Reviews of Eccleston Yards

Really lovely little place. A hidden gem. Love the restaurants there. The Christmas deco is cool .
p. p.
Great outdoor market in between Victoria and Belgravia. It has lots of cool restaurants, clothing and other merchandise stores. The whole place has a nice vibe, has lots of colourful graffiti, and carnival like decorations. It also has a nice but small kids play area.
M. S.
Cute little market near Victoria. Lovely stands selling all kinds of things and good restaurants. They also have free live music.
S. B.
Very modern and cosy spot to meet with friends! A lot of great choices from coffee to lunch.

I feel a bit sorry for this place. Its disadvantaged by its hidden location, lack of footfall to generate healthy traffic. It's a bit empty lacking the buzz you need to lure people in to stay a bit longer to spend a bit more. As a local resident, I quite often forget it's there as the businesses there don't generate enough of a memorable pull to go back for repeat business. There is a good hot yoga place by the way.
M. G.
Very small but nice place. Don’t expect too much from the market itself …
However the atmosphere were great thanks to the live music. Today’s performance around 1pm was fabulous! Really enjoyed that!

Not to be missed. A nice spot with many nice cafes and shops. Nice to visit on a sunny day, even in winter like I did. Birds were chirping too. Can't wait to visit again.
M.
Hidden away gem, secluded with plenty of plants and pretty murals. Most definitely worth a visit, it's going to be an awesome spot for summer chill out with a juice or a coffee. I suspect it will look amazing at night with all the lights on.
B. C.
A beautiful spot tucked away in Belgravia. A lovely outdoor courtyard to meet with friends and surrounded by some great food options, shops and fitness clubs. Definitely worth discovering. Christmas lights are amazing!
C.
Went to yard to start Belgravia in bloom. Only one floral arrangement there which was beginning to wilt. Downloaded map for other areas which was a lovely walk and beautiful flower arrangements outside various establishments.
O. K.
This area is packed with wonderful workout places, amazing beauty salon and our favorite Jones Family steakhouse! Still have to try the wine bar and salad takeaway there, but overall this is like an oasis on Victoria Station area;)
F. J.
Great market on the weekend. Love the live music element. Shame the main market lights aren't on during the day (would just add to the experience)

Dinner review...Good standard with some innovative food menu, fresh and tasty ingredients, Nicly prepared, good portion size, slightly on the higher end price for the area, nice ambience and very good and friendly staff...
C. J.
Lovely little spot near Victoria station and Victoria coach station.
There’s a whole mix of things to do here, including Barry’s Bootcamp gym, a meditation and well-being Centre, co-working offices and several restaurants.
The central courtyard is a lovely place to sit on a sunny day, and it hosts a market featuring local sellers sometimes too.

Lovely place tucked away near Victoria.
The steak was nicely cooked and flavourful. The chips were amazing and came with an interesting sauce. Would recommend.

A tranquil courtyard hidden from the hustle and bustle of London's busy streets. Only a few minutes walk from Victoria Station. Eccleston Yards is a place for relaxation, well being and great food! With the added benefit of deckchairs on sunny days. I highly recommend the delicious food at The Jones Family Kitchen, which you can work off at Barry's and then spruce up with a blow dry at SMUK! Weekend sorted!

Ghostly quiet in the evenings before Christmas. Despite the light & sound art installation which got a write up in Time Out, it seems very few people know this place exists. Enjoyed a tasty mulled wine from the pop-up bar.
M. C.
Relaxing and quiet place. Perfect for your break or lunch time.
J. B.
What a lovely way to spend a Sunday. Music, good food and lovely stall holders.
S.
Nice little square, which I believe few knows the existence. Happy experience finding here a Sunday market
A. P.
Relatively quiet place to sit and her a drink around Victoria. Very good burgers.

Mamma Mia, it was a wonderful evening. Felt like I was in Corfu. Honey honey, how you thrill me Eccleston yards. Not my wallet thought. Overall great experience.

A hidden yard in London. A great quality of restaurants and a very clean, quiet place to rest on a chair deck and watch summer sports
B. W.
Lovely gem hidden around Victoria ;)
T. M.
Cocktails were beautiful but not the tastiest. Decent price and amazing coffee!
D. D.
What a tranquil little courtyard that is just feet away from a really busy coach station but could just as well be miles from anywhere. It is quiet and there are plenty of benches to relax upon. The artwork on the walls is fascinating and by talented artists. If you want to escape from the maddening crowd for a while, this is the place to be.
D. C.
A lovely place to sit and enjoy lunch. They even had the tennis on the big screen, with deckchairs to recline. However, bring your own food & drink as the various shop prices make your wallet weep
D. E.
Pretty square of restaurants and boutique shops. A hidden oasis close to Victoria Station. With the added bonus on Sundays of events such as art stalls
A. G.
Nicely developed large inner courtyard. Only just opened at start of 2018 so the various retail units are still to be populated. Should be great by mid 2018 once there is also a bar and restaurant. Where else can you sit out in the sun and enjoy a beer/glass of wine in peace and quiet without all the noise and traffic pollution. Right now main activity is the Barrys fitness centre and a beauty parlour but there will be lots more to come. Plenty of secure, covered cycle parking.
A. I.
Perfectly set up for a sunny London day. Close to Victoria. While away a few hours with Lunch or a drink
S.
Amazing use of courtyard space in Belgravia. Outdoor seating, deck chairs, picnic tables, wall murals, hot yoga, fashion pop ups, cafe's, artisan food stores and nice restaurants. If you have some hours to kill and want to treat yourself to some nice food then i'd highly recommend!
M. H.
Great atmosphere and the managers work hard to offer a variety of events throughout the year. The restaurants and bar are worth visiting too.
a. h.
Lovely courtyard with a great restaurant Jones Family Kitchen plus a charming new South American cafe ( sorry just opened so can't remeber its name). Really worth a visit with a Sunday market starting mid Aug 2020
J.
Lovely relaxing area with a few places to stop and grab a coffee or a bite to eat.
A. W.
Up and coming and trendy , excitingly new venues from health and fitness, food restaurants and gyms. Recently redeveloped and new business opening soon. Behind it has an open square where one can eat out doors and read..
In front you have a special computerized made to order suits and specialist staff to attend you added requirements.
Health and mind and body shops aswell.
R. S.
Has great personality. Wave is a great installation and collaboration with Squidsoup, and a wonderful use of the space. Impressed they’ve managed to include independent sellers, etc. in such a prominent, Central London spot.
S. P.
Really beautiful new health and fitness area! A lot of small businesses, a co working space and a nice bar. Worth stopping by if you're at the coach station already!
P. S.
Great atmosphere for a place to sit outside and read or do a little work during the day, you'll be surprised you're right next to Victoria by how peaceful it is
r. s.

Very easy to pay.
M.
Lots of space to sit outdoors and to enjoy a nice quite space in the middle of busy Victoria. Great events every so often so keep an eye out for when they are on its worth it.
A. G.
We headed to Eccleston yard to see the well advertised Christmas lights. As an art project it was very good but the advertising suggested something much bigger. Didn't visit any of the business in the yard.
D. A.
A little bit of trendiness in Belgravia...pottery and arts studio, nice wine bar etc.
O. V.
