A. J.We found Encompass to be the most professional, approachable and competitive in terms of price and so we engaged them to build a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension. We found Leon easy to deal with and his experience and suggestions ensured that we ended up with a well designed house throughout. Felix and his team were professional, hardworking and always cheerful. We lived in the house throughout the build, and amazingly, the team ensured that we were never without hot water, heating and somewhere to cook. We did have a number of issues during the 9 month project but solutions were never in short supply and Leon always ensured that we were aware of what was going on and provided options to resolve them. We now have a 5 bedroom house to be proud of. I would definitely recommend Encompass and would certainly consider using them again in future.
