside the station sandwiched between exit 5 and 6. Ring the intercom and go to the 2nd floor with your order number ready. Lee impressed me by providing great customer service and making it a smooth and straightforward process. I would thoroughly recommend this place for the great rate and service.

The LOVELIEST experience I have ever had when needing a currency exchange service. Making the order online was super easy, confirmation was sent immediately and the Mexican Pesos (in my case) were ready the next day. Plus they had the best rates 😍. The office is conveniently located in Waterloo Station, and the guys are Currency Online Group are super friendly, welcoming and down to Earth. It is a very personal service (with a smile) which I really appreciate. Thank you guys! I will definitely be recommending and using you again next time.

Great experience using this company the first time around. Had to say I was a bit hesitant as it sounded too good to be true from previous reviews. But they lived up to the expectations: a smooth, straightforward service with great exchange rates! For context, Currency Online Group seems to be a new(ish) currency exchange service. They are based on a shared-working space in Waterloo station - Scotts House - Because of that, the experience was completely different to a bureau de change - in a great way! Friendly customer service, professional, and hassle-free. I would thoroughly recommend this place for the great rate and service. Keep it up, guys!

This business is no longer a booth but two chaps located in the TOG co-working space inside Scotts house which sits INSIDE Waterloo station by exit 5 - there is no signage on the outside - just TOG and a button. A group of network rail workers on the station floor directed me up and down the station multiple times, before mansplaining that this business didn't exist rather than listening to me or looking at the details I was trying to show them on google. When I finally got inside (thanks female network rail worker who was with the group who listened and helped) the male receptionists at TOG had even had a call from some of the men to ask if a currency exchange did in fact exist inside as they still didn't believe me .....or Google!!. So I'm taking the time to tell you where it is so you don't waste an hour of your life like I did or time being patronised. The exchange rate was good and the service great (if not a little unusual for what I was expecting). The image on google for this business is wrong at the time of this review which also didn't help. Otherwise would be 4 stars.

Best rates found online and in person in London! Dont make the mistake I did and go straight to Waterloo Station in person to try to find the bureau de change. I looked around the whole station twice only to be told by the guards that it closed down a year ago and replaced with Hotel Chocolat shop, that is just half of the truth. Another bureau did close, but this company is not that one, it is in fact located in the TOG co-working space, 2F of Scott House, near platforms 22. Once you place an order, they send you the direct instructions and directions to locate them. If you just search their website, the only details provided is Waterloo Station, which is not helpful, you dont see the full address details until you place an order for collection. Anyway, am glad I checked out the reviews for the details and finally placed an order and went for the exchange, best rates, face to face appointment in a private office to exchange. Will definitely use them again.

Can't rate these guys enough. They have the best rates, but most importantly lovely people. A few days ago I went to exchange some cash and, despite being a tiny office, I was invited to take my bicycle in so it doesn't get stolen. The gentlemen behind the counter was very polite and a pleasure to interact with!

I used their online/post currency buy back service, which was excellent. I simply put in all my details online and posted it to them (via insured special delivery) and the money was in my account in a few dsys. It doesnt matter if you do not have a printer, as they allow you to write out the note by hand. I also found they accepted many smaller notes which others would not buy back, so I was able to get more money back. Will definitely use in the future.

Never ordered currency online before so what apprehensive, but COG highly recommended by money experts etc so thought would try. Ordered £1000 of currency and paid by bank transfer. Ordered vietnamese dong and us dollars. All arrived safely on day promised. Order 100% correct. Will definitely use for next trip later this year and would recommend based on this experience.

The operation is run from a tiny booth right by Waterloo Station. I was a bit apprehensive about handing over all my cash once I’d made the online submission.
