When further problems were then discovered in our Victorian house, Dean was very knowledgeable and was able to offer various solutions to our problems, all quoted at very good prices. He was able to organise and carry out a boiler installation, taking care to keep our house clean and tidy. We were so pleased, we also asked him and his team to fit our new bathroom and kitchen tap. J. l.Dean was a life-saver when our boiler died just before Christmas last year. I contacted 3 or 4 other gas safe engineers to look at my complicated system and none of them seemed as knowledgeable or able to do the job as well as Dean. He successfully converted our system from an ancient, multi-tank nightmare into a sleek combi boiler system (when other engineers had told me this conversion was impossible). It was a very difficult job but Dean handled it beautifully at a fair price. I appreciated his attention to detail and cleanliness. I will use him for all future plumbing and heating jobs, highly recommend!

I called him for an emergency boiler repair on a Sunday night and he came over within the hour to assess my very old boiler which had stopped working. He very clearly and professionally explained the issues and what to do, and when I needed a new boiler installed he took care of everything, was in and out of the flat without leaving a trace, and even included a brand new thermostat and extended warranty free of charge. I strongly recommend his boiler installation services!

Dean and colleagues replaced Three radiators power flushed system and checked my boiler for faults and cleaned the water tank. Dean was hard working friendly informative and helpful.
