Great clinic! All the staff are so friendly and have a real passion in osteopathy. Paul Musk has a wealth of experience and my treatment plan is exactly what I needed for my condition.

I came across Eltham Osteopathy Clinic when I was suffering the brink of my symptoms and what stood out to me was the generous introductory offer it had. I had been cost conscious since the chiropractors had taken so much money from me and the end result clearly did not resolve anything. I was impressed by seeing the in depth range the introductory offer included such as the sophisticated MyVision scan. This gave me confidence to put my foot forward with this clinic, combined with tons of Google Star reviews it reaped in had provided me with even more confidence. I choose my trustworthy Oesteopath, Samantha Wright because all the Google Reviews raving her name caught my attention. In addition to this, her profile was very impressive, therefore, I went with Sam. Not a regret with choosing her, she surpassed all expectations I had and alleviated concerns I had before coming here. She actually listens to you, no rushing, allowing you to express your concerns and makes you feel like you've explained your story as a patient rather than try to convince someone your symptoms. She actually works with you and takes you on a journey full of positivity, encouragement and hope. Sam is very knowledgable, answers all my questions with poise, allowing you to learn more as a patient about your own body. On top of that, me and Sam just get along really well, it is like seeing a friend and getting to know each other. She is an absolute pleasure to have as your Osteopath, incredibly skill full, confident, honest and easy going. I went for a bulk of sessions with Sam; half way through my sessions with her we had a reassessment of my muscle tension and my MyoVision scan results came back with the tension gone down by more than half! At the end of the sessions I paid for, my muscle tension had dropped down to what the 'normal' or average tension should be that is considered healthy. I have since signed up to a direct debit with Sam for monthly maintenance.

Was recommended eltham osteopathy clinic and was assessed by Kal, wealth of knowledge and in four weeks I swear my shoulder is 85% pain free…..I would strongly recommend kal. After 25 years of working on the railways I can say my back had, had it. Especially the last 10 years that were a real nightmare and having spent £1000's on chiropractors I was really down. I couldn't go 1 hour without taking strong painkillers....My daily life was affected immensely. My neighbour suggested Eltham Osteopathy Clinic. I went along and spoke with Sam Wright who x-rayed me and showed me what the problem was,she suggested a plan and promised me she could make it better, In honesty I thought she was just another one making a quick buck, but I really had no choice as the pain was chronic. I religiously followed her exercise plan she set out for me and half way though my plan I was feeling good,not brilliant but was in half the pain as when I started. Sam x-rayed me again mid point and the results were clear to see, the difference was amazing. I have now just completed my plan with Sam and i kid you not I feel fantastic. In the last 2 months I have only taken 2 painkiller tablets min total ,which is just amazing. The tablets had caused a lot of internal problems too so coming off them was a joy. I stated to go for long walks again a few months ago and last weekend i completed a 7 mile treks pain free and have started doing gentle yoga again something I haven't done for 7 years. I plan to keep seeing Sam once or twice a month just for maintenance as with the nature of my heavy job things can go wrong. I highly recommend Sam Wight at the Clinic who has been a God send, she is Honest and listens that's what I really admire,not like the other ripoff cowboy outfits out there!! I'll be back...yes pun intended

I had been really suffering with a trapped nerve in my neck. The pain was shooting down my arm and was making it difficult for me to work. I had been to see my gp and was waiting to be referred for physio. In the meantime, I had often walked past the Eltham osteopathy clinic and had seen their notice board, advertising how they could help with many ailments. One of them being trapped nerves. If I'm honest I had no idea what osteopathy was. At the same time I was desperate to get rid of the pain that I was suffering. I took the plunge and booked an appointment. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I met Paul, who explained how he thought he could help me. He did a scan of my back. I'd been suffering back problems for a few years. I'd just put it down to getting older. I'm in my forties, always been sporty. However I'd been told a few years earlier that I had an abnormal curvature of the spine. I had just accepted that my future was back pain. He explained that I was mistaken and not only could he heal the trapped nerve, but he could also get rid of the back problems. All I had to do was to commit to the treatment and trust him. I did just that. A few weeks later and not only had the trapped nerve gone, but my back had improved considerably. I was back out running, mowing the grass and living normally pain free. In short, if you are suffering any sort of back problems then I thoroughly recommend using the Eltham osteopathy clinic. I did and its one of the best decisions I ever made.

Paul at Eltham Osteopathy has literally transformed my life. 10 years ago I was being treated by a different osteopath which was ineffective and left me believing that was all osteopathy could offer. All I was offered from NHS was an annual injection to mask the pain. I was at a real low point in my life due to my debilitating back problems until Paul was strongly recommended to me. Since then I am now managing my back problems with support from Paul by being proactive and taking a holistic approach. I simply can't recommend this practice enough!

Lovely staff, always felt welcomed. The experience always feels personalised and like they care about you as an individual, and not as another form of income. Will continue going here for the foreseeable future! My one criticism would be that things could be explained a little better in terms of clinic operation. When I joined, I was told about their cancellation fee, but had long forgotten it when I had to cancel on the day 4 months later. I cancelled an appointment on the day once, and was told it was fine, no mention of the fee. Two weeks later, another appointment, but I also have a personal issue come up on the day of, and have to cancel the appointment, I again, wasn't told about any cancellation fee. It wasn't until I went in for my next appointment that I was told I owed money for two cancelled appointments, something that had I known about after the first, I'd not have done for the second. I was also told if I rearrange on the same day, there would be no cancellation fee, something that, again, if explained on the phone, I'd have done to avoid the fee. I'll end by saying that despite my one negative experience, I do really enjoy this place, and the staff (especially Verity and Suvetha) are lovely

Verity is the practitioner I see and she has worked wonders for my pain levels and trouble with my joints. When I first went I was getting constant headaches. I have osteoarthritis and in the winter months my pain levels used to be so unbearable, I would occasionally need a stick to help me walk and I am not old yet only in my 40’s. Since seeing Verity at Eltham Osteopathy even in the coldest weeks I don’t need that stick. I now have monthly sessions to keep me supple and is definitely something I do not want to give up.

I meant to write this review some time ago. Okay having been in pain for over two years with my back I attended the clinic, I must say I was impressed with the results Paul worked on my back and the process was explained fully to my recovery. What I would say people the process is not a quick fix and it is costly however worth every penny. I'd like to thank Paul for the work he's done and it's so nice to actually have full use of my back again, I will be back ( lol ) for a mild correction in the near future.

First of all let me tell you how great I feel now: no headache and my neck is pain free. It was a completely different story year ago...I suffered from persistent headaches and my neck was always painful. I spent a fortune on physiotherapy massages and steroids & painkillers prescribed by my GP. All this helped only temporarily. I even bought myself an electric neck and shoulder massager to help me survive between physio sessions. I didn’t know what was causing this discomfort: my pillow? My work at the desk? Not enough exercise ? Than I saw an ad of the Eltham Osteopathy Clinic in our local SE Nine magazine and decided to give it a go! On my first visit Paul has clearly explained to me how osteopathy works and what to expect. I started feeling the difference almost immediately. I had a weekly sessions and couldn’t believe what a difference it made. After some time the sessions were reduced to once a month. It’s been over a year since my first visit now and I’m pain free, don’t take any steroids and my neck massager is locked in the cupboard :) Thank you Paul and a team for brining my quality of life back.

For many years I experienced terrible pain in my back and lower back. Many doctors I visited were unanimous: They could not help me with anything. I had lost hope. Kal was recommended to me, and I decided to try. We have already completed both stages. The result is very good. However, I will continue to visit him. If it hurts a lot, I recommend Kal Sipkovszki.
